Edgecombe is a suburb of Malton, located in the east of the city. Its proximity to Fort Creedy, Hildebrand Mall, Woodroffe Mall, Mitchem Mall, Giddings Mall, Tynte Mall, Nichols Mall, Blesley Mall, Joachim Mall, Lumber Mall, Fort Perryn & Tolman Power Station, along with it's high percentage of hospitals, police departments & Necrotech buildings make this suburb one of the most tactically valuable in Malton.

The Clatworthy Arms and Club Somerton have merged to create the best club/pub experience in the whole of Malton. In addition, Mattravers Cinema and Clapcott Cinema have been re-opened under new management.

August 26nd

25.96 MHz: "... can see about sixty on the streets of Edgecombe ... mostly just stragglers, no organised groups ... a lot of buildings with lights on ... some minor structural damage ... the Maver Building is operational ..."

August 22nd

25.96 MHz: "... can see twenty or so on the streets of Edgecombe ... all stragglers, no groups ... a lot of buildings with lights on ... only a few buildings damaged ... the Maver Building is operational ... the Browne Building is out of action ..."

Despite not being the direct target of Big Bash 3, the suburb suffered serious collateral damage from the horde moving through the nearby suburb of Vinetown and Crowbank. The worst happened when zombies decide to shamble from Tollyton to Pitneybank, directly through it. Almost everything was destroyed and it was Very Dangerous. Now, the damage from last month's attack have been mostly repaired and the suburb is down to Moderately Dangerous. -- Kittithaj 10:19, 23 August 2010 (BST)
