Kempsterbank is a suburb of Malton, located in the southern area of the city.

The Knights Templar have been vested with the responsibility of the defense and revival of the living population in the area by the original settlers of the suburb, the Kempsterbank Neighbourhood Watch, since July 2006.

In August of 2007, Detulux Inc migrated to the suburb to fill their new warehouse complex with weapons for zombie defense.

In August 2008, an organized group of zombies, the St. Ferreol's Hospital Noise Abatement Society arose and have been ruining the nearby blocks and eating breathers ever since.

In December of 2008, Dr. Steel's Toy Soldiers commandeered a factory and warehouse in southwest Kempsterbank and can be heard sending out intermittent informative radio broadcasts.

In January of 2009, the Boardsies arrived and settled in a small motel in the northern section of the 'burb, and can be often found having a drink, and sending out helpful PSAs.

Throughout 2010 Kempsterbank became the perfect location for low level players; the resident undead population in the North East meant there were always opportunities to gain zombie killing experience, and the regular strikes on survivor held TRP's meant that baby zombies were never more than a few blocks from the nearest feeding groan.

Through 2011 and into 2012 the same old conflict played out, but with fewer combatants on all sides. The Templars began focussing forces on St Ferreol's more and more, attempting to keep the building garrisoned on a regular basis. This increased focus meant that rather than the hospital being ruined for weeks at a time, it could now be found repaired for a similar amount of time. However, neither side has given up on the building, and as a result zombie break in happen almost daily, and the piles of bodies, dead, undead and reviving never stops.

Whether Zombie or Survivor, Kempsterbank presents the perfect environment for new players to engage in the longest continuous siege in Malton's history learning, the finer points of their opponents tactics along the way.

September 11^th

The circle continues, with a minor Zombie Renaissance. St Ferreol's has 7 gorgeous zombies inside, and SFHNAS are even back on the Stats page. Further afield the KT shore up defences and are keeping most of the rest of the suburb safe. --I'm not the Ross UDWiki needs, I'm the Ross it deserves. 21:30, 11 September 2012 (BST)

July 7^th

25.96 MHz: "... twenty or so in Kempsterbank ... maybe a dozen outside St Ferreol's Hospital ... a lot of lights on, looks the area's been reclaimed ... infrastructure looks intact too ... the Dobbs Building is being held ..."

The zombies have been turned on thier heels, both NTs are safe and all the area around them are lit, and few places are without both a generator and radio including St Ferreol's. Standing zombies number less than ten at any point as most are shot as soon as they stand. Revive points are clear, and the only action to be had is still at St Ferreol's with daily break in. -- JD 06:39, 7 July 2012 (BST)
