Revive Request Response

Looking for a revive if possible at 87,90, thanks! --Specialfxlady 18:30, 11 October 2008 (BST)

Request served. Sorry about the wait. -- Atticus Rex mfu pif Δ 19:53, 11 October 2008 (BST)

Just wanted to say thanks for the rapid (1 day) response concerning my revive request, M.F.U. member JD Reinhardt brought me back to the land of the living today in Reganbank and I couldn't appreciate it more. I'm off to join my group in Darvell Heights to keep on fighting the good fight thanks to your help. Together we can rid Malton of the undead scourge and safely walk its streets once again! - GoodTimeCharlie (member, Cheap Ass Survivors)-Feb.15th,2008

Z!ng Zambah Z!ng

I would like to ask the MFU to be an official sponsor of my new zambah musical revue: Z!ng Zambah Z!ng. The show - to occur at an as-yet undetermined location, but somewhere in Central Malton - will probably result in some population spikes at nearby RPs. If I had an MFU officer or two on standby in a nearby NT for after show clean up, I think it would help ticket sales. Additionally, I would place the template of your choice on the production page. Please respond on the talk page of Z!ng Zambah Z!ng. If you know the names of the officers, please feel free to list them. Thank you for your consideration. - Headshot Hal Talk +1 Casting Call 15:41, 2 September 2008 (BST)

The Great Suburb Group Massacre, 2009

Check-Mark-Reviewed.jpg Group Confirmed.
This group was confirmed active. Thank you for your reply.

Occasionally, general checks are done of group activity. This may seem like a stupid question, but it's for all groups, regardless of size. Linkthewindow  Talk  11:23, 13 February 2009 (UTC)

Thanks for the inquiry, we appreciate the attempt to keep group listings clean. So, here's the confirmation; yes, we're active. G F J 15:05, 13 February 2009 (UTC)
What a long confirmation! =P Thanks! --YoHohoTalk 15:38, 3 March 2009 (UTC)

NecroWatch Liason

Hi! Do you guys have a liason officer with us over at NecroWatch? Didn't see any; Who knows...might come in handy--Dr Mycroft Chris 03:56, 24 June 2009 (BST)

Hello,
as far as I know, NecroWatch is not a regular group or organization. It's rather a community portal, a wiki project. Well, assigning a "liaison officer" the way it is often done with allied groups does not seem to make a lot of sense. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but apart from updating the NecroNet scans, you don't seem to do a lot, there seems to be no coordinated activity (are you coordinated at all?). Therefore, I do not see how the MFU and NecroWatch can carry out any joint operations for which a liaison officer would be useful. Perhaps the only thing we could do "together" is having MFU members update your scans, but that's not something we really need a lot of inter-group coordination for, I assume. Nevertheless, feel free of course contact me anytime (preferably on brainstock as that's faster, but the wiki works as well) if you need help or would like to discuss something with us.
By the way, I noticed that on the NecroWatch member list your affiliation says MEMS - are you sure of that? I was unable to find you on the DEM roster, nor did I see any SitReps. Where are you assigned? It seems unfortunately you're no longer an official member.
With best regards, G F J 22:27, 24 June 2009 (BST)
Strictly speaking, yes, you are correct. NW is not a group as such, with a well defined hierarchy or "leaders," ...that may change someday. My idea for a liason officer was predicated upon the idea that we have people all over the map who could be of help in a pinch. Well, it was a stab in the dark.
I was with MEMS for a while, I created the Template:MEMS Ribbons for them, but that was sometime ago, went through the training, etc... Was assigned to Penny Heights. Just didn't seem to stick, though. No one else was in PH and the others were several 'burbs away, not really able to offer assistance very much. Seemed I could do better for my suburb just on my own, so I let my involvement on brainstock lapse; (good people who I trained with, Allison Wolf, Choppers McGee, Goofy McCoy. Haven't seen KristiOTD around lately.) Anyway, as a result, I consider myself an honorary member, proudly so, thus the inclusion. I will always help out a DEM member in need. I even have a page of mine dedicated to MEMS, (see:User:Dr Mycroft Chris/MEMS).
Thanks for your timely response--Dr Mycroft Chris 01:56, 25 June 2009 (BST)
Thanks for your answer. Well, please do not misunderstand my previous reply - if you or another NecroWatch employee needs help, we'll be happy to assist. After all, to make your scans, you need functioning NT buildings. As we need these as well, that obviously is something that's very congruent with our goals. The "typical" concept of a liaison officer assigned to a group for planning joint operations, coordinating in-game activities and so on does not really apply to a rather loosely organized wiki project such as NecroWatch, but that doesn't mean we cannot keep in touch, of course. If you want a name to contact, feel free to take myself.
Regards, G F J 10:36, 25 June 2009 (BST)
Thank you, will do and consider myself likewise if you need a contact in NW. I may very well call upon you in the near future.--Dr Mycroft Chris 05:45, 26 June 2009 (BST)

