I saw 1 zombie in the entire burb, and no ruined buildings. The TRPs are all caded and some were lit. (I didn't check much of the SE of the burb because there's no TRPs there.) Seems safe. --Funt Solo QT 21:58, 27 September 2017 (UTC)

The suburb is in the end stage of being trashed by a largish group, amongst which Gore Corps, RRF and FU types abound. Beer supplies have been transferred to a working tanker and driven through the zombie hordes to safety. Hospital and NT services are in a state of flux. Bra!nzz takeouts are in good supply given that foolish survivors insist in sleeping in those resource buildings. Fortunately revive queues are being processed in both the cemetery and Angerstein Park - request or shuffle. --R33F3RM4N 11:25, 7 December 2010 (UTC)

NecroWatch reported in from the Kynaston Building today. A recent NecroNet scan had revealed that there were 33 zombies within scanning range of the facility. Of note, 3 zombies could be found at the Kynaston facility itself, the Tyack Building, Servatius General Hospital, and standing at the Angerstein Park revive point. Meanwhile over in Scarletwood there were 6 zombies at St. Spyridon's Hospital, with 3 more zombies at both Karnaus Row Fire Station and the Beech Motel. The remaining zombies, which were for the most part alone, posed no serious threat to any other locations. --Mobius

South Central Danversbank is wrecked with all TRPs ruined. A significant zambah presence has made the suburb very dangerous once more. The suburb is pretty much completely dark. Almost all buildings are generator-less, the result of zombie hordes comin in and wrecking the place. Still a decent number of zombies to be found on the street, but with all TRPs dark, there isn't much hope for a speedy restoration of the burb, unless people are willing to venture Westward into safe Hollomstown and bring back some good 'ol gennies. --ScaredPlayer 18:37, 26 May 2009 (BST)

Suburb is remarkably quiet given recent levels of chaos in Malton. Zombie presence is low. In south central Danversbank the cemetery RP is clear of Mrh? cows. Ah another glorious day in the suburb of Danversbank. The current zombie activity is extremely low, maybe 10 or so in the entire suburb. Many people have taken to sleeping outside, and all the buildings are caded, almost all TRPs have generators and fuel in them. A nice place to drop by for a visit. Some survivors from the DAM have been spotted going on a revive happy campaign and all the revive points are empty, the DAM has also created a New Danversbank Barricade Plan that is slightly more newb friendly then the previous one that the DRRP had created. --Super Nweb 04:03, 4 March 2009 (UTC)

