:::What's this? My shadow code from my sig has been stolen! Actually, I modified the code in my sig just for the reason that you're discovering now. Rather than using <code>text-shadow: #bbb 0.2em 0.2em 0.4em;</code> try switching it to be <code>text-shadow: rgba(0, 0, 0, .3) 0.2em 0.2em 0.4em;</code> or something like that (tweak the .3 however you want). Do you understand how the subcategories work?  I'm looking at [[:Category:Groups]], and the subcategories there are all screwed up.  A couple of groups show up in the subcategories, like the [[Dead Bunnies]], and yet some genuine subcategories like [[:Category:Noise_Abatement_Societies]].  Reading the [[Help:Categories#Subcategories|help]] was no help.  I've tried shuffling around the category tags for [[:Category:Noise_Abatement_Societies]] to no avail.

Its understandable that with the template being in that namespace, anyone can edit it. I was merely stating that because its connected to Umbrella's now-inactive sub-group, only Umbrella members can edit it, so to avoid any petty disputes arising and avoidable vandal banning posts being made by my fellow group members. God knows I've made may share of edits to templates like that, like when I categorised all the 'this user is...' nationality templates (more details can be found on my projects page). But I usually leave group-connected templates alone, unless no-one in the group has noticed the problem with it, in which case, I fix the edit and let them know on their wiki page, like it says on PWP. Anyway I think the text problem is on Haliman's version of the UBCS template, I've looked at our version as the coding is fine. What's this? My shadow code from my sig has been stolen! Actually, I modified the code in my sig just for the reason that you're discovering now. Rather than using text-shadow: #bbb 0.2em 0.2em 0.4em; try switching it to be text-shadow: rgba(0, 0, 0, .3) 0.2em 0.2em 0.4em; or something like that (tweak the .3 however you want). Category:Groups

Do you understand how the subcategories work? I'm looking at Category:Groups, and the subcategories there are all screwed up. A couple of groups show up in the subcategories, like the Dead Bunnies, and yet some genuine subcategories like Category:Noise_Abatement_Societies. Reading the help was no help. I've tried shuffling around the category tags for Category:Noise_Abatement_Societies to no avail.

Removing the Category:Zombie Groups tag and then replacing seems to work properly, as the group is removed and then added again to the zombie group subcategory. However removing and replacing the Category:Groups tag doesn't have any affect. Thanks in advance for any advice you may have, and sorry if you don't know about all this stuff. Do you mean that the sub categories don't all show up on the first page of Category:Groups? I think it's because there is such a huge number of pages actually in the group already. I was thinking about it, and frankly I think it should go under the Assylum space, along with all the other stuff from it. Like moving the Assylum page from my user space into a sub section of it (IE Assylum (2007)), the Hyperbig under it, any of the templates and images I can still find, you know. Yeah, Editsection does seem promising, but as you pointed out, we don't have the necessary stuff. Since we don't have it, I tried ripping the code directly from that template a few hours ago and seeing how far I could get without all of the CSS, but I didn't get very far before I just stopped trying. I managed to get the colors to change fairly easily, but the link had to be edited by hand since we're missing a magic word, and the positioning wasn't correct, though I didn't really fool around with it much.
