Whilst most of the TRPs are barricaded, the levels are inconsistent and the suburb's completely dark. Very low survivor (3) and zombie populations (3), but a couple of TRPs are down and occupied, so zombies are actively breaking in. Seems moderately dangerous (verging on "intact"). --Funt Solo QT 03:32, 28 September 2017 (UTC)

Someone must have been drunk when setting up the barricading plans in this suburb - over half of the resource buildings were entry points and kept at VSB - which isn't very effective in fighting off zombies :S
Made some changes and revised the barricade plan - see plan for newest update - & pm me if you have suggestions/ideas/complains :V
P.S. would be amazing if more survivors came back to this suburb to help rebuild - at least 2 of the factories is back functional and lit

Dr Arthur Heller, Survivor, is quoted in response to the recent events in Brooke Hills: "It's amazing just how many people, wonder how many are Zergs, are so over-excited to wreck a burg. Sure it's cool once, or twice, but everyone knows playing Zeds is UDs version of EZ mode. Once they're past the first 10 levels it's cruise time. However, those that take so much misguided pride in their hollow accomplishments are likely the gank squadders who needed the hint book to play Donkey Kong. LOL!"
I think that aptly sums up the most recent events. --Bullish 20:39 pm, 27 August 2010 (EST)

NecroWatch reported in from the Heathcote and Hellyer Buildings today. Recent NecroNet scans had revealed that there were 13 zombies within scanning range of the facilities, after accounting for scan overlaps. Of these numbers, 3 zombies were at the Broadfoot Building over in Eastonwood. However the remaining detected zombies, which were grouped in 1's and 2's, posed no serious threats to any other specific locations in the suburb. --Mobius

All Out Assault is indeed active in the suburb, mostly in and around St Wulfstan's hospital. Presumably they're very bored what with the very few zombie break-ins. Perhaps coincidentally, most blocks are powered and overcading of entry points is rampant. Survivors not wishing to become street treats are advised to end their days elsewhere. -- Semi Schizoid 21:20, 22 February 2010 (UTC)

Hello this is Billniesthescienceguy reporting from Courts bulding. Im seeing at least 3 decent sized mobs of zeds 9 at ST. Anselms 34/21 (stub in wiki if anyone wants to edit it) , 8 at Swallow Lane PD *snickers* 40/20, and a whopping 11 at Grandon Place PD 40/22. Small gathering of 4 at St. Simons Hostpital 33/21 (also a stub) with 4 zombies scattered around in 1s and 2s. Please support the survivor effort by DNA scanning every zombie you come across rotten or not. Brent Place Firestation fell into undead hands, people got dragged up on the streets. I barely made it out myself. I just hope I'm not infected. Ran my ass off to find a place to duck in, as most of the buildings where barricaded to shut that I couldn't get in. Lot's of zombies strawling around all over the place, but mostly small groups or single ones. I tagged the fucker that clawed me up. I'll get him someday. --Funkster 22:59, 16 December 2008 (UTC)

