Crit 1? This was put up for speedy deletion in July 2007 (see archive) but for some reason wasn't moved to the deletions queue after getting a single keep vote from Boxy. This page is redundant and doesn't require expansion as the old system of "buildings of one type in a suburb having its own page" is gone. It has one line of content, has four edits by two people, and hasn't been touched since early June '07. Not sure if there is a procedure for deleting Journal pages, but I found a few in the category that are clearly abandoned and most have less than 5 entries. They probably would fall under Crit 12 if it still existed and applied to user pages as well as groups. They could be Crit 1 None of these seem to document any historical events either.

I agree. Apart from anything else we've always allowed a bit more leniancy for user pages, I thought. I could find one with no content in that list. I don't know. I think we need to discuss exactly what category the journals would have to fall under, and what would lead to them being deleted. Personaly I don't see why they need to be deleted, providing they are in the right place, and actualy have some content, but I guess you could make an argument for a jornal being deleted if the user who made it hasn't been active for a year or so. Given that they are part of the userspace, you're going to have to come up with a pretty sound reason for them to be deleted though, it's not exactly usual for sysops to delete, or interfere with user subpages unless there's been an arbitration ruling or soemthing. You guys don't need to have a ten point discussion on everything, you're supposed to be authoritative on these matters. Journal pages are owned pages, treated under similar rules as user pages and user sub-pages, they aren't deleted unless they meet a specific crit or are involved in vandalism.
