Grigg Heights is a suburb of Malton, located on the western edge of the city.

Prior to the Zombie Outbreak, Grigg Heights was thought of as a peaceful and quiet suburb of Malton. The sleepy suburb supported 6 hospitals and a research facility owned by NecroTech (the primary employer of pre-crisis Malton). The residents at that time were also considered to be educated, music lovers and appreciative of the finer things in culture. These attributes can still be seen in the ruins of Grigg Heights by what is left of the 3 Jazz Clubs in the south of the suburb (Club Whittem, Club Whittard & Club Allerston) as well as its museums the Linnett Museum & the Wriford Museum. Grigg Heights is also notable for having the Ripley Building one of the hallmarks of Malton architecture and a triumph of 21st century design.

The most notable events in the history of this suburb involve the group DORIS. More information can be found here.

April

Surburb is heavily ruined. Zombies walk the street in droves. Few, if any buildings are barricaded and powered. User:DeRathi 11:02, 8 April 2011 (AEST)

April 5th

Walking around in Grigg Heights, I see more and more buildings barricaded and the lights on. No active zeds on the street, so it appears our stand must be working. Either that, or The Dead has grown bored and moved on back to where they came from. I highly suspect the latter, and I think we'll see a dwindling of their numbers over the next few days as they time out and are removed from the map. Things are looking up! I plan on traveling back north until I find ruined buildings and start reconstruction. User:DHPD Officer 666 11:31, 5 April 2011 (EST)

Was killed twice today. Woke up dead, stumbled to a revive spot, got revived and was dead before I could log in again. Damn zombie ate half my left hand too, I'm not sure what I'm going to do about that, these things don't just grow back after you're revived. I've since shambled my way west out of the Dead Zone and into friendly green territory where I can get revived and restock before I return. While I didn't see the destruction here that I saw in Dunell Hills and Owsleybank, I would say that it is fairly dangerous for survivors. However, it does appear that the Dead's March may have been stopped. I recommend that members of DHPD and The Big Prick stage a beachhead here. I think if we strategize properly, we can beat them back. YOU SHALL NOT PASS! ==Warning==
