This page is for the requesting of page moves by normal users. The average user's ability to move pages has been rescinded due to frequent abuse by vandals; as such, users will need to submit requests (similar in nature to those on Speedy Deletions and Protections) for pages to be moved by a sysop.

Guidelines for requesting a Page Move

Copy the template below (Or just type it), replace the text in red with the relevant details, and paste the template under the Move Request Queue heading. A day after a sysop has taken action on the request, move requests should be moved to the Archive.

User:Sourmash

He's using them as links in his sig, so they should become user pages or subpages. Sourmash is more recent, so I say we delete User:Sourmash, and move Sourmash to User:Jbirdtexas, giving an explanation on the user's talk page. Second opinion from a sysop?--Yonnua Koponen Talk ! A number of group subpages

I've already contacted the user about the move. All of these pages are intended to be subpages of the group N1. Blue Chapter, Green Chapter, Red Chapter, White Chapter, Tiamat. Requesting move to

Erm. The user appears to have recreated White Chapter and Tiamat. The user in question recently made a note that they received the message about how group pages are organized. But they are still learning the wiki and probably just made a mistake. I'm not sure if you want to do the move again now, or wait a while for the user to finish making edits. Hold off on this move for a little while. I've just received a message from the creator of the pages and I think I understand the structure they are trying to achieve for these group pages. Okay sorry for the late reply here. I spoke with the user and sorted it out. N1 is a banner "hub" or "organization" like the MPDG. N1 should have it's own page. Blue Chapter, Green Chapter, Red, White are all subpages of the group Tiamat, so they should be organized under Tiamat/Blue Chapter, Tiamat/Green Chapter etc. I haven't been monitoring the wiki lately so I'm not sure if these pages are still being edited, but that's how it should go down.--GANG Giles Sednik CAPD 02:08, 30 December 2010 (UTC)
