This page is for the requesting of page moves by normal users. The average user's ability to move pages has been rescinded due to frequent abuse by vandals; as such, users will need to submit requests (similar in nature to those on Speedy Deletions and Protections) for pages to be moved by a sysop.

Guidelines for requesting a Page Move

Copy the template below (Or just type it), replace the text in red with the relevant details, and paste the template under the Move Request Queue heading. A day after a sysop has taken action on the request, move requests should be moved to the Archive.

You can always perform a manual non-sysop move to the desired location, then blank (or make a doppleganger redirect that mimics a real page-move but thats unnecessary imo) the original page and put it up for A/SD as crit 1. I used to do it all the time. --

I think this might need moving, I'd like some help as to where it should go. Normally I'd suggest it'd be under DEM userspace, but I'm weary of recent claims by DEM reps that there are a lot of fake groups around... I've asked G F J to give some input. It might be as simple as checking history of the page and stuff but..... I've gotten lazy. --

Boot of norris

this page 20 days old or sommat and while I think it's not bad enough to be moved (before giving them a chance to fix it up), the page sucks, it's historically inaccurate, but even from a roleplay aspect it's stupid because this guy probably had nothing to do with first seige of caigerand just used it for fail historyetc etc. And honestly, all my pathetic excuses aside, I simply hate this cause norris jokes are fucking old and lame.I request a move to userspace at User:Arthurchester/Boot of norris, but if the ops don't want to I don't mind, I'll happily categorise it and leave it for a month or two. Discussion is welcome, cause, well, it's alll gooooooood. --

By the looks of it, Boxy moved an archive back to Tenants Of Veysey/Diary Archive going with the idea it's a group page. However one of the links is dead and the other stuff was actually on The Veysey Building page but it was all wiped a while back by this guy and apparently moved to another archive of which I can find now evidence of. =/ In any case, with the original owner long gone, I don't think it would be missed being moved but I'll wait on someone else having a look too. -- Cheese 09:49, 2 May 2010 (BST)

He didn't create an archive, as seen by his contribs, and also made other similar dodgy edits around the same time. Stuff like removing flavour lines of descriptions. Either way, we should probably do something with this. Am I assuming:
