yeah, see where it reads that at the bottom? follow by X number. Do you know if that people other then yourself? i'm just wondering how it tallies.
If i refresh my page it doesn't go up, or if i close the browser and go to it again it still doesn't move.
I'm trying to gauge how many people read my Frank Freeman story. I had nearly 300 hits befor i moved the page. - —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Jack13 (talk • contribs) 16:33, 17 July 2008.
- I've only been to it a few times (maybe 5?) and just read a bunch in one chunk. 300 seems like an awfully lot, even if it counted yourself. Well, you have at least 2 readers. Maybe ask people to leave a comment on the talk page if they read the journal? Oh, and have you thought about putting a link to it in your sig, or do you already have that? --PdeqTalk* 17:54, 17 July 2008 (BST)
- I have an email account set up for the page. all i can say for the numbers is i've made some hits in packed buildings, and i have a link to the page in franks profile. plus, he's listed on the rouges gallery so there's some more hits there, people trying to track him down would see the link too.
- my signature goes to my user page, and there, there is a link to the journal there with a brief description.
You *points finger*
You can sort through the what links here pages for all those Fortress Pages I'm fixing. *evil eye* Least you can do for the work you've just given me. Here's one to get you started [1]. -- Cheese 23:06, 11 July 2008 (BST)
- Ah, I figured you would have left them all as redirects. Well, thanks for fixing most of them. Too bad I wasn't online when you left this message, as I'd have been more than happy to help out. I'll go try my hand at the one that is left. Least I can do. :) --PdeqTalk* 07:56, 12 July 2008 (BST)
- Gack, I ran into an interesting conundrum that should be addressed before I continue. See the A/MR page. --PdeqTalk* 08:06, 12 July 2008 (BST)
Complexity
I was using it as a definition.Anetheron 22:55, 2 July 2008 (BST)
- Your comment would be better placed on the A/SD page under the relevant section, not only so it is visible to the community but also because I cannot undelete things. In any case, UD Wiki is not a dictionary. Although it does contain a glossary of UD specific terms. --PdeqTalk* 05:42, 3 July 2008 (BST)
The Saga of Francis Ford Freeman
Incase you've been reading along, everything has been moved here.
- I hadn't been, but I gave it a quick read through now. I like the opening. Very dark. --PdeqTalk* 21:35, 2 July 2008 (BST)
Thank you
It may seem odd, but I want to say thanks for all the stuff you post on A/M. With all the stuff that goes on around here it is nice to see people actually working to get things organized. I appreciate it. (So if we ever "clash" anywhere else on here just realize that I do respect the work you do.)--– Nubis NWO 15:23, 19 June 2008 (BST)
Thanks
Thanks for watching that guy who was vandalizing the TZH page. We appreciate it. We have had enemies pulling this bull for a while. Nice to know there are decent people out there watching for this kind of stuff. Keep Rocking.

Moderation
please use the talk page while discussing vandal reports you are not involved with... i'm growing tired of moving discussions from the main to the talk, and in most of them you involved yourself without real need. --People's Commissar Hagnat [cloned] [mod] 23:00, 13 May 2008 (BST)
- I commented on one case that I did not myself report, and I made my comment on the talk page first. The ruling sysop didn't reply to that comment at all, so I made my comment one the main page (not recommended, but not prohibited). One case out of 3 is not "most". I understand the need to keep the page free of free-for-all discussion, but I commented as I felt was necessary. And please read the rules on my talk page. --PdeqTalk* 23:06, 13 May 2008 (BST)
- While I do appreciate the effort to keep that page clean of excessive talk, and move extra comments to the talk page, I commented as I felt was necessary. I do not think the effort involved in moving comments to talk is so much that users should fear putting anything on the main page, but I do apologize if you feel I created unnecessary work for you. That was not my intention. --PdeqTalk* 02:16, 14 May 2008 (BST)
Speedy
Can you request the Speedy Deletion of 1148365 and User:Gareth gobelcoque for me so I ca nget rid of them as Crit 1s? Much ta. -- Cheese 22:24, 11 May 2008 (BST)
- There you go. I was hoping my comment on his talk page would be enough for him to figure it out on his own, but apparently not. Oh well. --PdeqTalk* 22:27, 11 May 2008 (BST)
- After noticing three or four of these in the last few hours, I made a template for it so I don't have to keep retyping the same message. Not that they aren't already told this on the welcomenewbie template. --PdeqTalk* 22:32, 11 May 2008 (BST)
- He's already remade it. :/ Don't worry. Crit 6 is an auto delete. -- Cheese 22:33, 11 May 2008 (BST)
- I've notified a few other users about pages with the same issue (Killzors, General of the Horde Herders, Sgt. Papa B Wiley Kai Ote, Frist McGirk), so hopefully they will request the deletions themselves shortly, otherwise I'll do it. It's sort of a pain to go to A/MR and then A/SD just to move these properly. I suppose I could copy and paste and then just do A/SD, but then I'd be making a page in their user namespace, which I'm not sure if I'm allowed to do. --PdeqTalk* 22:46, 11 May 2008 (BST)

