* Kevan changes the spawns of all new military players to an area of 5 buildings (think Fort Creedy or Perryn, just without walls) which are located directly outside the border. Survivors can loot special weapons from this area, once it is opened. He gives the new players a bunch of skills and the aforementioned special weapons, such as assault rifles, grenades, machine guns, missiles, etc. These players get one objective: kill anything that tries to get past the border. An explosion tears through the border wall at some point on June 1st, and an epic firefight ensues, which the survivors will most likely lose, if there are any left by this time. The odd gunship strafes the people/zombies trying to escape with rockets and minigun fire, and a couple of tanks are firing every few seconds into the mass of bodies. These gunships and tanks could only be destroyed by missiles found in the new area. The gunships and the tanks can fire on buildings and totally destroy them, killing everyone inside. If survivors/zombies get past this area, they are free to wander a neverending expanse of farmland and forests, or just go back into Malton and seal up the hole in the wall...I can dream can't I? --[[User:Dunstan Smit|Dunstan]] 01:44, 31 May 2010 (BST) | * Kevan changes the spawns of all new military players to an area of 5 buildings (think Fort Creedy or Perryn, just without walls) which are located directly outside the border. Siege
This is turning into quite an interesting battle. Heh. --Mesousa 19:53, 26 May 2010 (BST)
Zombies are trying to breach the station while keeping the NT ruined. Survivors should be focusing on reviving but instead they are just trying to hold the station, which is a lost cause without needles.--O'i'O 21:07, 26 May 2010 (BST)
-
It's funny to note most zombies thought it could become a Siege or something :D First, with cade blocking talking about "Siege" is a bit unappropriate in my opinion ; second, this group is composed mostly by ferals without any experience of coordinated groups and is not organized at all (just look at the mass of overcadding, stupid CR, healing the PKers/GKers, kills without dump and so on).
A lot of MOB, RFF, Feral Undead, etc members are in the suburb right now, hoping it's going to be a super-giant-battle (which is a bit funny, as most "anti" Escape say the game is still fun and doesn't need such groups, yet many of them rush there), sadly it won't become a battle because it's not the purpose of the group at all (seriously, defending a railway station, without backup suburbs and changing defense stronghold ? :D). The zombies will claim victory (despite the lack of enemies), convince themselves this was fun while it lasted, and roll back to their normal activity.
As it was obvious since day 1, this "Escape" thingy will simply turn into a "we're the #1 group in the stats !" and forum/wiki banners, that's it.
(at least it proved that the simple "find big group of survivors, kill them" is still enough for most zombies) --PyroPyro 00:38, 28 May 2010 (BST)
EHB
Be careful, this extra suvivor concentration has made all the building go EHB in no time, without respecting the barricade Plan. It is really hard to get in the suburb, in fact, I had to fly away to a neighbour, and then jump my way to the places. Can you please made a radio announcements about that problem ? Thx GoLookAndKill CFT 14:15, 12 May 2010 (BST)
- Yeah, it seems like the railway station and rotter revive points are constantly overcaded. And with how many are coming into the suburb, I don't know if they're being lowered as part of an attack or just . . . plain . . . lowered. It's madness, I tells ya! Douglas Summers 00:33, 17 May 2010 (BST)

So are we going to make an exception for this event? and allow alts to escape with main characters? I wont bring mine together unless people think we should make the exception. Still don't know which character I want to go --Stuape27 16:39, 16 May 2010 (BST)
- No. No exception. One character, and one character only. --Visible One 03:02, 18 May 2010 (BST)
- This seems like an obvious one. I don't want our numbers to be falsely inflated. Kevan can read the server logs. He'll know if we're telling the truth or not anyway. -Captain Video 04:31, 20 May 2010 (BST)