Most of Danversbank seems to be in complete ruin, with few survivors and fewer places to stay for the night. I am currently holed up in a building and havent seen a fellow human for a few days, wandering when the great Lesbian Pirates will return to Danversbank, bringing with them a constant flow of liqour fulled revellry. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Jonathon doe (talk • contribs) 09:27, 20 November 2008 (UTC).
- Danversbank is still FUBAR, as I discovered on my way to Fort Perryn, which I will take back single-handedly after I headshot all the zombies in the area with my BFG and its unlimited .50 caliber ammunition. Let me take this time to apologize, on behalf of the Lesbian Pirates, to the Feral Undead who, after eating every survivor in Danversbank and the surrounding suburbs, staged a rally at which they pledged their undying (get it?) support for the Lesbian Pirate philosophy in general and gay marriage in particular. It turns out that FU voted overwhelmingly against prop 8, and that the brain dead harmanz of Fort Perryn were the real culprits in said proposition's approval. Hence my current mission: To turn the Fort into a goddamn party barge! --Paddy Dignam 20:02, 20 November 2008 (UTC)
November 15th
Danversbank has been annihilated by the Anti-Gay-Marriage horde, or what the Lesbian Pirates now refer to as “The Prop 8 Zombies" (P8Z for short). These rabid zombies have been identified by means of painstaking research and heavy whiskey intake as belonging to the Feral Undead, a once progressive zombie party in the South (known for its activism against the infamous Fort Perryn Detention Camp) that has now apparently swung to the hard right. A young zed named Priapus, no doubt in a political gambit to assume absolute power within the P8Z faction of FU, has denied any specific anti-Lesbian Pirate agenda, and yet he continues to hound the Pirates with his perpetually engorged penis (his name is Priapus, people!). I am sad to say that the great zombie statesman Bub appears to be allied with P8Z, as I was recently eaten (painful, very painful) by him and the aforementioned would-be dictator Priapus. Lesbian Pirates, apply lipstick! We have not yet begun to disco. --Paddy Dignam 18:43, 15 November 2008 (UTC)
- Although your flattery about my youth and penis size is much appreciated, the Feral Undead simply must take offense at your accusations of anti-lesbianism. I think you severely underestimate the time and energy we expend appreciating them. To show our support for your community, the Feral Undead proudly wear the following badge.--Priapus 17:53, 17 November 2008 (UTC)
- I will confirm that. I personally spend at least 45 minutes to an hour appreciating lesbians every day. Depends on how long my wife is in the shower. Danversbank, in fact, was seized as it is part of Whittenwoods, and deserves to be returned to its pristine state. FU are merely protectors of the earth. We love little forest creatures. They're great h'ors doevres.--Uncle Chuckles 08:46, 20 November 2008 (MST)
November 13th
A rather large group of peckish zombies has surrounded the Lesbian Pirates and friends in South Danversbank. We have determined through careful investigation and drunken paranoia that these zombies voted yes on Malton's Anti-Gay-Marriage Proposition 8 and mean to slay the Pirates before they (the Pirates) can initiate the Million Lesbian Pirate March, during which great droves of outlandishly dressed, fun-loving, hard-drinking humans and zombies alike, regardless of sexual orientation, will march on the Capitol to rage against the social conservative zombie base that continues to insist, despite a 100% mortality rate and a 60% divorce rate, that only marriage between a zombie man and a zombie woman is valid, and that if the state allows Lesbian Pirates to marry, then the state will have to allow boa constrictors and PKers to marry. In the meantime, the Pirates of Danversbank will fight the encroaching zombie-bigots to the death (or, more likely, dress up like the Village People and run away)! --Paddy Dignam 18:51, 13 November 2008 (UTC)
- Balderdash and lies! Let it be known that the Feral Undead are equal opportunity survivor-killers. We also heartily encourage all survivors to take to the streets to march and rage or whatnot. And we are very pro-lesbian. Zombie-bigots we most surely are not. --Priapus 16:45, 14 November 2008 (UTC)
November 11th
NW Danversbank is very dangerous at present; upwards of 30 zombies are attacking the area around The Standfast Arms in an attempt to gatecrash the Lesbian Pirates party inside. N Central is also in a dangerous condition for survivors with Sleway Row PD and the Knyaston Building either ruined or under attack. S Central appears to be much safer for survivors (for now) and revive queues are being reduced at both primary RPs. Overall status remains 'Dangerous'. --R33F3RM4N 13:55, 11 November 2008 (UTC)
November 5th
The survivor presence in NW Danversbank is beginning to have an effect; Servatius General Hospital is operational again. Elsewhere, revive requests are being honoured at the RPs but the Voss Lane Police Department area is still dangerous. Scouting indicates around 50 (ish) zombies in and around the suburb and plenty of buildings in need of repair. --R33F3RM4N 12:16, 5 November 2008 (UTC)
November 4th
Voss Lane Police Department has been ruined by a micro-horde of 20(ish) zombies who are making S Central Danversbank rather dangerous for survivors. The cemetery revive point has 10+ Mrh-cows awaiting a revive but it seems that none of them are capable of posting a DEM revive request or contacting the DRRP forum. Roughly half of the suburb has been repaired and rebarricaded in accordance with the survivor barricade plan. However many TRPs are ruined / unpowered and many other buildings are still ruined. In view of these facts the suburb status is hereby downgraded to 'Dangerous'. --R33F3RM4N 19:24, 4 November 2008 (UTC)
November 1st
With the return of the DRRP the survivor population is growing again. Martha General and Servatius General hospitals are operational once more but many buildings are still in need of repair. There is a non-trivial zombie presence in the suburb in the regions of the Knyaston Building and the cemetery. The suburb is still very dangerous for the living and a meal-in-waiting for the undead. --R33F3RM4N 12:36, 1 November 2008 (UTC)

Guestimate 40+ zombies excluding those at RPs (20-50?) However I didn’t jot down numbers of zombies sighted, I'm going by memory. I also didn't shamble too far away from TRPs.
Danger level changed to Very Dangerous as nearly everything is trashed. Unless there are many survivors Hiding In Plain Sight, this suburb is bordering on Ghost Town; only the Mrh? cows are keeping it red. --Silisquish 02:05, 21 October 2008 (BST)

1st May 2008 Zombie numbers in the suburb have increased significantly in the last 48 hours with 40+ reported in a nine block square in the NE. The Kynaston Building and Sleway Row Police Department have both been ruined and repaired during this time with more action likely. Zombies are suspected to be from the horde destroying Scarletwood. Survivors are advised to get their supplies now. Indications are that the suburb is due to be hit from the West by The Dead. In other news the suburb revivers advise those seeking life to make use of the revive request tool and urge everyone to maintain barricades at appropriate levels. --R33F3RM4N 23:14, 1 May 2008 (BST)

