The Outside Mobile Connections are led by a group of people that has come from outside of Malton to accomplish the task of making 100% accessible and free Mobile Phone coverage. Unlike many other groups in urbandead, the OMC has a ranking system among all of it’s members, even though the ‘Main’ or ‘Known’ members appear on the wiki. The top 10 members other than it’s founders will appear on this wiki too. Otherwise we will return them. Just ask by giving the coordinates and viola: you have a permit. Anyone over level 9 is allowed to join. Does not matter where or when you are, just join! Group history A mobile phone company partially owned by ethan15, thought that they could make extreme amounts of money by establishing mobile phone networks all over Malton. Ethan, hated that they wanted to take advantage of the situation and rebelled against them by giving them free mobile phone networking all over Malton and ruining the other bastards that tried to make this happen. Now Malton will have free phones and access to them all over. Museums owned by ethan15’s brother storm15 wanted to keep the artifacts in Malton not ruined and under their control. So they sent them…this was obviously a bad request because storm wanted everyone to have a chance at making their building cool, while respecting history. He made the rule about license for historical artifacts in buildings. After these events, the OMC smuggled anyone that wanted to go to Malton in, And left. Services We help every mobile phone mast in Malton for free, Rebarricade Museums as well as assist in danger survivor buildings, and set up radios and generators wherever needed. Just give us your coordinates and a request for a radio or genny in the above link and viola, you have a radio or genny. To obtain a historic goods license, request the coordinates of the building in the above link and artifacts won’t be returned to the museum. Recades are NOT a request, but if you have a phone mast or museum in need of recapturing, we will do it. Main members Chris’ ‘Redfield: Experienced a short time in S.T.A.R.S as well as the NTCS. The monument side of OMC let her take a smuggling drop into Malton with the owners of a museum. After the drop, she stayed with OMC…the only outside connection she had with her other life. mrdan: A Russian man. He is about 50 years old, with a violent history of mafia relations. Even though he was an artist at one time, drawing Dentonside… He lived in Dentonside all his life. He rarely left there. But when he did, the only thing in his life was his home…now that that is gone, he needs revenge on zombies…So the OMC smuggled him in…a perk of his job…is visiting home once and a while. storm15/ethan15: Brothers. This is their first time in Malton. storm owned a museum in San Diego, and when Malton was attacked a call came on his phone for them. They needed to go to this isolated city that is rioting and save the fine art there…they would soon find that it was not a roit…rather…the true art, of death. OMC wants their goods protected so be it. While it was the same for ethan…but he owned a mobile phone company in Malton…more money for the company…but then he saw the truth and rebelled by making all phones free of charge for calls…Malton’s mobile phone companies were now his…and free. He will have network all over Malton free soon. And his brother will have the fine art protected. Cleansing Flame: Little is known about Cleansing Flame, not even his real name. He claims to have been a Colonel in the Army but no records of him ever seem to have existed. He joined a group called X after his band of renegades were killed by zombies. He rose through the ranks quickly and fought zeds on the front lines. When internal problems destroyed The Nation of X he joined Outside Mobile Connections. why? no one knows.