Offer of Help
I have an alt who'll be participating,... as I mentioned above. He's stocking up on syringes right now... I'm thinking about running a rev point for those who'll be showing up who need revs.... What do you think? Can anyone possably help with this? -Poodle of DoomM! T 02:43, 7 May 2010 (BST)
- I'm sending an alt over to the RR station to help with things (so far I've just been organizing). He'll be there in a couple of days. In the mean time, I suggest picking one of the empty squares to designate as the RP. If Escape really catches the interest of the undead and the queue clogs up with rotters, we'll designate a few more spots so that the system won't grind to a halt. My alt has revival skills, so I'll be able to help. For now, just keep yourself alive and do what you can. Oswleybank is a yellow suburb, but it's between a green zone and a ghost town, so things shouldn't be too bad. -Captain Video 03:28, 7 May 2010 (BST)
Surely just use the next door NT, because rotters may still want to join in with the escape and since its a rotter revive point, it also makes it safe to revive for us survivors. Im just reviving any zeds that turn up in there. --Stuape27 16:58, 16 May 2010 (BST)
I and some members of my group will spraypaint some information about this event and links to the ESCAPE page of wiki. We already got nearly 40 buildings tagged in Barville, Ridleybank, Stanbury Village and Galbraith Hills. There were 2 days of work - but this is only the beginning. We expect 30-35 tags/day and spread into most of the center suburbs. -Mullo de Tanuka 17 May 2010 (BST)
- It would be awful nice if other survivor groups would lend some covering fire as the big day approaches. MOB & RRF might have to watch their behinds in that case. --Holtzfeller 03:15, 26 May 2010 (BST)
- "Cover fire?" Lulz. --Papa Johnny 21:24, 26 May 2010 (BST)
- Yeah, that would take coordination. I'm allowed my pipe dreams. --Holtzfeller 20:38, 30 May 2010 (BST)
Station Radio
Does the station (or one of the nearby buildings) have a radio installed? Once we get nearer to the event it might be useful for the organisers to be able to broadcast from a location that's closer to the action. --Remnant Matt 09:56, 9 May 2010 (BST)
- The station used to have a transceiver, but we took it down because the radio transmissions flooded the place and made people unable to talk. As far as I know, the nearby building have no transceivers either; feel free to bring one and install it in a nearby building, if you want to. --Mesousa 23:48, 9 May 2010 (BST)
- I put a transceiver in the Station, it should be used to communicate with the senior staff at the CORAM, is their a frequency we could tune it to? -Jeebus Josh --Fatfisher13 1250, 10 May 2010 (PST)
- I say we broadcast on 27.42 if we want a closed frequency and 28.41 if we want an open frequency. --Remnant Matt 07:12, 11 May 2010 (BST)

We can't even set up a rot revive point due to the lack of NT buildings. I'd just stock up on ammo and prepare to headshot as many zeds as I can. T'was kind of sad, because i never really experienced what being a survivor in Monroeville was like. I think monroeville, with its zero revive, elimination policy is pretty neat, but its a ghost-town now; two survivors, a few feral zeds? I think the survivor injection would be exciting- and we should keep our MkIIs: they would become a precious, finite commodity... We all know that the date of the escape is June 1st, but at what time of day will the event take place? If possible, I'd appreciate it being at a time when we Europeans can take part. --Remnant Matt 20:23, 11 May 2010 (BST)
- Don't know. We could always go with Midnight UTC, but I'm not sure how well that would work. Everybody filing in AT ONCE isn't really necessary; I think we should just be there BY June 1. -Captain Video 20:39, 11 May 2010 (BST)
- I doubt I could make midnight. If all we need to do is just show up then I agree a time is not needed, but if Kevan takes notice and adds some form of action we could either just all go when we're ready or set up two or three different charges for people in various timezones. --Remnant Matt 21:08, 11 May 2010 (BST)

- I'm not gonna make midnight, especially during the weekdays, hence my suggestion. I carry a few syringes with me at all times, so if we're sent to Monroeville or some other place I could be an asset. :P --Sam 2334 22:14, 15 May 2010 (BST)