There has been an onrush of low level zombies in Brooke Hills, as well as 2 confirmed zergers with over 2 characters apiece and several suspected. The wasteland RP is unaffected, but ammo is rather hard to come by in the suburb. Survivors are urged to drive off the low-level zombies and to watch out for the incredibly large number of zed spies/sympathizers in the suburb. January 29th
Fighting in Northern Brooke Hills has escalated with the arrival of a new zombie group Death's Embrace. A small number of Eastonwood Ferals zombies have also been seen in the NW corner, usually at the Heathcote Building. The recent flux in the zombie population has done little to change revive times, which are still remarkably quick and any survivors killed in the fighting are advised to go to the wasteland RP. Members of the Sun Organization have been the main force fighting for survivors in the North. Currently, the NW corner is disputed, with cades going up and down, although the number survivor deaths has dropped now that most have moved out of the corner. Although it appeared as if the new group to the suburb had made much progress, that progress has now slowed down due to the element of surprise being lost. AP rich survivors are encouraged to barricade the NW corner and stay if they feel like it. SuperMario24 19:45, 29 January 2007 (UTC)
January 26th
Brooke Hills is currently fairly quite, with most fighting being located to the NW Corner and near St. Wulfstan's Hospital. There has, however, been an increase in gker activity and few buildings are powered. SuperMario24 15:34, 26 January 2007 (UTC)
January 22nd
Reports are coming in that all but a select few buildings are set to correct baricading standards causing many to be unable to find shelter. A direct result of this being a higher amount of undead and revivifications. Second, buildings have been broken into and people have been reportedly dragged out kicking and screaming. It is advised that no one stay in a high profile building for longer than a few hours. It is also suggested that key buildings reduce their defense levels so people can come and go from them when they need to.
January 18th
Brooke Hills has seen sporadic fighting throughout the suburb. Small zombie groups have attacked buildings within the suburb, but are always beaten back by the survivors. Nevertheless, any survivor passing through the suburb is advised to not sleep in any of the high profile buildings. SuperMario24 04:05, 19 January 2007 (UTC)
January 12th
Fighting is still sporadic in NW Brooke Hills, primarily with members of the Eastonwood Ferals and survivors of the area. Buildings are taken and retaken, but the zombie group seems to focus their attention on one building at a time, giving local survivors enough time to recade. SuperMario24 21:18, 12 January 2007 (UTC)
January 10th
Over the past 2 days, the Eastonwood Ferals have been putting pressure on NW Brooke Hills through the use of spies, sympathizers, and whatnot. However, the overall force attacking is small and could be easily repelled if proper measures are taken, such as a check of inhabitans of buildings for known zed sympathizers and such. Having the help of several friends, the suburb of Brooke Hills was scowered for Zombies. I agree with Mario in saying there are less than 60 Zombies in all Brooke Hills, and only one resource building is occupied by the undead; St.Wulfstan's. Every other resource building is firmly in our grasp amongst almost every other building in the 'burb. I've downgraded the 'burb level of Brooke Hills. Pshh... Some Zombies these days... They get all high and mighty, thinking that whatever suburb they're in must obviously be under great stress... Eyes bigger than your stomachs... --Chopper 08:45, 30 October 2006 (UTC)

- After scanning the area with NecroNet, I only found 53 zeds in the suburb, grouped with the largest being made of 17 and the next largest of 10. Really doesn't warrant a VD rating. Also, most zeds are confined to outside from what I have seen. SuperMario24 01:48, 30 October 2006 (UTC)

i visited 6 resource buildings today, and 5 of them were doors open with at least 5 zombies inside. (i used up the rest of my AP trying to get into the last one) i think it might be neccessary to up the danger level again.
- --Kaminobob 12:36, 20 October 2006 (BST) (kaminojoe, zombie reporter)
I wouldn't say it's quite time to update the danger levels just yet. Tomorrow all the resource buildings could have been taken back which means a downgrade would then be made, so give it a little time to decide what should be done. And there definately aren't hostile mobs of 50+ either in the suburb of Brooke Hills. Let's just see 'eh? --Chopper 13:49, 20 October 2006 (BST)
Well, the danger listing says most buildings broken into OR mobs of 50+, which is why i bothered to make my suggestion... Oh, and the sixth building was a necrotech, its been broken into but not (b)eaten yet. 5 out of 6 resource buildings ransacked with the last one suffering break-ins seems awful dangerous to me. Of course, my zombie character is the one exploring, so i am technically making it more dangerous. --Kaminobob 00:05, 21 October 2006 (BST) (kaminojoe, zombie reporter)
October 19th
I hunted down and bit Amazing for you Xoid! lol... i make me laugh.
- Suburb level rightly upgraded... Many of Brooke Hills' inhabitants left for other suburbs over recent weeks unfortunately and the main group here; The Sun Organization have members helping out in a few different 'burbs. The Zombie population has risen and break in's have started to occur more often, but then again... It's expected seeing as there were simply no break in's few weeks back... If any survivors could get over to St.Wulfstan's Hospital or Red Path Alley School to help out with the Zombie problems in those buildings then that'd be great... But it's only really those two buildings that are under threat as far as I know... --Chopper 15:32, 19 October 2006 (BST)
Sheldon Lane PD's doors are wide open, five survivors inside, and probably a dozen zombies in the building and the surrounding vicinity.

The Heathcote Building is still in need of assisstance though if anyone would like to lend a hand in there..? Appreciated... --Chopper 02:22, 14 October 2006 (BST)
October 11th
Grandon PD and the Heathcote Buildings have been raided. There's around 30 Zombies in the four block radius of Grandon. The news is a little belated, but that's because they'll be back in survivor hands by tonight. Non the less, if anyone would care to lend a helping hand in clenching survivors grasp around the residences then please head up there and hand out a headshot or two.
On a side note, I beleive a plan of action should rather quickly be thought about for when The Big Bash come plowing through the Shearbank border and into Brooke Hills. Unfortunately, Brooke Hills does not have too high a survivor population, and although this works fine in comparisson to the rather low Zombie population, we do not have anywhere near enough people to hold our ground on this occasion. So I suggest we use River Tactics... If EVERY survivor, or as many as possble anyway evacuate Brooke Hills into either Yagoton or Shearbank (As each of them have their own Mall), then when TBB arrive, they'll see there are no survivors about, ransack the buildings, get bored then move on. In no time at all we'll be able to slip back into Brooke Hills and rebuild our 'burb in a handful of days. Seems logical to me... --Chopper 14:36, 12 October 2006 (BST) Media:Example.ogg

I took time out from the war against the Eastonwood Ferals to lead my Reavers into the Cathedral to quell the uprising. All Zombies in the vacinity of St. Luke's were Killed On Sight and the barricades restored. Although some retard sprayed a meaningless message inside the NE block which implied that I, along with Popa had been killed. Lies is all I can say. I'm alive and well and currently stocking up to help out with the efforts of the DHPD and CMS/CMS-Meta at the Stonnard Building. in the 'Wood. Long live Brooke Hills! --Chopper 18:54, 22 September 2006 (BST)

Hmm... It's not Revivalofthefittest that should be worried about, he's just the next PKer in line waiting to receive a bullet between the eyes. It's the CotR moving into the Cathedral that catches my eye. Well... They may have stormed through the other stops on holy grounds they've made, but St.Luke's will not so easilly be stolen. The CotR are not the force they once were and will be met in combat at the Cathedral soon enough. Oh', and by the way... Detective Flash and Da Popa, please show a little curtesy by signing your posts, appreciated... --Chopper 12:51, 15 September 2006 (BST)
Revivalofthefittest has returned to St. Luke's and again killed everyone inside. Again, the message "New home of the Church of the Resurrection!" was found on the walls. Revivalofthefittest is dangerous and should be killed on sight.
September 10th
A human by the name of Revivalofthefittest entered a barricaded St. Luke's Cathedral and killed other humans seeking refuge inside. A message proclaiming the Cathedral as "New home of the Church of the Resurrection!" was found on its walls.--Da Popa (sorry for previous lack of sig; different sites seem to have different protocols)
Brooke Hills has once again been cleared of almost all Zombie threat. The Zombies in our suburb do very little damage overall, being unorganized isn't a help to them. Any attacks that do significant damage to us are always from the Eastonwood Ferals. Attacks are exchanged on a regular basis, to say the least, between The Sun Organization and the EF. The Sun Org are striving to keep our fellow Survivors as safe as possible in these dark times, setting up new safehouses down South of Brooke Hills and doing their best to force back the EF as quickly as possible. It was us who cleared Twitt Row PD, the Heathcote Building and Ryley Road PD over the past few days. War has recently been declared between The Sun Org and the EF, so by all means, if any Survivors would like to get in touch with me on my DP or on The Sun's Dp, or perhaps even our forum, to help out... Feel free! We could do with all teh help we can get!
Oh', and it may be irrelivent to you all, but we raided Eastonwood last night... Resulted in 11 dead EF members, not bad for a nights work. Although we're currently being accused of being a PKer group by a kid called Bob Mueller who's been attacking Zombies at our revive point which we work so hard to maintain. Give him a slap for 1 damage should any of you see him slandering us. Appreciated! --Chopper 16:26, 10 September 2006 (BST)

