July 31st

After recent requests solicited no response, the following group links have been removed from the suburb.

If any of these groups are still active, please add them again. --RosslessnessWant a Location Image? 18:25, 31 July 2008 (BST)

July 20th

Brooksville is overran by Zeds. Ten a block in some spots.--Meltadge 10:28, 20 July 2008 (EST)

July 9th

After a brave and unfortunately, unsuccessful, attempt by a handful of survivors to wrest the dozen or so buildings from zombie hands, the Militant Order of Barhah staged an assault on the Foreman Building NT in the suburb. Inside, they found 17 sleeping survivors. The zombies set upon them with ravenous fury, and some are being dragged out to feed what they call their bahbah zambahz (sp?) that are purportedly being trained by the MOB. Feeding groans are still being heard at the time of this news report. The good news is that the zombies from MOB are running out of targets and may just move on soon.--FLZombie 01:00, 10 July 2008 (BST)

July 8th

The strike teams from the Militant Order of Barhah, their zealot zombies, and several of their feral zombie friends have teamed up to ruin the Flooks Building NT, the Hewlet Museum, Matthias General Hospital, St. John's Hospital, a factory at 31-65, and the contiguous warehouse at 31-66, as well as the Culling Building NT, the factory at 36-64, St. Callistus's Church, and Gamis Auto Repair. Additionally, Mattick Towers came under attack overnight, as did the Estlin Building, Grills Cinema, Club Spordel and Robertson Walk Police Department. Little is known of the status of those buildings at this time, but feeding groans were heard emanating from those structures. Hopefully the survivors in the suburb will mount a decisive counteroffensive soon.--FLZombie 02:39, 8 July 2008 (BST)

July 4th

It appears the Militant Order of Barhah (MOB) has targeted Brooksville for destruction. --Scottk 22:28, 6 July 2008 (BST)

July 3rd

An ad hoc survivor push is beginning to stabilize west Brooksville. They've managed to repair a handful of buildings but could use support. --The Ranger 14:13, 3 July 2008 (PST)

Zombies and survivors have been skirmishing over the Culling Building [NT] during the last few days. This is noteworthy because the survivors finally managed to clear the zombies out, repair the damage, scrounge up a generator, and get power into the building. Today, zombies again broke down the barricades and chased the survivors out. --Scottk 20:35, 3 July 2008 (BST)

June

June 26th

MOB has attacked the Culling Building NT as well as the Flooks Building NT and the contiguous Bidgood Way Police Department. They seem to be on their way west, to North Blythville, so if they draw in feral zombies away from Brooksville, it may actually be good news. Survivors are cautioned to stay away from these buildings and barricade themselves in hardened shelters further south.--FLZombie 13:57, 26 June 2008 (BST)

June 21st

The Militant Order of Barhah attacked St John's Hospital in a cross-border incursion from their main focus in Shore Hills. It would be wise to stay away from the northern part of this suburb, since as they run out of available targets, they may decide to come down more often.--FLZombie 14:50, 21 June 2008 (BST)

May

Almost every building is being attacked, barricades simply dont hold zombies back.. it is a good place for experience with healing, revivers, and people with the construction skill. Pokeblink 21:07, 1 May 2008 (GMT)

April

April 22nd

The situation is still grim (for survivors). Several 10+ zombie mobs spotted this day, and smaller groups scattered almost everywhere. Very unsafe. There are a few well-barricaded buildings available and survivors in ones and twos are riding it out in the hopes that the worst is over. Matt Mucker 20:47, 22 April 2008 (BST)

April 14th

Brooksville is dead ALL BUILDINGS WITHIN VICINITY OF CULLINGS ARE RANSACKED BODIES LITTER THE STREETS *CODE:RED* I have sent a runner to see how far this damage has spread but by the looks of it Brooksville has been wiped out...No UD gaming term can truly describe the carnage..in other words " WEVE BEEN FUCKED "--Cardinal Ximenez 22:30, 14 April 2008 (BST)

April 14th

Most of Brooksville seems to be under attack by The Dead again. Both the Culling and Flooks building have been hit with groups of zombies up to 18 strong attacking safehouses across the suburb.--Fausta Gummings 20:52, 14 April 2008 (BST)

April 8th

Brooksville is definatly not for the faint of skillz zombies killing in churchs and Flooks Ransacked and Cullings being held by one brave brave soul most surviors have fled by now revivees are in the near 20's and growing by the hour (but on the bright side at least we have each other :^) ) --Cardinal Ximenez 01:19, 9 April 2008 (BST)