Also the fact that ferals as far away as Dulston are heading this way reminds me of every escape/rescue scene in movies so of course it will be War...and some will be left behind at the dock (Dawn of the Dead), not picked up at the LZ (Platoon) or dragged down holding back the the Horde (This IS SPARTA...Er, I mean: THIS IS ELLICOTT PLACE RR...AND YOU...SHALL...NOT...PASS!!!) I think we should assign the event to the radio, and have everyone tune into that frequency. When people want to talk, they should broadcast what they want to communicate. The Second of June
I propose on the second, if we are all still around we all commit mass suicide in the Woodborne NT building 1 North of the Railway Station. A rather suiting end in my opinion, as long as no relatives of Heaven's Gate/People's Temple people are playing ;P Chuckiferd 04:17, 17 May 2010 (BST)

"the most important in-game historical event to date"
I assume you're joking?--Yonnua Koponen Talk ! Contribs 20:05, 17 May 2010 (BST)
- There is a little humour under that heading, but if something happens then this really is the most signifigant that has ever occured in the game. Chuckiferd 20:28, 17 May 2010 (BST)
- I was refering to the Plan B suicide, I sure can't think of even 1 single collective suicide so far. The massive amount of bodies on the floor would be impresive. Chuckiferd 20:28, 17 May 2010 (BST) "It's raining men"
- Collective suicide now makes this the most important event ever? More important than the First seige of Caiger Mall? More important than the Battle of Blackmore? More important than the Battle of Pitneybank, which was effectively the last seige?--Yonnua Koponen Talk ! Contribs 20:48, 17 May 2010 (BST)
- How about unprecedented? Still, the Escape group is the largest in history no? It has grown far faster than any other group, I, a nonparticipant in these seiges still feel it is my right to the opinion that the mall itself wasn't of any signifigance. This easily can be seen as the biggest, most signifigant movement so far, at the very least we are making history. June 1 and 2 can be seen as "THE END", whereas these seiges you mention were mere in-game battles of no ultimate signifigance, other than the implementation of some new features. Jeezus, this whole argument is over a couple words? —The preceding Template:Wikipedia comment was added by Chuckiferd (talk • contribs) at an unknown time.
- If you think 300 people is the biggest, you're forgetting the 2000 member super-group that appeared in about a week or so, and destroyed the whole map.--Yonnua Koponen Talk ! Contribs 21:38, 17 May 2010 (BST)
- And also forgetting the RRF used to number about 400-600 at one time, when it was still the biggest group in the game. And it's managed to remain so ever since.-- Adward 17:34, 18 May 2010 (BST)
- I appologize, I guess since this is the only event I have been involved in I have overestimated its importance. However, this still is signifigant and you can't take that away. This group is assembled for a new cause, not to simply seige another pointless mall or trash some buildings. Not to mention that the "history" page doesn't list anything past 2008 (though it is a work in progress, and I do remember some kind of 'Mall Tour' even during my visit in Malton —The preceding Template:Wikipedia comment was added by Chuckiferd (talk • contribs) at an unknown time.

