November
November 26th
Hunkered down here over the holidays, Pretty strong zed presence little, if any, light. Most buildings are trashed, and those that remain are filled with low level survivors huddling for warmth. From what I saw; Place is a death trap waiting for a horde to circle back on it and clean house. I'm moving Northeast cautiously, hoping to make it to Eastonwood before the first snow. Cuddling with my "length of pipe" for the night--EzKobra

I entered, or rather staggered into this suburb all the way from Brooksville, I was faced with the option of outrunning the horde or trying to sneak into the depths of their red zone, carefully making sure to avoid engaging any of the feral cloud that followed soon after the organized hordes left for more eastern areas, as Brooksville was inevitably going to come under attack, and whilst Greentown came under attack, I moved past their rear flanks in darkened buildings one day at a time, now I am in in Wykewood, the way in showed frequent groups of 5-7 Zombies outside of every resource point and some zombies even checking in the darkened buildings, it's hard to hide in this area with all that activity so I'll try to move even more to the west, perhaps to "the heart" of the redzone, the heart of it all, I noticed recently New Arkham immediately turned red, meaning the horde will soon pass through here again that much I can be certain of. In 3-4 Days, I will recommend an organized group of survivors attempt to retake Tompson Mall, the Horde appears to all be moving east, towards Dartside.--EveryTimeV 06:21, 22 November 2010 (UTC)

On a trek across the suburb I spotted a few scattered zombies, no groups over 5, and not a single powered building. At a glance, the majority of the buildings are ruined, rather than unlit and barricaded. --GANG Giles Sednik CAPD 18:56, 30 May 2009 (BST)

NecroWatch reported in from The Skilliter Motel. There were 2 zombies within scouting range, none posing any real threat except to the survivors who might be loitering outside. 1 zombie inside Adalbert General, his name is Rolo Tomasi (make sure he doesn't get away with it!) and the other zombie was hanging out front of the Dufferin Bldg.--Dr Mycroft Chris 07:17, 6 May 2009 (BST)

No report during this month. The suburb was considered Safe during the first half of the month. It was under attack by about 70 zombies near the end of the month and considered Dangerous. Perhaps survivors thought the suburb was too quiet to report. And when the attack came, they were too busy surviving to file in anything.

No report during this month. The suburb was considered Safe, with most building intact and powered, and at most twenty zombies. Perhaps there was nothing interesting to report.

Im afraid the Suburbs safety has been cut short, several important buildings are broken into. The southern area appears to be the most damaged, with around 2-10 zeds outside most buildings. Im leaving the statis at yellow but im afraid it looks like it'll be going red very soon. --Montana8 07:57, 30 January 2009 (UTC)

Many buildings are powered up and EHB. Very few ruined buildings, and very few zombies left in the area. Hospitals are powered up, populated, and EHB. Changing the suburb status to yellow. Makawa'o 20:55, 21 January 2009 (UTC)

Much of the suburb has been ruined. Through scouting, I can confirm that there are roughly a dozen structures left intact at this time, but these are coming under attack. --FLZombie 17:58, 10 January 2009 (UTC)
January 9th
Later reports from that day indicate that both hospitals are fallen and ruined, with roughly 58 zeds in the area. Some 8 are outside of Spraggon drive railway station. The Curtis Arms is open with at least 2 zombies inside. Most other buildings seem to be EHB. --Fenian 04:52, 9 January 2009 (UTC)
- The Militant Order of Barhah has arrived. The MOB Locator shows a wave of destruction coming from the western border along Nixbank. Survivors are strongly cautioned to not sleep in the open, and to hide behind the heaviest barricades they can find. --FLZombie 13:20, 9 January 2009 (UTC)
- Addition Malton revolution radio news bulletin: Mather library, the Godfry building, Banger cinema, Castleman walk, the Ross building, Spraggon drive station, and the Dufferin building are ruined. January 8th
Report over Malton revolution radio: Wykewood is not in great shape. The only two hospitals here are both under attack by giant hordes. Josephine is still standing, but Adalbert has been ruined. We anticipate that the score of zeds outside Adalbert will turn on Josephine, liely ruining it. There is also a horde outside of Samborne walk police department, which has been breahced. Our reporters did not uncover information on Lavingston PD or Castleman Walk Fire. Catcott Fire Station is still holding strong, does not appear to be under attack. The area north of Strong Alley School seems to be mostly safe, albeit accessable only to free runners. The prevalence of these large hordes suggests the possibility of organization in the local zombies.--Fenian 17:03, 8 January 2009 (UTC)

