I did want to see that work rewarded because it was something I was really into. Like when Ross helped with the images. I still think there should be moderators and sysops on the wiki. Moderators to "police" behavior and sysops to do the work. When you mix the two you get this mess of cliques and backlash thinking it is "personal" on all levels. Ops should do the moves, edits, and janitor crap while mods do A/M and A/VB so that you have a consistent upholding of rules and not "whomever gets to it first". I think it would give more stability to enforcement (and VB should be punishment for real "crimes" not the "rehabilitation" of bad users).
