McZeds/Historical Group Voting

The old McZeds was a historical movement, didn't do much in game, but it was a pioneer in its variety of humor, culinary jokes- and groups were missing. Amazing and Atari Techno are now absentee from the wiki, so this old version of McZeds deserves to be put out to pasture, and the new one heralded in. --User:Nalikill 22:30, 13 September 2007 (BST)

    "Was" you say?? It's still ACTIVE, that's the big lie of all this. The "new" McZ's wiki is identical content to the old one, under new "management" is all. There is continuity there as well... The "group" -- which wasn't as a group so much as a wiki gimmick-- is NOT historical (as in, "of the past"), it is ACTIVE. Active. Active. Active.     McZed's in its original form is not active. You seem to be fairly new to the wiki, and were not there to understand McZed's original impact in the game. It brought a whole new level of in-character humor and fun to the game and wiki. The version that is ACTIVE today is just a guy who, instead of coming up with an original idea, decided to swipe a piece of UD history and call it his own to attain instant celebrity. Pathetic. McZed's WAS a real group, with real players. What is called McZed's today is not part of the original plan, nor has the "new" group been given the blessing of the creator (Amazing) or current owner, me.     If you knew anything about the history, you'd know I ran the original McZeds after Atari ran it into the ground and, well, ran. Arbitration decided in your boyfriend Amazing's favour, and as such I was only allowed to keep new McZeds running. That's not pathetic. That's giving a damn about a group.     Y'know, a more positive attitude in the beginning would have probably helped. If you approached Amazing in a more humble manner, I'm sure he would have gladly transferred ownership to you, or at least considered it.     Crossman Defense Force. Since McZeds was created by the CDF and Amagozod Rhombus is the current leader of CDF he is also leader of McZeds. That would make Stuartbman's edits to the page vandalism if Amagozod truly wanted to be a dick, but he isn't, unlike his predecessor. And everyone that isn't a newfag knows that Zod Rhombus is the sucessor to all of Amazing's work. We were there.     Here is the link where Amazing made me leader. It is true in this instance that I am looking out for the interest of the original creator, since I helped in its inception and he asked me to help him. Plus, I know more about the group than you think, I know Atari and Amazing IRL. I don't have an interest in a vandalism case and I don't want to participate in a drama-bomb, if you have further problems with me, take it to arbitration. I have tried valiantly to distance myself from Amazing's work and be a more positive contributor here.