March

March 31st

Brooksville is back in action. The Bandit Queens' headquarters are all barricaded and lit with tons of survivors inside, barely a zombie in sight. - PixeltheDot

External Military reports: "... leaving Brooksville, counted maybe fifty outside ... mostly just stragglers, no organised groups ... several buildings with power ... some minor structural damage ..." --WanYao 12:22, 28 March 2008 (UTC)

March 17th

Brooksville remainds heavily plagued with zeds; saw no survivors as I ran blindly seeking shelter, newly revived. Now holed up in a ruined building with no barricades, HP halved and no AP. Hoping there are other survivors out there... - Monique Cullen 17/3/08

March 10th

The Culling Building 37, 64 is operationl from 6:45. There are 12 zombies near it, with lights in it might be next target in line, use the time to replenish those synges who needs them. here u can see recent zombie activity http://z15.invisionfree.com/UDRijeka/index.php?showtopic=27. --- Kilgor McMorien 6:45, 10 March 2008

March 9th

No ammunition and no medical supplies. No radio. I'm one of two, maybe three survivors holed up in Northern Brooksville. Brooksville was classified as a Ghost Town yesterday, but someone has made the call. There's 150+ here apparently. I'm with one other in the "Hewlet Park" area. I don't want to disclose our exact position, lest others, who are not human, should be reading this. I've only counted three survivors, including me, but there's bound to be more of us. If any scouts can offer bearings, we need them. I am unarmed, but I don't know about the other guy. He's asleep. I've counted some 20 or more zombies just outside our position. If any help can be offered by anyone, no matter how small the help is, we can use it.
-Father Merrin (3/9/08, 5:01 a.m.)

EMERGENCY!
The building we were in was taken by 10 or so zombies. I fled SE on foot and think I've found safety, for now.
Any help would be ETERNALLY appreciated! Pray for "Loney Killer". He was asleep when they broke in. I had no choice but to flee.
-Father Merrin (3/9/08, 5:39 a.m.)

March 8th

I scouted about the eastern 2/3rds or so of Brooksville earlier today. Every building I went by was ruined with no survivors to be found. Updating to Ghost Town.--Foster 18:13, 8 March 2008 (UTC)

March 5th

I'd like to add that also The Culling Building is ruined and the Foreman Building is being breached at the very moment, most likely ruined in the next 24 hours as the zombie ammounts are overpowering survivor numbers. That would leave the suburb without NT buildings, as Flooks Building fell already earlier. --Snaip 23:24, 4 March 2008 (UTC)

March 4th

After a quick search through the suburbs, status should be updated to red, the entire northern segment of the suburb, along with most of the west and any resource buildings in the area are ruined. Aside from a few defiant stragglers hiding in well barricaded out of the way locations, only the dead remain. -Officer Kain

March 3rd

After the destruction wrought upon Havercroft by the zombie horde, the chaos seems to be spreading south. Last night, the Militant Order of Barhah along with several dozen other zeds attacked Matthias General Hospital and Bidgood Way Police Department. Ominous feeding groans could be heard from several blocks away.--FLZombie 05:05, 3 March 2008 (UTC)

The Flooks Building seems to have been assaulted and ruined by the Bairn Ceatharn faction of the MOB in a raid this afternoon. No survivors remain.--FLZombie 22:41, 3 March 2008 (UTC)

Big break-in at Dore Street PD about ten minutes ago, quite a few survivors killed. My alt is toast. The MOB is here in force.--Ironoak

March 2nd

In a cross-border attack, the Bairn Ceatharn faction of the Militant Order of Barhah took control of St. John's Hospital, finding little resistance from the two remaining survivors there, and then went onto Robertson Walk Police Department, where there was fierce fighting from entrenched survivors. The zeds prevailed in the afternoon, and the place was left in ruin.--FLZombie 05:23, 3 March 2008 (UTC)

February 28th

Attack appears to have undergone. As of current, 19 zombies confirmed outside of Matthias General Hospital. The entrance is very heavily barricaded and is impossible to enter. Report is being made from outside, so no confirmation of survivors in building can be made. 20 dead bodies confirmed littering the street surrounding Matthias General Hospital. Possible inference of either a very successful hold-off, or a serious massacre. --Xavier989 03:56, 28 February 2008 (UTC)