Ladies and Gentlemen, I admire your work and wish you well... but please don't obscure/erase/replace our information/tags at Harrold Museum in Brooksville.... Thanks, --Tai Tao Ren 02:48, 7 September 2009 (BST)

Do you mean NecroWatch or MFU?--Dr Mycroft Chris 04:18, 7 September 2009 (BST)

Good question, Doc... I'm going to guess it's Necrowatch as it referred to "scientists" and left this url: http://tinyurl.com/ykukwy --Tai Tao Ren 12:17, 7 September 2009 (BST)

That is definitely MFU, not NecroWatch, besides we tag NecroTech facilities if anything. In the the future, if we offend tag us at NecroWatch; you will find us exceptionally responsive...yeehah!--Dr Mycroft Chris 12:39, 7 September 2009 (BST)

Hello, thanks for contacting us. I can assure you that none of our members intentionally spray over useful tags. However, if a mistake has been made, I apologize - it won't happen again. It apparently was a one-time mistake, I'm sorry. Thank you for your understanding, G F J 19:24, 7 September 2009 (BST)

It has happened again: Somebody has spraypainted Teamwork. Compassion. Ingegrity. - tiny.cc/mfu onto a wall. Tai Tao Ren 00:11, 5 October 2009 (BST)

Hello, I'm sorry, but are you sure that this was done by one of our members? Not too many MFU members are active in that suburb, and I'm sure that those that are would not intentionally overspray useful tags. For that matter, I do hope (and believe) that they would at least spell "integrity" right. Nevertheless, I'm in the area myself, I will try to keep it monitored. If I may ask, what were your previous tags? Perhaps they were written in a way that whoever sprayed it thought they didn't contain necessary information - were they recruitment tags, or something like "Keep EHB"? In case it indeed was a member, I of course apologize for the inconvenience. With best wishes, G F J 18:15, 6 October 2009 (BST)

Hey MFU

I'm currently doing a clear out of DEM listings. I've already completed the MFD and MEMS as you can see from their talk pages. The idea is to have the suburb listings for each group reflect their actual areas of operation as accurate as possible.

Currently the MFU is listed in the following suburbs.

  1. Quarlesbank
  2. West Boundwood
  3. East Boundwood
  4. Judgewood
  5. Shuttlebank
  6. Yagoton
  7. Kempsterbank
  8. Tapton
  9. Greentown
  10. South Blythville
  11. Wykewood
  12. Vinetown
  13. Crowbank
  14. Mockridge Heights
  15. Brooksville
  16. North Blythville
  17. Mornington
  18. Crooketon
  19. Galbraith Hills
  20. Shore Hills
  21. Grigg Heights
  22. Starlingtown
  23. Barrville
  24. Havercroft
  25. Richmond Hills
  26. East Becktown
  27. Brooke Hills

Currently the stats page has the group listed as having 23 members, or 0.85 members per suburb listing. It seems that some of these areas are no longer manned. If you can confirm what areas you are in, I can remove the listings, or move them to new suburbs.

Thanks. --RosslessnessWant a Location Image? 20:17, 18 October 2009 (BST)

Hi Rosslessness, thanks for your inquiry. We will get back to you as soon as possible, providing updated info on the suburbs we're actually active in. You're certainly correct that these 27 suburbs are not with a permanent MFU presence, thanks for your effort to clean that up. Since I don't think a rushed and perhaps faulty list is in your interest, I hope you'll understand if this might take a day or two. With best wishes, G F J 22:18, 20 October 2009 (BST)
No hurry. The MFD took a month to get a clear picture of, so theres no hurry! --RosslessnessWant a Location Image? 16:15, 21 October 2009 (BST)
Any luck yet? --RosslessnessWant a Location Image? 19:43, 1 November 2009 (UTC)
Still no luck? I'll tell you what, I'll wait until December the 25th and the wipe them all, and you can re add where you're operating again. --RosslessnessWant a Location Image? 17:12, 26 November 2009 (UTC)
Actually, I think this would not be a bad idea. We are currently discussing a new system of personnel distribution, which would greatly impact the suburbs we are active in. Until this discussion is concluded and the possible changes are enacted, giving you a list of suburbs wouldn't make sense, since it would be outdated only a little later. This, by the way, is largely why I haven't been able to get back to you so far, I'm sorry about that. I could certainly give you a list of the current suburbs, but as described above, it wouldn't last long. In the meantime, by all means please feel free to go ahead with removing the listings when we've reached your deadline. Regards, G F J 20:27, 2 December 2009 (UTC)
Cheers Dude, good luck with the personnel distibution.--RosslessnessWant a Location Image? 20:33, 2 December 2009 (UTC)
Thank you! G F J 16:15, 6 December 2009 (UTC)

MFU in Tollyton?