I think something along the lines of this might happen. "The collective minds of the survivors come together and propose a mega project. Building a train to barge out of the city. The supplies need for such and undertaking could be salvaged from the train tracks all over Malton" You can fill in the rest from there. It's just an idea. --BrainBoy20 02:06, 18 May 2010 (BST)
For clarification to both sides arguing about this historical relevance, there are interesting points by both sides. No, this won't be the most historical event even if Kevan intervenes and kills you all, even if he makes changes. It's been done before On Strike and that was much more important and game-changing than this. Not only that, but it was more rational of a demand, rather than people who "just are bored with the game".
However, I also agree that this is a very interesting and brilliant event, it's been a long time since I've seen 300 survivors together (even more so for not just randoms), at leased since the march of the dead. So, having said that, I think this is pretty monumental considering the era of the game's life that we are seeing this in. If this happened 3 years ago on this scale, no one would have cared. But keep in mind this is when the game has been declining and numbers in one square are small nowadays. I for one am impressed. Good work, guys. --
13:50, 19 May 2010 (BST)
- According to a quick calculation based on old UD population stats we might not be too far from signigifcant! On Strike apparently had 1300 odd at its peak. You may think this outnumbers anything we could achieve, however, the playerbase was roughly 50000 players at the time. that means only ~2.7% of players participated. With 400 out of 19000 we are already at 2.1% participation with a week to boost those numbers!
- All is not in vain (hopefully) ----Doran 08:19, 24 May 2010 (BST)
- It's disingenuous to cite number of players, when all we know is number of characters. I'd be surprised to find that the number of players was even 30% of the current active characters. As for it's importance, nothing that happens here will change the game. Kevan implied upcoming changes before this event started, and nothing here breaks new ground. @DDR, weren't there over 750 survivors in Nicholl's Mall during the Battle of Bahahopolis? It may be nitpicking, but it does postdate the March of the Dead. --Bisfan 12:11, 25 May 2010 (BST)

- Finally, a little recognition! It took a public pking and smashing the generator, not to mention pretending to be a suicide bomber and spraypainting "Long live Red Rum!" all over the walls of the NT, to finally get people to recognize me! That was my fourteenth murder (including the guy that I murdered twice because he had the balls to track me down and put a bullet through my head), and my first act of property destruction, and I've been finally noticed! Of course, I would have been noticed later if I hadn't decided to attack the ESCAPE, as most of my victims were sleeping alone. Anyways, I don't see why we're on a Do Not Revive list if the NT building was ruined by the zombies (I'm glad to think that I took part in my own way). Good luck holding onto that railway station without needles, or for that matter without reloads or other vital supplies--you'll sure as hell need it. Hey, I might pay you guys another visit if there's still any of you alive in a few days. Of about 400 ESCAPists, there's, what, only 200 still alive? The largest group in the game getting its butt kicked by the RRF and other zombie groups. Let's say that each zombie horde has about, say, 100 members. Either there's one heck of a lot of zombies (feral, and some of the more powerful groups in the game), or the defenders are a little incompetent. You guys really should have guarded the rot revive a little better--most of the people in there were wounded when I dropped by. Hey, just look at it this way--none of them are wounded any more. Hm, less than a week to go. Can a couple hundred survivors make it through a zombie siege long enough to escape from a quarantined city? Will any of them be alive to commit mass suicide if Kevan ignores them? To be continued...--Sam 2334 22:46, 26 May 2010 (BST)
My apologize to Dual-Natured. I have not considered your alignment. Dis list was posted in a state of great HAET to all GK'ers. So, many zombies also have been marked as "DNR" in the heat of the moment. So I surely confront RRF guys with their "zedrevive - run in - GK - PK - run out" tactics. Isn't it a zombie group? Whatever, it is your style of playing and I'm not going tell you what you are supposed to do. So, once again sorry for disturbing. We can see, that almost all of these profiles were created recently, at a peak of siege, during ESCAPE mission. As I DNA'ed them, they were in stack, it means they act one-by-one, from one computer. Futhermore, one of zergs belong to RRF (look at profile, proof-picture is in the picture release). With 1 level and zombie-speech in description. An one of alts, specially created before ESCAPE. He came to Elicott to help main character... or two/three? Look at No-Escape character. It is supposed, that all main No-Escapers should be at Elicott now. And this is an alt, surely. But shouldn't alts stay in seperate suburbs?
Now I'm asking you: do you still think it is a fair play? Do you still agree with a fact that Elicott haven't been zerged? I DNA'ed an about of 12-15 zombies. And half of them are zergs. Just imagine how many zergers are there. Congratulations.
Maybe I'll be back next day with more proofs. Enjoy. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Mullo de Tanuka (talk • contribs) at an unknown time.