Zombie presence seems minimal, although they may just be on the north side of this 'burb. Lots of buildings appear to be unpowered but not in bad shape overall. Maybe safe, maybe not; proceed with caution. --aClashInRedSnow|talk 06:06, 26 December 2008 (UTC)
- Moon Bank and Norvell Library are in ruins, these are in the NW corner of the suburb. Some buildings are not at BP but Wykewood is a suburb that tends to not adhere to Standards.

October and November
No report during these two months. The suburb was considered Moderately Dangerous in October, with 30-40 zombies causing some minor damage. In November, however, the number of zombies increased to 60. They destroyed most of the buildings, causing the suburb to be Dangerous. Perhaps during these months survivors were too busy rebuilding and trying to stay alive, respectively, to report anything.

At least 6 zombies on the streets. Breakdown of the Tactical Resource Points:
- 2 Police depts: 1 powered, 1 not (Samborne is out of fuel)
- 2 hospitals: 1 powered, 1 not.
- 1 factory: powered.
- 1 auto repair: powered.
Zombie numbers are low, and whilst they are grouped and assaulting a TRP, there is little indication of success or lasting impact. Safe. --Funt Solo QT 02:30, 28 September 2008 (BST)

Wykewood has suffered heavy zombie attacks, nearly all buildings have been broken into and ravaged. Not safe to go on streets...large zombie groups of ninety to one hundred sighted... no signs of life at all, they seem to have looted all buildings and moved on to a safe suburb. Scouted the rest of the burb. There are easily over a hundred zombies in Wykewood, including a few moderate (i.e. a dozen or so) mobs at some of the TRPs -- and that's only what I saw on the streets. All but a tiny handful of non-dsescripts have any barricades at all. The rest are Ruined. This is most certainly a "Very Dangerous" suburb. --WanYao 04:27, 10 March 2008 (UTC)
March 9th
I scouted the northern flank of Wykewood and found only two barricaded buildings -- both non-descripts. Everything else is Ruined. Zombie numbers were minimal, though. Further exploration will be needed, but frankly I consider the suburb's current "Moderate" status to be a little dubious... From what I've seen, I'm thinking potential "Ghost Town". Will report in again when and if I have more information. --WanYao 14:44, 9 March 2008 (UTC)

I have explored about 7/10's of the suburb and most of it is really doing well. Not many survivors here, but also not many zombies here as well. Another small zombie group is attacking Samborne Walk Police Department. Zeds inside and outnumbering survivors. Doors wide open.
January 22nd
Zombie attacking force has split and is attacking Adalbert General Hospital and Josephine General Hospital. Reinforcments are needed for human survivors.
January 21th
Adalbert General Hospital is almost empty: 3 survivors and 3 zombies inside the building. A crowd of 20 zombies linger outside. Only lightly barricaded.
January 20th
The zombie attack on Adalbert General Hospital is beaten back again and again but reinforcements are needed soon for a decisive victory for survivors.
January 17th
The Zeds continue a concentrated attack on Adalbert General Hospital. Seventeen Zeds on the steps of Aldabert, more than forty bodies litter the street. The generator has been knocked out and the barricades have been pulled down to only be repeatedly rebuild. The survivors are holding, for now.

Exploring the southeast, middle, and northwest of wykewood, I have counted about 9 zombies in the northwest and middle of wykewood, about 5 outside one building in the NW. This is strange for such a quiet month. The Banger Cinema is ruined, which is even stranger. Of course, this must be all due to the LUE zombies that have just moved into our neighbour South Blythville to the east. I just hope that no more of these..these THINGS will come... After quite an usually long time for peace and quiet from the zombies, the hospitals were finally broken into when no one expected it today, and luckily I awoke just in time to run. I was walking from safe house to safe house northwards and then eastwards today. Many of the northern safe houses that are supposed to be Barricaded Very Strongly are either only lightly barricaded or extremely barricaded. Some of the buildings that are not supposed to be barricaded are actually extremely barricaded. It will be a tough night for the weaker civilians in these parts... Wykewood is slowly rebuilding after being vigorously ravaged in the most recent wave of zombie activity. Barricades levels are beginning to stabilize and the standing count in the streets is greatly reduced. Those looking for ways to participate in the rebuilding efforts are encouraged to review the publicly accessible barricade plan and seek out local groups for cooperative support.
September 5th
Wykewood has almost completely fallen, all safehouses are ransacked or damaged beyond repair, the suburb is no longer safe for any survivor.

