As {{usr|Xoid}} suggested, I propose that we formally adopt Meta's [http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/WM:NOP policy] regarding open proxies. We will use both their [http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/WM:OP list of open proxies] and their [http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/WM:OP/B blacklist] in conjunction with our own blacklist and our own whitelist.

As Xoid suggested, I propose that we formally adopt Meta's policy regarding open proxies. We will use both their list of open proxies and their blacklist in conjunction with our own blacklist and our own whitelist.

They have a really good system set up, and as Xoid said to me, "When in doubt, let those lifeless geeks at Wikipedia do the work for you."--Gage

Voting Section

Voting Rules
Votes must be numbered, signed, and timestamped. They can take one of two forms:
  • # comments ~~~~
    or
  • # ~~~~

Votes that do not conform to the above will be struck by a sysop.

The only valid voting sections are For and Against. If you wish to abstain from voting, do not vote.