Matthias General is powered but under attack by, approximately 20 zombies. A handful of the undead have gathered outside a few nearby buildings, as well. But the hospital, and the neighboring Bidgood Way PD and Flooks NT building -- and numerous other nearby safehouses -- are powered and in survivor hands. --WanYao 07:52, 28 February 2008 (UTC)

February 27th

Zombies appear to be flocking progressively in the areas surrounding the hospitals. This is only an inference based off of simple observation. It should be safe to assume that the mobs plan on assaulting the hospitals in an attempt to shut down survivor strong points. Suggestion: Those who can fight, heavily barricade the entrance and prepare for an assault. Those who cannot, retreat to a safer location south. Once again this is ONLY an inference based off of simple observation. No confirmation of an organized attack can be made at this time. FYI: If the zombies are indeed planning to attack, Matthias General Hospital looks to be the first target. --Xavier989 13:57, 27 February 2008 (UTC)

NecroWatch reported from the Culling and Flooks Buildings revealing that there were an estimated 78 zombies within scanning range of both facilities. Of note, there were 8 zombies at Matthias General Hospital and 14 zombies at a cemetery, which in following with the Sacred Ground Policy would mean that the location serves as an unofficial revive point and the zombies standing there could be considered non-hostile. The remaining detected zombies were clustered in much smaller groups or scattered. --Mobius187 17:20, 13 February 2008 (UTC)

January 27th

Northwest side of Brooksville a totaly different story. The Flooks building and the warehouse next to it are both destroyed. 1 zombie outside the NT and 8 outside the warehouse. Matthias General Hospital has 6 zombies outside and 0-4 inside (I cant remeber how may inside, I know for sure how many outside). Doors are wide open, no one inside. I would have put up to green but the northwest side is a mess. Keep at yellow or maybe put it up to orange. --ChiaPet 00:07, 28 January 2008 (UTC)

January 26th

Pretty much the same deal as on the 24th. Mockridge Heights has some activity on the border, but it's not affecting us. Most activity is on the northwest side of the suburb. The rest seems fairly clear. I will try to give a better update tommorrow.--ChiaPet 22:24, 26 January 2008 (UTC)

January 24th

NecroWatch reported from the Flooks, Culling, and Foreman Buildings revealing that there were 59 zombies within scanning range. Of note, there were 12 zombies at Matthias General Hospital, 7 zombies at Bidgood Way PD, and 5 more zombies were outside the Flooks facility itself. There was also increased zombie activity detected just across the border in Mockridge Heights. --Mobius187 19:05, 24 January 2008 (UTC)

January 22nd

After touring most of the suburb and completing several NT scans, it appears that Brooksville is improving. There is one large group of zombies attacking Mathias Hospital, but an equally large group of survivors is in the area to fight them. Upgrading status to moderate.--DaytonDead 05:54, 22 January 2008 (UTC)

December 10th

The Flooks Building has been retaken by MPD cadets, which is a bit embarrassing for the local zambah population, and overall things seem much quieter around Flooks, with most resource buildings secured with nearby entry points well-guarded. I haven't visited the North of thee 'burb yet, though, so I'm not sure how things are up there. --A11an0n 16:52, 10 December 2007 (UTC)

A flare was set off in the west/northwest region around 7 AM GST. I just went to check it out: there are 8 zeds in Bidgood PD; 1 outside the Hewlet Museum; 4 in Tickle Row; 8 outside Matthias and 5 inside it. The PD and hospital are unsecured and ransacked, but Flooks and the factor and warehouse adjacent to it are lit and it good shape, though there are 26 zeds outside Flooks. I think they could use a hand clearing out and repairing the PD and hospital.   --cuio (talk) (NW) 07:41, 13 November 2007 (UTC)

The Film Festival is in Brooksville! -- survivors come on in and enjoy the movies! Check the link here for a listing of movies being shown: First VZW Malton Film Festival. Zombies have not been forgotten, and are invited to help themselves to the cart outside filled with Dr Mugwump's Patented Brain Serum jello brains! (Supplies are limited, first come, first served policy strictly enforced) --Shazzelim 18:14, 25 October 2007 (BST)

October 18th

Area propably hit by a branch of the 2nd Big Bash. Many buildings havoced, more undead activity as normal.

October 6th

39 zombies outside Mathias General. Barely escaped the area with my life. -- Eric Herboso 00:14, 7 October 2007 (BST)

Heard over the radio:
"... flying over Brooksville, can see maybe fifty on the streets ... a horde of about forty outside Matthias General Hospital ... a lot of buildings with lights on ... infrastructure looks intact ... lights are on in the Flooks Building ..."