Most of the suburb is crawling with zombies but there are few buildings that are barricaded. Not quite Very Dangerous but more than Dangerous. --Sonny Corleone RRF DORIS CRF pr0n 15:59, 4 September 2007 (BST)
- I'd have to say it has become very dangerous. The last barricaded buildings are falling fast. The Sambourne PD and nearby buildings all fell today to ZED hordes. Many buildings now have Zeds in them finishing off the survivors left, or starting to ruin the buildings. I was infected and very low on HP .. so I walked around a bit before dying (no med kit) and counted around 60 Zeds inside and outside the buildings.

Both Josephine and Adelbert Hospitals are wide open and occupied by at least two medium-sized zed groups. Horde affiliations, if any, are unknown; those zeds I was able to scan were ferals. This eyewitness did not remain in the area to collect further details... but you can look at this iWitness report for yourself: http://iwrecords.urbandead.info/07-29-07_1700hrs_PUBLIC/OUT_12-76_West_Wykewood_M_3fd-ad3-863.html
Additionally, survivors attempting to flee the area be warned: most buildings in the area that are still intact are at EHB. --WanYao 17:58, 29 July 2007 (BST)

Could all survivors in the vicinity of Thompson Mall in Lockettside please aware that The Profile Police intend to carry out a public education programme there 'around' 13:30Hrs GMT on Thursday May 3rd. In order to foster a greater feeling of public spirit in the area The Legions of Lockettside would like to invite all survivors in the nearby area to attend in order to learn a valuable lesson. Please note that although The Profile Police have invited only the "stupid or ignorant" we believe that everyone should make the effort to be there in order to ask questions or participate in any way you feel fit in what is bound to be a hotly debated event. We recommend anyone attending arrive early and save AP for the event. Due to the tardy nature of The Profile Police we also recommend logging in and out on a regular basis at least until 14:30Hrs GMT if possible in order to ensure you don't miss the activities.
- Update: How ironic - the "Profile Police" don't know how to spell 'Tompson Mall.'
I hope you humans PK each other off so we animals can have the scraps... yum. --Bolts a Junkyard dog

In the past few weeks the two hospitals have changed hands several times, with no real lasting gain for either side. At this point Josephine's is VHB with a few dozen zeds outside, breakins happening daily, the rest of the suburb is in about the same shape.

ALL CALL -- Survivors desperately needed @ Adalbert & Josephine Hospitals. It is 90+ zombies against around 30 survivors. I am asking for your help. It has been really fun so far, and we Josephine's Generals are have been stalwart defenders, but these numbers are just too much. Please help. --Rolo Tomasi 15:41, 14 December 2006 (UTC)

December 11th
Owing to the fact that that there are now over 70 zombies laying siege to Adalbert General Hospital, Josephine's Generals have temporarily raised the barricade level of the hospital to Extremely Heavily Barricaded in accordance with the Uniform Barricading Policy. Survivors should note that this means there are no enterable hospitals in Wykewood. Survivors looking for freerunning access should note that the McDonald Motel directly south of Adalbert has been reduced to VS+2 and will serve as the replacement freerunning entry until the siege is over. Survivors without freerunning are welcome to sleep in McDonald, and members of Josephine's Generals will be making "clinical runs" to Motel, distributing FAKs as needed.
All survivors are encouraged to help defend Adalbert, as the situation is continuously escalating, and has potential to become one of the most noteworthy non-mall sieges since the Battle of Blackmore. --Sgt. Expendable JG 22:05, 11 December 2006 (UTC)