There are currently 25 zombies in Ryley Road Police Department, the surrounding buildings are holding them off. However, any assistance in clearing them would be helpful.--SuperMario24

Zombie hordes wiped out the barricades and survviors from the Ryley Road Police Department and the surrounding building. --B Rubble
August
August 27th
After a 50 AP search the biggest group of zombies was about 3 downgrading to safe
- This doesn't have much to do with Brooke Hills, but earlier this morning a squad from The Sun Organization moved into Eastonwood and raided three Buildings, all of which were occupied by the Eastonwood Ferals, including their main HQ, Pooll Crescent PD. From the numbers given, 23 Zombies were taken out in all and we held their own HQ for little over 14 hours. Not bad for a mornings work 'eh? --Chopper 20:18, 16 August 2006 (BST)

Alright, it's about time the colour of Brooke Hills was dropped from a Red Zone. We're on the verge of a very quick recovery here and I'm more than positive we outnumber the Zombies now. It's only really the south west side of Brooke Hills that's in need of cleaning up. If we organized ourselves correctly, we could have the entire north of BH ridden of Zombie activity in a single day, two at the most. Now is the time to press southward and force the remaining Zombies out of our 'burb, though this will take, rather obviously, longer to accomplish than the north... --Chopper 22:32, 4 August 2006 (BST)

Wow. So The Big Bash is here then?! The south is completly swarmed with Ferals, whilst the North has just been invaded by The RRF! We really do seem f**ked here! Our Wasteland Revive Point has a que of 20 something now, which include three of our Necro Techs. If a plan of action is to be made, can we think it up a little quicker than this? Or without a doubt we'll be raped! --Chopper 11:45, 20 July 2006 (BST) Note: We're in Brooke Hills? Why didn't anyone tell me that? I'm the RRF leader for crying out loud! Where did those Zeds come from last night? Out of nowhere, the barricades where down and there were Zombies inside our Necro tech building (Heathcote). Halted the attack myself, but non the less, we should tighten security a little more. By the way, if you want to contact me Joe, use my User Discussion Page, that way you can feel free to say what you want... --Chopper 11:44, 26 June 2006 (BST)

Chopper starts work on the Behind Brooke Hills information page. It's currently still a work in progress. It is designed to summarize all the groups residing in Brooke Hills and their goals, background on how the infection originally came to Brooke Hills (a work in progress), a general summary, and information of Zombie movements and activities in the suburb and nearby areas. Chopper will be updating it on a daily basis so it will be up to date on current events. It is intended to provide useful factual information for survivors and their groups in Brooke Hills.
June 17th
There has been a reported zombie mob moving north from Grandon.
June 13th
Good to see more fire power coming in Joe. The Sun Org's main base of operations is Grandon Place PS, though we frequently reside in the Heathcote too. Also, several members are floating around the 9 Block Radius from Grandon. Always handy to have a NT building, a PD and a Factory all adjacent to each other. We also have a revive team, currently situated around the Wasteland RP, would be great to have a helping hand reviving all these corpses. Looking forward to working with you and your group, HAZARD.. --Chopper 15:28, 13 June 2006 (BST)
HAZARD moves back to Brooke Hills, better equipped and quite capable of reviving. Their revive point is re-opened. They again are using the Heathcote as their main base, and hope to cooperate with the Sun Organization.
June 9th
Is it just me or has there been a drastic drop in the Zed population within Brooke Hills? Break-in's have cut down dramatically and on the West side of Brooke Hills it only seems to be The Heathcote Building that's ever under serious attack, though it is a valuable residence that we need to keep in Survivor hands.. --Chopper 16:32, 9 June 2006 (BST)
April
April 14th
HAZARD moves into Brooke Hills to aid in its defense. They set up base at the Heathcote building, and a revive point at Osmonton Road.
March
March 8th
The Malton Zookeepers have set up a revive clinic inside St. Pius' Church along the southern border of Brooke Hills (immediately above the zoo). We kindly ask that the building be left unbarricaded, so that revive service can be given inside the church, and that survivors not sleep inside the church as it may be dangerous.

The MFD has returned to Brooke Hills and will be available to help survivors and keep major buildings barricaded.