RE: Suggestion:20080425 Penalize URL Actions
Yeah, people are getting bad these days with their inane votes. -- AHLGTG THE END IS NIGH! 21:05, 6 May 2008 (BST)
- True, and it's not so hard to just write "This suggestion sucks" instead of "Screw you". I didn't point you to Hagnat's vote because I wasn't sure if that counted or not as unjustified/inane, but make sure you look over the votes in all the sections. You can reply on your own talk page in the future if I started the conversation there. :)--PdeqTalk* 21:14, 6 May 2008 (BST)
- Tell me about it. :) --Tselita 02:48, 7 May 2008 (BST)
Bah!
You beat me to telling that guy to sign, and edit conflicted me twice..grrr....did you tell him the answer to his question is no? Coz my post did that. And while i'm here go vote on ALiMs...cya.--xoxo 08:25, 28 April 2008 (BST)
- Haha, I think edit conflicts are part of the fun of the wiki. :P I did tell him that. Perhaps sometime I will wander over to ALiMs. --PdeqTalk* 08:41, 28 April 2008 (BST)
sorry
Uh, sorry if my news (about Chancelwood) weren't NPOV. Actually I can't really remember what part wasn't right, but okay XD talk
Confused
Pdeq, I'm -trying- to. I keep asking for help and no one is helping me figure out how to do this correctly. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Tselita (talk • contribs) 22:50, 1 April 2008.
urban face dead book
I think i don't have you in contacts myself :( (or i don't know your character's name). One of best i've seen is "Target Zombie is searching and finding nothing" --~~~~ [talk] 21:22, 1 April 2008 (BST)

Talk:Monroeville/Schematic Map
Looks like you are the only person who really cares about this stuff, so maybe it'll be easier to talk through your talk page. anyway, check out update i made --~~~~ [talk] 19:44, 15 March 2008 (UTC)
- So the dark stuff on this map is the buildings? That's pretty neat. Yeah, feel free to fill this talk page as much as you like, it's easy enough for me to archive it later. --PdeqTalk* 19:47, 15 March 2008 (UTC)
- Yup, i'm thinking about also highlighting different particular types of blocks, but not sure which deserve it... maybe i'll just make something like that "metatac" thing for it... --~~~~ [talk] 19:57, 15 March 2008 (UTC)

As above. Thanks tho. --Officer 123satsitx 01:35, 15 March 2008 (UTC)

Mall Coordinates
Hehe, np. I just fixed Spaulding Malls coordinates too :) --Stark Senap 10:52, 10 March 2008 (UTC)
Pdeq, you really shouldn't have made them by hand. All maps i pour out to wiki are produced by a script of mine. it takes just few seconds for me to type needed coordinates in and copypaste result to wiki. And no errors... --~~~~ [talk] 11:13, 10 March 2008 (UTC)
- A script!? Well, if I had known that, I wouldn't have bothered. --PdeqTalk* 17:04, 10 March 2008 (UTC)
Door Suggestion Dupe
I'm hardly the one to tell you how to play by their rules here, but I suggest you make sure to mention that the first suggestion only mentioned when they leave. Opening doors should be no different from attacking the barricade from inside. Since the last step of attacking a barricade on the outside is open door it stands to reason that you could have the same attacks from the INSIDE as well. This could also be used by survivors. Imagine the pleasure of a PK squad finding an enemy sleeping in a ruined building and just leaving the door open for a random zombie to wander in and eat them! Good Luck! --DCC 01:53, 6 March 2008 (UTC)
What DCC said, and seconding good luck. This case largely involves my suggestion so I should probably be in on it, but I don't think repeatedly questioning Funt Solo's sexuality would aid the case. --Gregarious Instigator SHUT UP | RIGHTS | PETITION 01:56, 6 March 2008 (UTC)
- By all means, you are welcome to add yourself as a party to the arbitration if you so wish. My main concern here is that it was duped off the "notes" of another suggestion, and not only did it eliminate a suggestion that I like, but it also sets a bad precedent. As you said, it's your suggestion, so it might be a good idea for you to be involved and state your opinion, but if you prefer not to that is fine. --PdeqTalk* 02:27, 6 March 2008 (UTC)
- I'll leave it to you then, I trust you'll choose a good arbitrator. I'll also drop in my opinion once things get under way in 24+ hours. (argh) --Gregarious Instigator SHUT UP | RIGHTS | PETITION 02:33, 6 March 2008 (UTC)
- Okay, I'm going to wait a bit before I list which arbitrator(s) I'll accept. Iscariot seems to have already made up his mind on this, and so I doubt that Funt will accept him. --PdeqTalk* 02:36, 6 March 2008 (UTC)

