The Malton Police department and the greater Department_of_Emergency_Management have no stance on capitalism as it is applied in the city of Malton. In fact the MPD through the DEM supports many socialist type endeavors throughout the city. Not the least of which is the Revive Request Service which calls on the people of malton to work together for each others greater good. The Malton Police Department belongs to a larger organization known as the Department_of_Emergency_Management or DEM. The Department of Emergency Management (which I represent) takes a dim view of pking in the city of Malton. As such we take interest in who is killing the citizens of our city no matter where they are. All of the groups who belong to the DEM organization agree that the use of the Rogue's Gallery is the best option in dealing with the Killers of the city. The citizens of Malton will continue to use the Rogue's Gallery as a benchmark to let us know who is dangerous and who isn't until such time as a new or better method shows itself. I would also suggest that the Border Army you speak of has no authority in the city proper and if you wish to work side by side with the people of Malton we will always welcome you.
