Custom Title Template

- I'm not sure if this should be necessary. It had been around for over two years and only a couple of days ago Rooster came on to fix up some errors with the coding, it might need to be done again and protection isn't just the answer to all templates, we tend to just do it with the admin templates and not customisation templates. - I still put priorities in The Dead's leader DCC confirming that the group is infact disbanded and the remaining Dead aren't technically the same group as the one he created. Hence, the historical dead are no longer confirmed and sanctioned as a group by its leader.
