20090816 Feeding Dump
EggingstinFeh 00:59, 16 August 2009 (BST)
Suggestion type
Skill
Suggestion scope
Zombies who already have feeding drag, newer zombies
Suggestion description
Feeding Dump is a new skill after Feeding drag that makes it so zombies can dump dying survivors (those with 12hp or less) out on the street without having to move outside themselves (similar to how survivors dump dead bodies outside of buildings). Feeding dump would act the same as feeding drag in forts since there is no purpose for a zombie to dump a survivor outside of the gatehouse.
My reasoning behind this suggestion is that it would encourage older zombies to use feeding drag more often since they won't have to bother about walking back into a building they are in so allowing newer zombies to gain xp faster, making zombie play a lot less frustrating for newbies since there will be a lot more free food about.

Keep Votes
- Author Keep: Helps newer zombies without nerfing survivors too much (I hope) --EggingstinFeh 01:04, 16 August 2009 (BST)
- Keep - It makes sense. How is it that a survivor with a generator strapped to his back can carry dead weight a corpse up a flight of stairs and dump it out of an EHB tower for only 1AP, yet a zombie can't pull an infected, dying lab tech through a wide open door for the same amount?--GANG Giles Sednik CAPD 01:38, 16 August 2009 (BST)
- Keep Seems nifty enough of an idea to implement. -Poodle of doom 05:55, 16 August 2009 (BST)
- Keep - Giles makes a good point.--Maps 08:34, 16 August 2009 (BST)
- Keep - Simple, not game breaking, but helps zombies along. --DANCEDANCEREVOLUTION-- 11:24, 16 August 2009 (BST)
- Keep - Helpful, but not game breaking. - User:Armpit_Odor/sig 00:32, 17 August 2009 (BST)
Kill Votes
- Kill - All it does is save one AP. --Bob Boberton TF / DW 01:21, 16 August 2009 (BST)
- It doesn't fit zombie genre. Yes UD zombies are smarter than "standard" zombies, but they still generally follow the the genre. Why would a zombie throw a target out of a building? Zombies eat the living.--Pesatyel 05:11, 16 August 2009 (BST)
- Kill - the thing that makes a zombie decide whether or not to drag a survivor out of a building is not the wasting of a single AP, it's the danger of being trapped outside. This totally removes any danger at all from feeding drag, making the game less tactically interesting. There will be no more decisions on whether to drag with your last AP, and take the chance of not being able to get back inside before the cades go back up -- boxy talk • teh rulz 09:25 16 August 2009 (BST)
- KILL As a game mechanic its really good... just a shame it takes away from the genre. --Honestmistake 11:41, 16 August 2009 (BST)
- Kill -- I'm with Boxy.--Yonnua Koponen Talk ! Contribs 12:11, 16 August 2009 (BST)
- Kill - As Boxy. --Uberursa 00:27, 17 August 2009 (BST)
- Kill - I can't see players spending 100xp on a skill just to save 1AP (ocasionaly) and clutter up their interface. It is also less realistic - bodies are heavy so you would have to literally carry them out. The use of the word 'dumping' implies throwing and thus insinuates that it would hurt the 'dumped' survivor - Zig13 - 17/08/2009 at 10:58(BST)
- Kill As Zig13 --Prof. Latirus 18:33, 18 August 2009 (BST)
- Kill - Pretty out of genre. I like the concept of it, but it just doesn't fit. --Papa Johnny 20:50, 18 August 2009 (BST)
- Kill - As Honest and Johnny, but I had to think about it for awhile. These are Romero zombies, after all. --Paddy DignamIS DEAD 22:15, 18 August 2009 (BST)

- Kill - I don't see the point in this. --Kamikazie-Bunny 15:31, 28 August 2009 (BST)
- Kill - No, out of genre. --Sonofagun18 17:11, 28 August 2009 (BST)
- Kill -Although it is a nice idea, i have to agree it is out of genre. --TCAPD(╯°□°)╯ ┻━┻ 13:34, 29 August 2009 (BST)
