Before the outbreaks, the '''Hollomstown''' area was best known for its cheese factory and its "pointless" plastic widget shipping industry (which later proved very "pointy" when blades intended for combine harvesters were used during the outbreak). Looking much better now. Survivors have really moved in and cleaned things up - you can now make it well into Danversbank and find repaired buildings with survivors in them. [[User:Edgtho The Silent|Edgtho The Silent]] 18:05, 4 January 2011 (UTC)

Suburb still appears largely ruined. Could not find any standing buildings in a fairly wide radius; only a handful of zeds shuffling around and no survivors. Hopefully people will start pushing in from the west and rebuilding soon. [[User:Edgtho The Silent|Edgtho The Silent]] 15:01, 31 December 2010 (UTC)

Hollomstown has certainly changed a lot in the last few days. It's been labeled "Dangerous", but technically it isn't. I mean, sure, I got killed in my sleep again, and I don't see any signs of life. But, I also don't see the gigantic hoards of 100+ zeds that technically would make this "Dangerous". Maybe I'm just not looking hard enough. Anyway, I'd still recommend moving on: the 10 zombies still milling around the cemetery near the Dollis Arms should take their business further east. Same message to the 5 in the cemetery between St. Juan's Church and the very aptly-named Dark Building. All of you - and anyone who's miraculously still alive in the area - should understand that help is not coming your way for a very long time.-- [http://urbandead.com/profile.cgi?id=442711| Roberto Tomba] 18:19, 03 December 2010 (BST)

Hollomstown - A Learning Environment

Before the outbreaks, the Hollomstown area was best known for its cheese factory and its "pointless" plastic widget shipping industry (which later proved very "pointy" when blades intended for combine harvesters were used during the outbreak). Containing five school buildings, five museums, and a library, Hollomstown was home to many families because of the access to educational material. Its own "Museum Road" was a common destination for learned outings, due to the fact they all are on the same street - along with a clever "one ticket, five museums" campaign.

Now, however, most of the museums have been looted and turned into safehouses for survivors in the area.