- "they were in stack, it means they act one-by-one, from one computer." No, the stack is just a list of Least Recently Active. They can be from any computer. -- Grogh 16:28, 27 May 2010 (BST)
- Correct. Also the fact that they are new means nothing. It's a huge siege, there have probably been a lot of feeding groans, if so then new zombies will spawn nearby. And I am not sure what the accusation against the RRF and No Escape zombies are. - User:Whitehouse 16:31, 27 May 2010 (BST)
- I don't see any strong evidence either. Frankly, it just looks like some baby zombies created yesterday spawned there. And baby zombies spawning in Owsleybank at the moment shouldn't surprise anyone considering that two of the largest hordes in game along with several other smaller hordes are currently eating there. But really this isn't the place to discuss it. You can take your case to the zerg list if you'd like an informed, unbiased opinion, Mullo de Tanuka. --Amber Waves of Pain 16:40, 27 May 2010 (BST)
- As an involved member of the RRF I can state as a matter of fact that the person listed as an RRF member is wearing tags but in no way an official member of the group. In case you did not know, Mullo de Tanuka, a group can't control who wears its tags. You shouldn't make such idiotic claims without some kind of proof. -- Papa Jadkor (RRF) (MotA) (MT11) 21:26, 27 May 2010 (BST)

Could I point out also that there appears to be zerging in the Escape camp. I believe somebody in the MOB, or maybe JohnnyBass witnessed this. They might be able to clarify if required. Let it be said here and now that the Militant Order of Barhah and I'm sure the Ridleybank Resistance Front as well, do not participate in zerging. --TouchingVirus 18:39, 27 May 2010 (BST)

You know what would be hilarious?
If on june the first, Kevan opened up an exit to Malton on the exact opposite side of the map, for 24 hours only. That way, the only people who could exit would be the people not involved in escape. Personally, I think that would be a hilariously snarky response from good old Kev.--Yonnua Koponen Talk ! Contribs 22:46, 27 May 2010 (BST)
Reconvergence
There's no way to get everything back together while trying to defend the area, so I am making a radical proposal - everyone go back to their home suburb to get revived, and then everyone come back to Ellicott on the first. Random832 23:48, 27 May 2010 (BST)
- Well that's what I'm planning to do. I'm curious as for whether Kevan will plan something for us or not, so I'll wait on a nearby 'burb and rush through Ellicott on the aforementioned date. --Mesousa 20:52, 28 May 2010 (BST)
- you're serious ? I bet you're only troll-trying to bring more trenchies in the suburb for the late zombies, the biggest groups are massing in the suburb (RFF, MOB, FU, Extinction, etc...) because they expected some fights, they won't leave the place until they get bored of staying there for no reasons. Coming back here as a survivor would be totally useless --PyroPyro 01:02, 28 May 2010 (BST)
- Well, I for one think it's a great idea! ^_^ -Shatari 03:00, 28 May 2010 (BST)
- Okay. Everyone run back to a ruined railway station occupied by all of the largest groups of zombies in the game in the hopes that enough of you will survive long enough for Kevan to implement an "Escape" for you, and if no such thing appears all commit suicide or buy Brain Rot? Nice plan. Here's another: Why not postpone the Escape for about one month, select another building on Malton's Border for the Escape and try to watch the barricades better this time? --Sam 2334 22:54, 28 May 2010 (BST)