Monroeville maps
Just stealing them off the suburb maps, will add coords later, i promise. --RosslessnessWant a Location Image? 02:23, 2 March 2008 (UTC)

articles about new location blocks
Reason: I don't think they should be links because we don't have much info on them so that every one to deserve a page. Anyway, for malton location types are gathered on just few pages (Building Types and Empty Blocks). I don't mind such a page for monroeville --~~~~ [talk] 22:04, 29 February 2008 (UTC)
- Okay. The only type that has its own page right now is fields, and that can be merged into such pages later when they are created. --PdeqTalk* 22:06, 29 February 2008 (UTC)
Confusing I know.
The gnome has just raised a good point actually. Helps newbs. I'm going to give it a day, and I may well change my vote. Hmmmm.--RosslessnessWant a Location Image? 21:13, 25 January 2008 (UTC)
- Take your time. For a simple suggestion, it actually has a wide variety of effects. For instance, it hurts you after you've stocked up on a mall run, but helps you when you've run out of supplies. And my talk page isn't + button friendly (new message at top). I know, not as cool as yours. --PdeqTalk* 21:16, 25 January 2008 (UTC)

No problem. ----Secruss|Yak|Brahnz!|CGR|PKA||EMLN|Templates|RRF|RFTM|Crap|WHOZ||MU|GN|C2008||20:50, 25 January 2008 (UTC)
- Work over the suggestion a little. It has potential (they're just pissy that the new updates in 3 months benefit only zombies). Perhaps the 0%-25% could be a .8 factor and the 26%-50% could be a .9 factor.----Secruss|Yak|Brahnz!|CGR|PKA||EMLN|Templates|RRF|RFTM|Crap|WHOZ||MU|GN|C2008||01:23, 26 January 2008 (UTC)
- I have yet to look at the voting recently (I assume it's bad :( ), but I will definitely work on revising it and getting it back up sometime in a few weeks. The trouble was that discussion on it sort of stopped, so hopefully next time I bring it to Talk:Suggestions it will have more talk. Thanks for your input/advice. --PdeqTalk* 09:13, 26 January 2008 (UTC)

Hello
While I agree that bRR might not have the best reputation, I can assure you that killing me was pointless. I was in fact travelling, in search of a new hat to go with my new clothes. And now they are all bloody. Sigh, I guess I'll have to find new ones. ;)
I believe bRR policy is to kill level 41 characters without brainrot, not beneath. But I'm not very active on the preaching/killing side of things. But now that I have a chance! Buy brainrot, renounce the pinkbrain ways!!! And the best of luck to you. - W 15:47, 11 May 2008 (BST)
- Hmmm, I should make a page for in-character discussion. *jumps into character* Well, better safe than sorry. I can offer you a revive later today if I'm still alive, and you're still outside. *and back out of character* I didn't realize that character of mine was such a low level. --PdeqTalk* 17:12, 11 May 2008 (BST)
- Better safe than sorry is good, I believe I would have done the same. Thanks for the offer of a revive, but no need. I'm comfortable playing a zombie too. Only wish zombies had the option of breaking into buildings to change their clothes.. although any survivor wandering in and finding a zombie trying to put on a dinner jacket might feel that something had gone horrible wrong in this city. - W 18:23, 11 May 2008 (BST)

hey, haven't seen you around since the march of the dead. what's new? I'm thinking of creating a new subgroup of S13; the "wildcards" it would be a team of freelancers, mercanaries and assosiates. would you be interested in heading something like that? all subgroups decide their own objectives and priorities. drop me a line. --Jack S13 T! PC 19:47, 10 April 2008 (BST)
- Well, been pretty busy with other characters. That one's idled out for now. I've got one survivor character active in Malton at the moment, but I'm not really free to head up a subgroup right now. Feel free to PM me on the forums, as I check it every few days. And if you see one of my alts around, feel free to say hi. --PdeqTalk* 05:24, 11 April 2008 (BST)
- Hey, was wondering if you'd like to help put together a sort of beginners guide, to help newer players earn XP fast. We are recruiting, and had the idea of a developement squad. it (the guide) would be a new section of the field manual. things like, wich skills are best to buy early, and what actions maximize AP:XP ratio. what do you think? --Jack S13 T!
