Lonewolf17a

Okay I was a little confused about reading how to do this so forgive me for mistakes. I think i would make a good sysop because i've been around for about four or five months and have made plenty of suggestions for the game and know how to make pages and deletions and help newbies to make this wiki better or tell the n00bs to piss off that continusly screw around and make more work for the mods anyways I hope that my absense won't affect judgement my internet has been down for a little while so now that its back up i'm hoping that i could be a mod and whip this wiki into shape with the help of others anyways thanks for your time... --Lonewolf17a 22:44, 12 January 2007 (UTC)

  • most of your contributions were made to the suggestions section. try to work on others of the wiki before trying to become a mod. And atleast you have something in common with most mods, you have been idle for nearly a month in december :P --People's Commissar Hagnat [cloned] [mod] 22:52, 12 January 2007 (UTC)
  • Strongly Against - When the devil ice skates to work. You're horrible with wiki code and are never around. No thanks.--Gage 22:55, 12 January 2007 (UTC)
  • Against - When you were around, you didn't contribute anything. Cyberbob  Talk  23:01, 12 January 2007 (UTC)
  • Against - Not only you carry only 60 or so edits on your back, but you present yourself in a cowboy-like attitude that doesn't fit a position of responsibility at all. --Matthew Fahrenheit YRCT+1 23:09, 12 January 2007 (UTC)
you know, you guys could give hints and suggestions to him, instead of just pointing the finger at his mistakes. Gage, i expected more from someone who used to run the project mentor page. --People's Commissar Hagnat [cloned] [mod] 23:38, 12 January 2007 (UTC)
Now now, attacking people won't get you anywhere. Why don't you step up? Show us all what you're made of. --A Bothan Spy Mod WTF U! B! 23:41, 12 January 2007 (UTC)
i wont have another discussion with you bob... i dont need (neither want) to prove who has the bigger e-penis. --People's Commissar Hagnat [cloned] [mod] 23:52, 12 January 2007 (UTC)
That's not what I was getting at. What I was getting at is that rather than complaining about it, you could just do it yourself. --A Bothan Spy Mod WTF U! B! 23:56, 12 January 2007 (UTC)
Hagnat, you can check if you want that in past moderation bids I had repeatedly made suggestions for the nominees when they were posting themselves too early, and I have done that as recently as "Poodle of doom" bid. The way this guy presented himself just disgusted me. One can't say "[I'll] tell the n00bs to piss off" and "[I hope to] whip this wiki into shape" and expect simpaty from a newbie friendly user like me. --Matthew Fahrenheit YRCT+1 23:51, 12 January 2007 (UTC)
  • Against - Sorry, but I haven't seen enough activity from you to vouch. Your contributions on the suggestions page is promising, but I think you need to expand out into the other sections of the wiki. --Go to Zombie slay3r's Page 00:10, 13 January 2007 (UTC)
  • Against - Reasons above. -- Atticus Rex mfu pif Δ 04:45, 13 January 2007 (UTC)
  • Against - When you write a paragraph-long sentence I have trouble believing in your mod-ness. What happened to real grammar?!--Lachryma 06:02, 13 January 2007 (UTC)
  • Against - Maybe it's my oversight, but I don't recall you, which leads me to think there's more to be done before I can vote any other way on your bid. And as I must always ask, do we really need another mod, and if so, why you in particular, and why now? --Barbecue Barbecue 06:35, 13 January 2007 (UTC)
  • Against - I don't know you Conndrakamod TDHPD CFT 08:35, 13 January 2007 (UTC)
  • Against - Though ponctuation would help, it'd still be a np. -Certified=InsaneQuébécois 20:36, 13 January 2007 (UTC)
  • Against - A quick look at your user page tells me no. --Akule Maker of fine, hand-crafted UDWiki sass since 2006 -- Akule School's back in session™

  • Against - If you can provide a link with something productive that you have done, I'll change my vote. Also, it doesn't bode well for a canidacy if you don't even vote for yourself ;)--General Lee A. Dickhole Malton Rangers 23:34, 13 January 2007 (UTC)
I think no user has ever voted for himself on a Promotion bid. It's not like an "author keep"... --Matthew Fahrenheit YRCT+1 00:40, 14 January 2007 (UTC)
    I'd vote for me...--THE Godfather of Яesensitized, Anime Sucks Yalk | W! U! WMM| CC CPFOAS DORISFlag.jpg LOE ZHU | Яezzens 00:51, 14 January 2007 (UTC)
Yeah, but there's no rule that says they can't, so I'm sure they can (correct me if I'm wrong)--General Lee A. Dickhole Malton Rangers 02:20, 14 January 2007 (UTC)
Considering that this isn't a vote, I am sure that it wouldn't matter if they did. This is a discussion of the candidate, not an election.--Gage 03:01, 14 January 2007 (UTC)
Yep, there's no rule. But promotions aren't decided by 2/3rd majorities or some system like that, but a bureaucrats interpretation of the votes value. It's obvious that your own vote for yourself can't be taken seriously. --Matthew Fahrenheit YRCT+1 03:02, 14 January 2007 (UTC)
  • Against - I agree with Akule. (I know, I'm scared too.)--Labine50 MH|ME|P 23:52, 13 January 2007 (UTC)
  • Against - "help newbies to make this wiki better or tell the n00bs to piss off" This is not the attitude I am looking for in a mod, not to mention the reasons listed above. Sorry. --Vikermac 00:50, 14 January 2007 (UTC)
  • Against - Summer lovin', had me a blast, summer lovin', happened too fast, I met a girl - crazy for me, I met a boy, cute as can be. Summer days driftin' away, to uh-oh those summer nights. (Tell me more, tell me more) Who the hell is this guy? (Tell me more, tell me more) Like, does he even contribute? --Funt Solo Scotland flag.JPG 02:10, 14 January 2007 (UTC)
  • NO* sorry but i dont even recognize you from th e suggestion page let alone anything else! maybe when u prove visable and usefull, but until then i am afrais not... --Honestmistake 02:32, 14 January 2007 (UTC)
  • Against - I haven't seen anything worthwhile out of you.--J Muller 03:42, 14 January 2007 (UTC)
  • Against - You listing "I've made plenty of suggestions for the game" ahead of talking up your editiorial work suggests you don't really understand the role of mods. Mods have no real control over the game, just this wiki. If I were you I'd withdraw and wait till you build some actual respect among the wiki community. That no one's yet vouched for you suggests you got a lot of work ahead of you before you're mod material.--The Envoy 13:08, 14 January 2007 (UTC)