Despite helping coordinate the survivor meta-game response to Escape in recent days, I've been pushing for the formation of a Escape-derived zombie horde, post-June 1st, for a fair while longer. If you heard anyone on the Ellicott radio frequency a week or two back, encouraging people to 'Excape from consciousness and embrace the rot', 'The future of Escape is the destruction of Malton', etc etc, that was me. It's an idea gaining traction. We're playing it by ear at the moment, but personally, I think it'd be fun (and welcome) for the people we've gathered together to continue meta-gaming and go zombie after Escape, help smash Malton for allowing the zombie:survivor ratio to stagnate. --RenegadeRomero 15:50, 28 May 2010 (BST)
- I'm not sure whether I'd use my main character, but I have a zombie alt that I might use for this. --Remnant Matt 16:37, 28 May 2010 (BST)
You are on to something here. The problem with the game is that there are to many people that want to be the survivor which causes there to be a lack of zombie threat. What I propose is the 470 Escapee's join No Escape and rampage Malton with the other hordes. That would actually make the game interesting again. As a player I know that in order to play my one survivor character and still have fun I need to support and play zombies. Currently I play 3 separate and individual zombies for the one survivor that I play. I feel its not only fun playing a zombie but it's an obligation much like a farmer farming crops. If there is no threat then there is no fun. We must create our own threat by playing the dark side as well. If more people did that then the numbers of zombies would make the game much more enjoyable for all. What the game needs is for people to take on the challenge of playing two zombies for every one survivor character they have. As a player who has been around for a long time I can't tell you how many times i hear "I've never played a zombie or I don't like playing zombies" ... well ... if no one wants to play them there will be no challenge, no threat, no reason to even play the game because there is no enemy to fight. Join a zombie up to the Big Bash and one up to No Escape or RRF or MOTA or MOB or FU or any of the other zombie hordes. Turn the 9 out of 100 suburbs red again ... make it 50 out of 100 red suburbs. Make survivors really have to play hard to be a survivor. That's where it gets fun for both sides. Maybe you'll even find you enjoy playing a zombie too. I know I do. --Schweinhund 22:37, 28 May 2010 (GMT)
Do you think you could do better than Big Bash 3? They may have some classy organizers, but you defiantly win based on sheer numbers. I'd actually suggest you have a large focus on PKing, it seems more your style. --VVV RPMBG 06:55, 29 May 2010 (BST)
- PKers are a step ahead of survivors to restore balance, but PKers hardly make a difference on the world map. While they can on short term kill more people, they lack the resilience to simply stand in the way of retributions and to salt the land on the mid term by destroying barricades, blocking barricade rebuilding, attracting like-minded souls with groans and ruining buildings. Best they can do is to aid a zombie siege in full swing by undertaking commando actions to hit vulnerable spots that are harder to touch with pure zombie methods (see Gore Corps and RRF, FU's death-cultists in fort sieges, or also our genny smashers in No Escape who helped to drain the Escapees gennies faster).
- So I'd rather go the zombie route, possibly with a PKer/death-cultist branch. Also, Red Death and BB3 don't have to be exclusive... ;) -- Spiderzed▋ 11:43, 29 May 2010 (BST)
- If any new zombie group was derived from Escape's active members, I hope A. they'd most likely join Big Bash 3 (as it's been my mischievous intention for most of this to steer Escape towards death and a new unlife...) and B. Be split into several smaller squads (much like the established groups, we'd need strike teams, death cultists and ferals). However, Escape isn't a coherent collective, you simply wouldn't get all of the 400+ to accept horde life, and my zombie sympathies are well and truly out in the open now. If a Red Death wish to help shake up Malton, I'm in. If not, I'm going that way anyway... --RenegadeRomero 15:30, 29 May 2010 (BST)
- Dumbest, most ineffective and most contradictory thing this group could possibly do. --
- An alternative (post-June 1st): 'Escape' continues to harness the people that have gravitated towards it so far, it recruits some wise old hands, intelligent survivor types, people not afraid of the complex survivor meta-game and keeps its communication channels open. It aims to be a classy, creative, coordinated survivor alternative to the big established zombie groups. Or such a group could be built from the ground up, with the memory of how badly 300+ (mostly feral) survivors reacted fresh in the mind. --RenegadeRomero 17:30, 29 May 2010 (BST)

