DHPD Dragoons: Also known as ST-1, this "elite" group acts on behalf of the Commissioner of the DHPD and assists in the defense of Dunell Hills proper, and also engages in special missions as the Commissioner sees fit. The majority of the Dragoons are members of the Veterans of Fort Creedy a Zombie/Former-Zombie unit that maintained enough humanity to want to defend various locations throughout Malton. The members of the Dragoons include: General Alex Creedy, Col. Dominic Peppard, Maj. Ezikiel Randall, Captain Sprackling, Lt. Obidiah Pitney, SSGT Denton, PFC Coleman, FoxyZombieMan, and SimplexB, all Veterans of Fort Creedy. Also part of the Dragoons are DHPD "Regulars" Wilfreed, The HeadHunter,and Mark Sextan. Additionally, the Inanimate Chai Vai is also classified as a member organization of the Dragoons.

Standing Orders from the Chief

1. Recruit a base force for defense and support of the precinct, but have fun and get swingin' drunk while doing so.

2. Kill or revive any zombie wandering into the Precinct.

3. Keep barricades at the precinct's key buildings, listed below, at Very Strongly:

- The Dury Building [5, 36]

- Ainslie Road Fire Station [9, 35]

4. Keep barricades of the precinct's safehouses, listed below, at Very Strongly or higher:

- The Fortune Building [7, 34]

- St. Mary's Church [8, 37]