October 3rd

St. John's is very heavily barricaded and NOT in ruins, despite the recent break-in, but it is nonetheless devoid of survivors. I counted twelve zombies in the nine-square radius surrounding the building. Robertson Walk Police just south is also not ruined, but its barricades are demolished. The area is not safe to work in unless a group of survivors goes in at one time. Most buildings to the west are in ruins, so approach from the east if you want to use free running. -- Eric Herboso 15:25, 3 October 2007 (BST)

A small group of survivors from the Pittman Building NecroTech Facility in Shore Hills (three blocks north one block west of St. John's Hospital) has come to help reclaim St. John's. Only five zombies left in the area, and barricade is all the way up. Here's to our neighbors in Shore Hills! -- Eric Herboso 23:00, 3 October 2007 (BST)

September

September 30th

St. John's hospital is in danger of falling - the barricades are down and there are six zombies inside, to one survivor. Someone re-barricaded the building with a length of pipe, but somehow I don't think that's going to help much.--Heinrich 22:59, 29 September 2007 (BST)

Update: St. John's is in ruins. There are three zombies outside in addition to however many of the six stayed inside.

September 28th

21 Zombies still outside Matthias General Hospital. Some stray ones are standing around the streets but other than that the suburb is relatively quiet. --Vkkhamul 01:02, 29 September 2007 (BST)

Since one of my characters is in Brooksville I'll add that while there is a decent probability of death while sleeping in Matthias General Hospital, the revive queue is nil, so you'll probably be revived within a few hours, especially if you request a revive. Most other buildings around here are pretty safe too, so come on down, meet the locals, and shoot some zeds! --Koli T 09:15, 23 September 2007 (BST)
While I must agree on this report I would like to add that Pking is becoming a problem I just killed several and one down to 3 hp I will keep on scouting the area for rogue Pking reports but as of now they are a minor threat, 'NNRC out!!--Matterfoot 19:21, 23 September 2007 (BST)

September 16th

As the battle for Flooks begins to end the cemetary Revive point is finally empty of revivees The Flooks building was breached I belive twice today but only by one zed who refuses to leave us alone.I'd say in 24hours it could be derserving of being downgraded to moderate its not safe just yet however, NNRC out! --Matterfoot 05:36, 17 September 2007 (BST)

I'd agree with you if not for the mob outside (and periodically inside) Matthias General. Several zeds make it inside each day, sometimes even two or three in an hour. Speaking of which, anyone else in here know how to 'cade? --Nightforge 04:38, 18 September 2007 (BST)
I noticed that my post is a day old things were better yesterday but npow there is a mob of 18 zeds outside Mattahas it has power, Flooks has 8 and the PD has 1 according to my NTScan--Matterfoot 05:18, 18 September 2007 (BST)

September 15th

The Culling Building was restored to power moments ago. All three NT buildings in Brooksville are now back in survivor hands. --Nightforge 23:35, 15 September 2007 (BST)

September 13th

As of the last hour, mobile network coverage has been restored to the suburb. Please enjoy unlimited free text messaging for the duration of this service. --Nightforge 05:55, 14 September 2007 (BST)

September 11th

Just went through and surveyed the entire suburb with the exception of four buildings (at the corners)... results: 5 powered buildings (yay), 10 unpowered but non-ruined buildings, and 41 ruined and zombie-infested buildings. Matthias , Flooks, and the nearby factory and PDs are up and running with generators, but falling under enemy siege again. Though there are less than 30 zombies in that area, they still outnumber survivors roughly 3 - 1 for the moment. Despite this, the zombies are making little-to-no progress reclaiming said buildings.

Suburb status downgraded to Moderate based on this new information. --Nightforge 07:02, 11 September 2007 (BST)

Downgrading the suburb status to Dangerous (for now). Not exactly a lot of zeds around to chew on stuff, but that might change now that things are getting back in working order. Brains intact, skull was super-glued back together. The fat lady lives. --Nightforge 07:26, 10 September 2007 (BST)

September 5th

After a long and pressing siege it seems like the fate of Brooksville has been sealed. With the imminent destruction (although not at time of writing) of the 3 key resorce building Brooksville is well on it's way to be in zombie hands. Flooks and Matthias seem overrun, with Flooks ruined. The neighbouring police department is likely to be the next target of the devestating power of the zombie hoards. Only a miracle can save the remaining few. At this moment of time I presume the fat lady has her skull cut open...but the brains are still intact. --CarnageAngel 05:51, 5 September 2007 (BST)

The red zone is shattered, and the zeds are finally falling into disarray. Don't worry, Brooksville will soon rise again. --Nightforge 03:52, 9 September 2007 (BST)

September 4th

Flooks continues to take heavy fire from the mob of zombies outside. Barricades have fallen at least twice in the last three hours. Currently barricades are back up to VHB or EHB, but two zombies remain inside; generator destroyed. As they'd say in Return of the Living Dead: "Send more cops." And maybe paramedics, too. In fact, go ahead and send us your illegal immigrants and white trash. We'll take anyone. -- NeenerNeener 10:53, 4 September 2007 (BST)

The defense at Matthias looks like it has taken a turn for the worse. At this moment of writing the barricades there are heavily barricaded but 10+ zeds have managed to pour through during it's brief opening. Losing even a part of this delicate defence could tip the odds in favour of the zombies (Zombies may dispute that their already winning...but it ain't over until you guys eat that fat lady's brain). Calling all able bodies in the area...we need all the help we can get. --CarnageAngel 13:27, 4 September 2007 (BST)
Update: Additional survivors are arriving: Matthias hospital is being cleaned out, and numbers inside the NT are higher than they've been for the past few days. While the most prominent presence inside Flooks is still MCDU, the Bandit Queens are here in impressive numbers, as well as members of the Crossman Defense Force and Ackland Mall Security. There has not been a noticable increase in zombie numbers outside the NT today, but the breach at the hospital provides reason to believe that the overall number of zombies attacking the immediate area has increased.--Father Thompson 15:46, 4 September 2007 (BST)
Update: In fact, there are fewer zombies outside of the NT. Only 75 left- but this is because they have split their forces and are shifting focus to include the hospital. Appr. 40 zombies outside of Matthias, with 45 bodies. The hospital could use some reinforcements...--Father Thompson 21:06, 4 September 2007 (BST)
Update: 8z inside the Flooks Bldg., no power. I managed, for the 2nd time today, to rebuild the 'cades to HB, attacked all the while. I was then PKed inside the warehouse to the SE of Flooks, after witnessing the PK of RonBrenner, by his murderer- Nately's Whore 809806. The Flooks NT may not stand long. --Chaplain Tappman 17:19 EST, Sept. 4, 2007
Update: The Flooks Building as well as Matthias General Hospital are now ruined and in zombie hands. Flooks has finally fallen after a prolonged siege, if I had the power to salute you humans I would for your excellent defensive skills. (>"_")>Kirby 03:26, 5 September 2007 (BST)

September 3rd

The Flooks and Matthias building was broken into several people dragged to their deaths. Zombies temporarily controlled the Flooks building but swift survivor response has repelled them and the building is now at extra heavily barricaded. Back up is need to hold the building. If anyone has a portable generator the Flooks building needs one. -- CarnageAngel 05:45, 3 September 2007 (BST)

90 zeds outside Flooks. 18:15, 3 September 2007 (MST)
To clarify: zombies broke in, but they did not at any point clear the building. The building has been broken into several times a day for the past couple of days, but the zombies present (several confirmed Extinction and Drunken Dead members, possibly other hordes- totaling just under 100) have not cleared the building at any point. There has been a persistent survivor presence, although backup would be desirable. At present, the largest organized presence in the building is MCDU, but other survivor groups are present as well. The building is currently EHB and powered, in spite of the defenders being outnumbered nearly five to one.--Father Thompson 02:47, 4 September 2007 (BST)
Uh, yeah sorry about the usage of terms there. Sometimes I'm only repeating second hand reports (not actually in Flooks) from other players. Thanks for the tip, I'll try not to repeat it Father (sounds like I'm confessing a sin) -- CarnageAngel 09:28, 4 September 2007 (BST)

September 1st

Zombies hoards are flooding into Brooksville with constant attacks to the remaining Necrotech Facilities. The Flooks building is holding for the moment but with second hand reports of 50+ zombies in the area the defenders will be hard pressed to defend it. Suburb status should be upgraded to Dangerous -- CarnageAngel 10:29, 1 September 2007 (BST)

It has been confirmed that there is a 50+ hoard outside the Flooks building. Defenders are requesting for back up to help hold it. --CarnageAngel 17:20, 1 September 2007 (BST)

