A permabanned user page still falls in the rules where one can't edit the user page of another without his permission. Nope, because the other pages still have plenty of pages linking to them. And i am too sleepy right now to do the trick, thus a simple deletion request should give plenty of time for me (or anyone else) to finish the job. Misconduct Archives

I've reformatted most (just missing 2 sysops which I will get to later) archive to match the setup of NAME/YEAR and then YEAR/CASE. If you click on the name on the main archive page it takes you to a year by year case by case breakdown getting rid of the outdated misconduct tracker template.
