You wouldn't, as his ip won't still be in the recent changes table. However, his ip is still in the logs. Look for where his username was looked up, then check the ip looked up immediately after it. Legend X's ban was supposed to expire in December, but it looks like Gage gave him a year for trying to get around it the very next day, however it's not recorded in vandal data. I think it very obvious vandalism is involved here and the user in question is not really a user. From my limited knowledge of the CDF I would assume the user "LordGull" was possibly associated with the Shambling Seagulls or the name was a loose reference to them (as I learned they are a historical group). I understand there was a certain degree of controversy between the CDF and the SS. Regardless of that conflict, this is vandalism. Gage, the 3 edits-permaban rule is to block vandal alts with haste. This looks more like a newbie main who doesn't know the rules yet, so I specifically decided to give him the benefit of the doubt. to give him a chance to rehabilitate himself. The time of account creation and their general edit history makes me doubt.

The edit history show this account has been editing since 24 July 2006 and went idle at 8 March 2007 so it's definitely not created for these elections. It might be an alternative account used to represent a character at the Deakin Alley Gang re-activated purely to vote in the election. But difference in activity in during the active periods doesn't make it seem likely to me. The Graman edit history seems entirely spotless outside of this.

There are instances where people can share an IP legitimately. Like in a workplace or student flat Murray Jay Suskind edits from two different IP's and at the moment only one of them is used by Graman that could easily be a workplace account like Murray Jay Suskind mentioned on your talk page. If that’s true it also likely that he would vote for Murray.

At the moment I'm leaning to erring at cautious side and at ruling that Graman should be unblocked and no warning should be given. But as a trade-off and to avoid drama he can't vote in the election.

Murray, if you can I'd make graham edit the wiki from his home IP and to let him check back to us to dispel some of the lingering doubts.--Vista 19:49, 1 May 2007 (BST) Any feed back from other sysops on this before I take action?

I brought this up elsewhere. Graman is a co-worker of mine, that's why we have the same IP address. I was introduced to the game when we were bored at work one day. He's not as active in the metagame as I am, but he's legit and very much a different person than I am. I'm not sure how he could vouch for himself, though, as he's permabanned.