Out of curiosity, does the MFU really operate in Tollyton? Poodle of DoomM! Fear is only as deep as the mind will allow it be.T 03:32, 15 March 2010 (UTC)

We have mobile teams operating in the general area. While shortly ago these were also directly in Tollyton, at the moment this is not the case. Regards, G F J 15:50, 12 April 2010 (BST)

Legit alliance request?

Did you really request and alliance with the likes of EVIL? Somehow,... I just don't believe it.... -Poodle of DoomM! Fear is only as deep as the mind will allow it be.T 22:34, 13 April 2010 (BST)

Hello, thanks a lot for contacting us. You are correct, this is not a legitimate request. It has not been authorized by the MFU or DEM, please disregard it. The MFU itself, for that matter, is not directly participating in the formation of alliances anyway - all DEM allies are automatically allies of the MFU; to receive alliance status with the MFU, a group has to apply for alliance status with the DEM. Alliance request are formally handled by the DEM, not directly by the MFU. Anyway, that request is indeed not correct. Thanks again, G F J 21:54, 14 April 2010 (BST)
You're welcome.... Would you like me to send any additional information your way so that you may look into it more on your end? -Poodle of DoomM! Fear is only as deep as the mind will allow it be.T 23:06, 14 April 2010 (BST)
Thanks, but since the forum signature of that "bob" making the request contained information about the UD profile, we have already located and contacted the person. But thank you anyway, G F J 18:32, 15 April 2010 (BST)

Great Suburb Group Masacre 2011

Stop hand.png Group Inactive?
No reply has been recieved as to whether this group is still active. The 14 days have passed and as such the groups link has been removed from suburb listings. If the group is again active please feel free to revert these changes

Any response here will be enough, but please list suburbs you're actually active in. This is a generic message and not directed at any particular group. ~Vsig.png 07:36, 22 January 2011 (UTC)

No reply within 2 weeks.~Vsig.png 07:21, 6 February 2011 (UTC)

Small complaint

We'd like this resolved as soon as possible. Thanks for your cooperation. --Penguinpyro 02:12, 29 May 2011 (BST)

Stop whining Penguinpyro, grow up. Being Greek, Petros is a friend of mine and he kindly offered to aid in our struggle against the AZS with whatever means possible, claiming that his account somehow got "stolen" and then you believing him was just an extra bonus of hilarity, keep in mind that he has around 20 more alts all of which are happily cooperating with the AAZS, after all wasn't it Jesus that said "He who has 2 alts giveth away the 1"? At least I am not paying for a forum. 14:49, 3 June 2011 (BST)

Great Suburb Group Massacre 2013

I'm a volunteer helping to do some janitorial work on the suburb pages of the wiki. As part of that, we're double-checking in which suburbs each group is active. Currently, you're listed in one or more suburbs, in addition to using a radio frequency. If you would like to continue being listed, then please respond within the next month with the radio frequency you are using and a list of every suburb where you are currently active. If we don't hear back from you or we can't get the information we need, we'll be removing you from the lists, but you're welcome to re-add yourself later. If you have any questions, feel free to visit our informational page. Thanks. --RWSig1.png RWSig2.pngFoD PK Praise Rando!10:09, 25 October 2013 (BST)

Because your group hasn't responded within a month, your suburb and radio listings have been removed. Feel free to relist your group. Bob Moncrief EBDW! 15:39, 26 November 2013 (UTC)

Proposal for New Clinic in Paynterton

Malton Signal Corps is one of two survivor groups headquartered in the suburb of Paynterton. The Paynterton Barricade Plan is UBP compliant. The South Paynterton Aces currently maintain a revive point at a cemetery in the extreme south of the suburb. As part of the barricade plan, The Montacute Building is a NecroTech facility that has been designated as a rot revive clinic; and Malton Signal Corps is seeking a profesional organization, such as Malton Forensics Unit, to operate it. Paynterton, and surrounding suburbs, are in need of rot revive services. Paynterton has three hospitals--one within two blocks of The Montacute Building--and all are accessible from the Montacute Building via free running. We humbly request that Malton Forensics Unit please consider opening a new rot revive clinic in The Montacute Building. A similar proposal was made to Rotter's Relief on 29 December 2012; however, unfortunately, no response was ever received. Squideshi (talk) 21:09, 5 October 2016 (UTC)