We will fight 'till death. Fighting for last hope. But if there no light at the end of the dark tunnel - we'll get RAGED. One slight step - and this rage'll be inflicted on others. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Mullo de Tanuka (talk • contribs) 07:07, May 29, 2010.
Ideas on what's going to happen on 1 June
Just a topic to list different possibilities for what might happen...
- Surgical nuclear strike on the burb (which would kind of suck, since there will be so many non-Escapists in the area) Asheets 17:29, 28 May 2010 (BST)`
- Surgical nuclear strike on the train station (better, and fun to watch) Asheets 17:29, 28 May 2010 (BST)
- Rapture of all Escapists (which will be fun to watch) Asheets 17:29, 28 May 2010 (BST)
- Rapture of everyone in the train station Asheets 17:29, 28 May 2010 (BST)
- Rapture of everyone in the burb (again, which would kinda suck) Asheets 17:29, 28 May 2010 (BST)
- Nothing (which would really suck) Asheets 17:29, 28 May 2010 (BST)
- Brainz getting eaten for sure --Sonrah 18:01, 28 May 2010 (BST)
- Escape for everyone in a random building on the opposite side of Malton (originally proposed by Yonnua, I think) -- Spiderzed▋ 18:06, 28 May 2010 (BST)
- Barrier collapses, our playground is expanded to include some suburbs and farmland while the military falls back to a more secure perimeter along the west side. --Shatari 18:16, 28 May 2010 (BST)
- Everyone with an Escape tag gets abducted by aliens and 'probed' o.0 --Red Brinded Cat 22:41, 28 May 2010 (BST)
- All players attempting to Escape are shot by the border guards. Whether "players attempting to Escape" include all members of Escape or all residents of the railway station or both is up to Kevan's discretion. --Sam 2334 22:44, 28 May 2010 (BST)
- Kevan responds to the Escape in the same way as the Strike, with updates that give humans cool new stuff. I can't wait to get my AK-47. --Sam 2334 22:44, 28 May 2010 (BST)
- Escapists succeed in getting at least some of their members past the guards, but due to faulty maps or deus ex machina (you just can't win, can you) end up in Monroeville, Borehamwood, or even a soon-to-be-released newer city with zombies and stuff. --Sam 2334 22:44, 28 May 2010 (BST)
- The breach in the border opens, and floods of human characters Escape, and therefor "win." Many disillusioned players (most of which are survivors) leave the game, triggering a survivor/zombie imbalance. (400+ survivors permanently leaving the game?!) Although the effect may not be great by itself, if a new zombie megahorde (March of the Dead, anyone?) were to appear, or if new updates arrived that favored zombies, this could very well severely tip the balance in favor of the undead. Or at least, I think so. --Sam 2334 22:44, 28 May 2010 (BST)
- Hostile groups clear the Escape building, and the Escape is postponed. --Sam 2334 22:44, 28 May 2010 (BST)
- Everyone continues to wimp out, and everyone is found and killed before the June 1st deadline. Humans lose the game of hide and seek, and the military opens the path outside, only to find 400 zombies at the planned escape area instead of a band of veteran humans. Immediately, the military opens fire, but there are too many to be taken down; instead, the surviving zombies seem to evolve with new skills and new abilities, and the military is overrun. ArexStadrin 16:56, 29 May 2010 (BST)
- Kevan changes the spawns of all new military players to an area of 5 buildings (think Fort Creedy or Perryn, just without walls) which are located directly outside the border. --Dunstan 01:44, 31 May 2010 (BST)
- Kevan airdrops crates into Owsleybank, containing nothing but T-shirts that say "I participated in Escape and all I got was this lousy t-shirt". --Visible One 02:47, 31 May 2010 (BST)

- Escape, thank you for your patience. This is the final plan.
- Get close to Ellicott, rally in any 'safe' unruined building
- Conserve your AP where possible, avoid fights, stay alive.
- http://tinyurl.com/RetakeEllicott shows the basic movement
- In the next 48 hours, you will receive a time to strike.
- Strike the target to within 15 minutes of the announced time
- Can't make the strike? Attack @ X:25 / X:55 when you can.
- If you can coordinate in real-time, tinychat.com/ellicott
- This is coming to a close - be prepared.
