Kempsterbank is a suburb of Malton, located in the southern area of the city. The Knights Templar have been vested with the responsibility of the defense, and revival of the living population in the area from the original settlers of the suburb since July 2006.

In August of 2007, Detulux Inc migrated to the suburb to fill their new warehouse complex with weapons for zombie defense.

In August 2008, an organized group of zombies, the St. Ferreol's Hospital Noise Abatement Society arose and have been ruining the nearby blocks and eating breathers ever since.

In December of 2008, Dr. Steel's Toy Soldiers commandeered a factory and warehouse in southwest Kempsterbank and can be heard sending out intermittent informative radio broadcasts.

In January of 2009, the Boardsies arrived and settled in a small motel in the northern section of the 'burb, and can be often found having a drink, and sending out helpful PSAs.

June 2009 saw veteran survivor group Tactical Strike Force regroup and set up a new HQ in the north-west section of the suburb at Spreat Alley School.

Organizers of the Noise Abatement Rally in NW Kempsterbank, co-sponsored by St. Ferreols Hospital Noise Abatement Society and Batshit Insane, are reportedly pleased with early results. The first rallies have been well attended and a good time has been had by all...okay, some. The events have proceeded smoothly despite some protests by intransigent locals, some of whom have had to be forcibly removed (dragged) from rally venues. Organizers are excited about the growth of the ongoing event as additional invitees begin to arrive. They are reportedly hopeful that their efforts for reform and education will result in lasting change. A Batshit Insane leader, Fiffy, who was, interestingly enough, attractively clad solely in a chain mail bikini, was asked to comment; but could not be distracted from what appeared to be a rack of ribs long enough to speak. --TwiceshyTalk 06:21, 28 June 2009 (BST)

Many breakins and zombies in resource buildings around Whitenoll. Time to update danger level? --Bodicus 10:00, 25 June 2009 (EST)

June 24th

The area around The Whitenoll Building is under heavy siege, over 40 zombies within the area. The zombies are flooding in from Wray Heights, which according to recent radio broadcasts, has fallen to the zombies.--Nimblows 20:29, 24 June 2009 (BST)

June 23rd

The zombie / PKer group Batshit Insane is in the area. Julie General Hospital has been under attack the last few days, with break-ins occurring frequently. This group is using human spies, so be aware of who is around you. Roddy Winters 12:29, 23 June 2009 (BST)

June 19th

Batshit Insane has entered Kempsterbank and seems intent on providing support for local civic group, St. Ferreols Hospital Noise Abatement Society. Plans are reported to include rallies and open barbeque dinners for local residents and guests. SFHNAS leader, Billy Forks, was quoted as saying: " Even these nutjobs, errr, excuse me, "our reality challenged friends," recognize the critical importance of noise abatement in improving the overall quality of life (using the term loosely) in our fair city." --TwiceshyTalk 15:37, 19 June 2009 (BST)

June 5th

Local civic group, St. Ferreols Hospital Noise Abatement Society, has begun a door to door campaign in its ongoing effort to educate local citizenry about the pernicious effects of noise pollution. The campaign has, so far, been met with mixed response. Group leader, Billy Forks, was quoted as saying: "We will continue working quietly to make Kempsterbank a better place." (Actually, it didn't sound quite like that, it sounded more like a bag of marbles in the garbage disposal, as Mr. Forks appears to have a speech impediment of sorts, along with any number of other...issues.) The interview ended somewhat abruptly when Mr. Forks began eating a cameraman whose camera apparently was making a bit of an odd whirring sound which seemed to disturb Mr. Forks. --TwiceshyTalk 05:04, 6 June 2009 (BST)