Adalbert and Josephine's General are still solidly in survivor hands despite a sharp rise in the number of zombies outside. In the last few days, the average number of standing zombies outside Adalbert General Hospital has been 20-25, with around 30 bodies. Zombies recently achieved their largest break-in to Adalbert since the Big Bash rolled through several month ago; 5 zombies were inside the hospital, and were disposed of in under an hour.
Now for news in the rest of the suburb. A few quick scouting runs have shown that the rest of Wykewood shows no lingering effects of the recent influx of zombies. Outside of the revive point, the largest concentration of zombies is at the hospitals. Lavington, Samborne, etc have all been restored to proper barricade levels and are repopulated.
Survivors should beware that a number of known PK'ers, GK'ers, and other such griefers have been spotted hanging around the Skilliter Hotel.
Revivers should be aware of a number of Sacred Ground violators currently in Wykewood. Despite this, members of Josephine's Generals and a handful of independant scientists still regularly and quickly service the cemetary. --Sgt. Expendable JG 22:40, 7 December 2006 (UTC)

Adalbert and Josepehine's General Hospitals are still holding strong. Members of Church of the Resurrection have been spotted outside Adalbert. Whether this is a group effort or merely a few of their members wandering in from South Blythville is unknown. Both hospitals are still holding strong, with zed numbers falling slightly in the past couple days. It would seem that the De-vivification Experts of Malton and Dead on Arrival have met their match, and while a few members of these groups remain, most seem to have moved on to other targets. Currently 4 standing zombies, 26 bodies outside Adalbert. --Sgt. Expendable JG
- Update: A couple members of the Ridleybank Resistance Front have also been spotted. Wykewood is becoming popular.--Sgt. Expendable JG

November 29th
Adalbert General Hospital has been under siege by nearly 50 zombies. Some are ferals, others are members of the De-vivification Experts of Malton and the rest are members of Dead on Arrival. Currently there's usually 12-20 zeds standing at any one time. Breakins, while few, are quickly contained and repulsed, and barricades at Adalbert are being maintained at VS+2 in accordance with policy. As of last night, the buildings in the general area around Adalbert were also barricaded according to policy. Survivors are encouraged to continue visiting Wykewood. And remember: Barricade and heal, then dump and kill!--Sgt. Expendable JG

SW Wykewood is beginning to see more activity. Lavington and the surrounding buildings in Nixbank and Foulkes Village are changing hands several times a day. Survivors are encouraged to help clear and rebarricade buildings, and are reminded that FAKs, barricades, and only killing those zombies inside your building are more effective than roaming the suburb killing every zombie that's outside. --Sgt. Expendable JG 07:09, 24 November 2006 (UTC)
November 22nd
The De-vivification Experts of Malton have filtered into Wykewood from the adjacent Nixbank, ransacking the Lavington Crescent Police Department. Plans are being formed to retake and re-barricade both Lavington, and the nearby Delay Building in Nixbank. Mobile phone service in Wykewood is currently active. At this time, the 9 blocks around the hospitals are devoid of zombies, but there are numerous large piles of bodies. The revive queues are still being serviced regularly, and those wishing to be brought back to life sooner should make a request on the Josephine's Generals Forum or on the DEM Revivication Request Board.--Sgt. Expendable 20:59, 22 November 2006 (UTC)

Someone has tagged Samuel Park [11,74] a brain rot revive point. Zeds with brain rot can only be revived in powered Necrotech buildings. All zombies at Samuel Park are fair game. again, IT IS NOT A REVIVE POINT. All citizens, NT scientists especially, should keep an eye out for PK group Pavor Nocturnus, which has been spotted operating in the area. In the SW, there have been view zombies as of now, but numerous large piles of bodies. A few pockets of ransacked or under-caded buildings in the north are being brought back in-line according to policy. Status of Castleman Walk FD unknown: as of this writing there no MFD members, but survivors were inside, with the barricades being brought from loose to VS+2 by the author.--Sgt. The recent developments in Malton are being felt in faraway Wykewood. While the status of the suburb as a whole is unknown to this writer, the southwest of Wykewood is quite busy. There appears to be a rash of overbarricading occuring despite the published barricade plan. Groups of zombies are attacking barricades with regularity, and piles of corpses numbering in the tens and twenties are animating by ones and twos daily. Rolo Tomasi 07:09, 12 November 2006 (UTC)