August

August 31st

The Flooks building and Matthias Hospital is still under attack. Zombie numbers have greatly intensified. At this moment there are at 40+ zombies in the nearby vicinity. People in the area are advised to check frequently and keep barricades up -- CarnageAngel 23:46, 30 August 2007 (BST)

The Culling Building (37, 64) was broken into around 21GMT. With 11 survivors inside 8 zombies poured in to groan and infect all whom breathed. (>"_")>Kirby 22:55, 31 August 2007 (BST)

August 27th

The Flooks building and Matthias Hospital is doing well with generators working in both buildings and barricades up. The area is still not completely secure though with around 15 zeds and 20+ dead bodies outside the Flooks building. CarnageAngel 12:26, 27 August 2007 (BST)

August 23rd

The Randoms have sent a ragged li'l detachment of do-gooders to Brooksville to ... um ... do good? Survivors are encouraged to request aid if needed. Zombies are encouraged to not eat people. --Shinosa 19:04, 23 August 2007 (BST)

North Blythville is seeking revive needles, our Necrotech building has been under constant attack,we need survivor help! Revives can be performed at NB's revive points.--Rob Lefter 11:54, 21 August 2007 (BST)

August 16th

The Southeast area is pretty much trashed, most buildings are empty and open with 2 or three zeds in many of them. I have no ammo so I'm running around doing recon, which appears to achieve nothing. Perhaps it was vain to tag so many buildings? Anyway, if we can get some action there, maybe it will take pressure off the northwest areas (see comment below). -- FreakWent

The hospital is somewhat safe, and has light barricades up, and the zombie(inside) is dead. However, I'm not sure how many zombies are in the surrounding area, and whether or not nearby safe houses are surviving. --Decimal 13:30, 16 August 2007 (BST)

August 15th

St. John's hospital and Robertson Walk police department are both in danger of being retaken by the zombies. The hospital has 4-5 survivors, and police department has more. They are both unpowered.

August 14th

After more than three weeks with no news, this zone has been downgraded to a moderate threat level, please advise if this rating is inappropriate.

After a heroic effort, St Johns hospital, the Robertson Walk police station, and the Kippins Row fire station were retaken by the survivors! --Paleobob 06:04, 24 July 2007 (BST)

July 22nd

The Mattick towers- Dodimead bank area in Brooksville is in dire straits. St Johns hospital, the Robertson Walk police station, and the Kippins Row fire station are overrun. About 10 survivors hold out in two powered buildings, running low on fuel. Deputy Hughs, wottlebottle, Mike McQueen, paablo, mandilac, ardara in towers. --Paleobob 16:14, 22 July 2007 (BST)

July 2nd

After feeling large amounts of pressure, and being cracked open around 18 times, the flooks building necrotech building was abandoned, and fell to the zombie hordes. This information is late, as i was killed off and was unable to get a clean report of the inside. But it is safe to say that it is swamped on the outside, and still wide open. --06:26, 2 July 2007 (BST)

Update: Flooks is in running order as of minutes ago. --Rob Lefter

June

June 29th

The Culling Building NecroTech facility has come under intense pressure over the last week, with daily break-ins, and looks set to fall if more support is not forthcoming -- boxy T L ZS Nuts2U DA 04:08, 29 June 2007 (BST)

June 24th

The small group living out of the flooks building necrotech facility has just opened a revive point at Heal Walk [30, 62] to supplement the revive point at a cemetary [34, 65] It is going to be maintained by THC, CPM, and the Bandit Queens. So stop by if you need a revive! The request forums will be discussed shortly, and up in no time. --Dzme14 07:42, 24 June 2007 (EST)

June 22nd

Flooks NT is currently in survivors hands. Plans are in place to create a new revive point at Heal Walk led by the the Hazeldine Commitee and the CPM. Support is also expected from the Bandit Queens as Alliance talks are now in progress. Overall, THC and CPM are hoping to provide assistance to all of the citizens of Brooksville. --Jacen Dark 19:44, 22nd June 2007

June 8th

Bidgood Way PD (31,63) and the NT building (Flooks) south of it are over run by 30+ Z's. And the cemetery at 34-65 west of these buildings has had 2 NT staff knocked off while I was waiting for a revive. Guess I'll have to wait a bit longer. --RichTee 13:15, 8th June 2007

June 7th

While on my way to The Brookman Arms for a drink and a packet of pork scratchings I came across 9 Z's and 6 survivors inside Bidgood Way PD (31,63). I must have had one for the road too many as my aim was too rubbish to be of much assistance. --RichTee 10:05, 7th June 2007

Update: Bidwood Way PD is currently under control but only has 3 people in it. If more move in it should be fine again. --Fienom1 10:47 7th June 2007

June 4th

A group of three zeds attacked St. John's Hospital, with a number of survivors inside being in immediate danger.

May

May 10th

Zeta Squad of Team Zombie Hardcore would like to thank the Bandit Queens for the warm hospitality during these last two weeks. We've secretly fought along side with the Bandit Queens for several months now,and we've come to respect the Bandit Queens as a kickass survivor unit.

With this being said...If they Bandit Queens are in ever need of a revive or armed support then please make a personal note of just that on the Zeta Squad wikipage. --Rob Lefter 11:31, 10 May 2007

April

April 13th

The Drama Club staged a performance of "Apocalypse Now" in McNally Cinema as part of their Outward Spiral Tour of Malton. The group plans to travel in a counter-clockwise outward spiral from the center of the town to the outer edges with one show in each suburb. Today they performed for the 10 survivors there as part of this tour. See their group page for performing groups and schedules.

April 4th

Zeds have taken the Foreman Building, but there's only two, so it should be pretty easy to clear them out. - Alice Cuinn

April 4th

The Militant Order of Barhah has entered the suburb from the North, ripping open resource buildings and inconspicuous safe houses alike. Anyone in the suburb shunning the path of True Barhah can expect to be cleansed. --Anthony Burgess 03:47, 4 April 2007 (UTC)

March

March 11th

TZH - Bravo Squad has been using Brooksville as a solid temporary operations location while North Blythville is getting its empty buildings rocked. The zombies here are weaksauce. Survivors keep your heads on and find the safe area. Let's try to hold some resource buildings. Preferably a PD, an NT, an H. Keep rockin to Whalberg!! Balls to the Whalls!!!

February

February 7th

The battle continues as the majority of the survivors leave the area.

January

January 12th

The Malton Defense Corporation has moved into the suburb and has cleared the zombies lumbering in front of Dore Street Pd, and Matthais hospital. They will continue to mop up the rest of the suburb as they push into central Malton.--Master guns 03:20, 13 January 2007 (UTC)

January 7th

Today's zombie outcast seems still set at orange yet survivors are advised to avoid the Bidgood Police Department area. A horde of zombies numbering up to 25 or more have decided to lay siege to the Bidgood Police Department and its surrounding buildings. No indication if it is an actual horde or just a unorganized mass. Stay tuned for more updates.

November

November 30th

Killed the rotter in Matthias, that whole area has 34 rotters in it, but from a quick preliminary run of the area that makes the bulk of the rotters we have done a great job here. Tomorrow I will conduct a scouting run of the whole western area, another member of my group will survey the eastern and get a rotter count we can downgrade the threat level of the suburb.

I have to say that as a whole I am proud of the results we got from working with the Bandit Queens and formulating a plan. We have worked hard, and our operation here seems to be a success. This may be a little early as i havent conducted the scouting of the suburb yet, but as the most active rotter area is down from 50+ rotters to the low 30's a major chunk of the enemy is gone.

October

October 30th

Police departments reclaimed, NT building still ransacked, Quick Reaction Force looking to fix this problem. [01:41, 31 October 2006 (UTC)]

Team Zombie Hardcore would also like to take this opportunity to let the community of Brooksville know that Covert Ops Wizard is NOT a member of Team Zombie Hardcore, despite what his profile says. We are hunting him for his PKing and for his dirty profile trick. Team Zombie Hardcore means the innocent citizens of Malton no harm, and have NO PKers on our team.

October 27th

Dore Street Police Department is reclaimed, after a few long days of break ins and drag outs the Rotters seemed to have moved on to bigger and better things, we had up to 30 Rotters out there at one time. I want to secure Brooksville to be the "Fallback Area" for the Red Zones, so people can rest, rearm, and move back in, since we have a general "safe space" from the Rotters. Mannfreid 17:52, 27 October 2006 (BST)] Lt Brad

October 15th

I have found that Brookesville has lots of Zombies in and have found that 3 Police Stations are overrun/getting overrun. I think that the risk lvl should be raised to red ASAP.

October 11th

Still signs of deadhead scouting parties in the streets, but nothing to indicate large movement or chance of horde rush. More information to follow as I explore more. So far haven't encountered a group more than 4. But this could change. Keep your wits sharp and your eyes open.

September

September 2nd

First off, i'd like to thank FennisHopperman for revivifying me after i was dragged from a police station and messily devoured. Which brings me to my main point, Brooksville is being over-run. Humans are lunch and VS barricades don't seem to be stopping the Zed hordes, there's 20 Zeds in my 3x3 map alone. I strongly advise upping the danger level. Or i could be wrong...

August

August 26th

Zombies are on the rise in this suburb, with around 20 or so towards the west, maybe more farther inward, I'll check it out when my AC is back up, but it would be nice if someone could scout around a bit before then.

July

July 30th

The Displaced DEM officers are well into Operation Monkeyfinger, an action designed to exploit the absence of zombies to establish a new bulkhead against further attacks. As of this writing, there is not a single block in Brooksville that is known to have more that 6 standing zombies. Much of the suburbs infrastructure is coming back on line, with DEM operatives working in conjunction with the Bandit Queens to maintain the revive points at the cenetary and enforce the Uniform Barricade Policy.

July 24th

Displaced DEM officers from the NE-4 district begin arriving in Brooksville to reinforce barricades in the void left behind after the Big Bash swept through. The officers are utilizing River Tactics, by going where the zombies aren't.

July 10th

Brooksville has been listed as the next target for The Big Bash. Zombie numbers, already dangerously high, are bound to increase in the coming days. The Undeadites barge into St. John's Hospital killing several members of The Brooksville Warmbloods. The Big Bash has come to Brooksville. Also break ins in St John's hospital and Robertson Walk Police Dept and possibly more, around 20-30 survivors have died.

June

June 5th

Brooksville seems one of the few suburbs with an (un)healthy zombie population. Most likely because zombies are heading down from the unsuccessful attack on the Ackland Mall in Havercroft (from the NW).

June 2nd

Following a short period of inactivity, high numbers of zombies are again sighted in West Brooksville, mostly congretated outside resource buildings.

May

May 25th

A warehouse was overrun by zombies today killing several survivors. Early reports indicate that the attacking zombies were comprised mostly of the group Rahrhahz b,- which is apparently new to the area. Survivors take heed.

May 13th

More barricades breached in the NW area of the suburb. More zombies have appeared.

May 2nd

Barricades of Northerly section have been mostly breached. Travel at your own risk. A few zeds are seen here and there. ~ZombieUpdate

April

April 23rd

The GHDU closes its revive operations at the nearby Shore Hills cemetery [39,59] and withdraws from the area.

Update: Warehouse 1 & 2 were breached and several survivors were lost to the zombie hoardes. A newly-formed Brooksville survivor group, the Bandit Queens, is now taking revive requests in their Discussion.

April 14th

Numerous resource buildings have been breached, very few safe hiding places. 30-50 Zeds gathered in central Brooksville, roaming in medium sized packs. Exercise caution, and do not travel through Brooksville unless absolutely necessary.

April 2nd

Due to the increasing difficulty of revives, the GHDU shift their revive point from Beavis Drive to the cemetery at [39,59] in SE Shore Hills.

March

March 1st

The GHDU extend their area of operation to include NE Brooksville, including revival by request at Beavis Drive.

February

February 28th

Brooksville almost entirely overrun, all the resource buildings (including revivication points) have been compromised.

January

January 4th

Holdsworth Row Fire Station [30,67] was overrun by zombies in the late hours. Probably attacking from North Blythville. --Daniel Floyds

Update: The Mockers have come to Brooksville... --Technerd 05:26, 6 Jan 2006 (GMT)

December

December 30th

The NecroTech/Foreman building was overrun by packs of undead. Screaming victims were dragged away screaming :). Closest revive point is 5 blocks north, 2 blocks east.

November

November 13th

A horde of Zeds (40+) was seen outside the Flooks Building in west Brooksville.

November 8-11th

The Red-eye Republic finished what local smaller zombie groups had started and slaughter fifty in Bidgood Way Police Dept. The neighbouring Flooks Building and Matthias Hospital have both had their fair share of bloodshed too.

November 3rd

After a game of Blood Bowl, some members of the All Zombie Team (Mrh?Brnhr.Graaaagh!) went for a drink in a pub, when they could not find one they decided to go to the Beckley Hotel to get a drink. When they arrived there the living visitors where not happy and started a brawl. Need less to say, the living visitors now know how to play Blood Bowl. -DKBonnes 15:00, 3 Nov 2005