Martha General Hospital (Danversbank), Teresa General Hospital and Voss Lane Police Department are powered with barricades level as per the barricade plan. The RP at the cemetery is clear. Given its proximity to the the fire station Servatius General Hospital is powered and barricaded EHB (for now). --R33F3RM4N 14:08, 2 February 2008 (UTC)

23 January 2008 A small zombie horde is making the area around the cemetery RP rather dangerous. The entry point at St Simon's Church has been ruined twice in three days and Martha General Hospital (Danversbank) has been cracked at least once. At the time of writing both Voss Lane Police Department and Teresa General Hospital are powered. Servatius General Hospital is also operational and the NW of the suburb is in good condition. Overall survivor numbers are lower than usual for Danversbank and without the recent invaluable assistance of The Randoms and The Dribbling Beavers the general outlook would probably be much worse. --R33F3RM4N 10:16, 23 January 2008 (UTC)

03rd December 2007 SE Danversbank is trashed and the rest of the suburb is in a sorry state - dangerous for survivors but a smash-and-grab smorgasbord for zombies. Zombie numbers are relatively high, a consequence of spillover from The Big Bash 2. The remaining survivors are gathered into small pockets of resistance and will probably go down fighting. Inexperienced low-level survivors are urged to get out of the Bash path. High-level survivors should dig-in for the upcoming DRRP End Of The Suburb party (the DvEM and FU are invited to represent their zombie bretheren). Beer will be supplied, nay, mandatory. -- R33F3RM4N 13:58, 3 December 2007 (UTC)

16 November 2007 South Central Danversbank remains dangerous for survivors. Voss Lane Police Department and Teresa General Hospital are experiencing frequent break-ins by a persistent group of 2 to 3 dozen zombies who have been dining well for the last 2 weeks. 17 October 2007 Zombie activity has picked up significantly in the north of the suburb due to the fall of Fort Perryn. Kynaston NT and Servatius General Hospital are ruined and 25 undead-heads are attempting to crack Sleway Row PD. Danversbank RPs are clogged with casualties from the latest Perryn massacre and the DRRP has released an official statement in their honor: "Dear idiot crusaders: Thanks for bringing your foolish war to us." --Paddy Dignam 21:53, 17 October 2007 (BST)
10 October 2007 Kynaston has fallen and is quite overrun. The PDs seem to be in survivor hands for the moment, as do the hospitals. Generators and Fuel are lacking. There are plenty of zeds in the Cemetaries & Angerstein Park, but few folks are hitting up the online revive request tool and it is very difficult to sort out genuine survivors in need of a rez from zombies who are clogging the system. There are quite a few survivors -- most still well armed and equipped -- but I predict a resource shortage will kick in within the next few days unless key buildings are retaken and powered up. Also, I moved August and September news items to the archive. -Okrin 23:57, 10 October 2007 (BST)
4 Octover 2007 Sleway Row PD was overrun yesterday and ruined. It has since been repaired and barricaded, but last report still had 8 standing zeds outside and 20+ outside Kynaston NT. Dead bodies at both locations are in double digits. The undead horde consists of MOB, FU, and ferals. If someone can bring me an ice mocha latte spiked with Baileys it would be greatly appreciated. --Paddy Dignam 18:30, 4 October 2007 (BST)

2 October 2007 The Militant Order of Barhah is moving south into Danversbank from Scarletwood. There are currently 17 very hungry zeds clawing at the doors of Sleway Row Police Department. Several break-ins were repelled today but there were quite a few harman casualties, and we expect many more bra!nz to be spilled as the horde grows. --Paddy Dignam 03:43, 3 October 2007 (BST)

September 22, 2007 The siege of Voss Lane is over. The zeds gave up, and there are now very few of them within a 4 block radius. --User:LordPenguin 02:54, 22 September 2007 (BST)
September 10, 2007 The battle for Voss Lane PD is now over a month old. The DRRP has printed up t-shirts for the occasion and will begin passing them out to both sides on the morrow. The shirts for humans read: "Voss Lane Police Department. HELP US!" The shirts for zombies read: "Voss Lane Police Department. Come for the donuts, stay for the bra!nz." --Paddy Dignam 00:01, 11 September 2007 (BST)
September 02nd, 2007 The suburb status does not currently reflect the active zombie presence. Creative zombies are enjoying regular meals on newbie survivor brainzz, cracking the obvious low-level safe-houses. Additionally a horde of 20 to 30 zombies continues to besiege Voss Lane Police Department and dine on brainzzz when the barricades fall (and they do fall eventually). Foolish survivors (or griefers) continue to ignore the posted DNR (Do Not Revive) list. As a consequence the suburb griefers Zombuddha, cool nYou and NG Bad continue to smash generators, murder survivors, tear down barricades and generally make life tough for those who prefer breathing over brainzz. So it's life and death as usual in Danversbank. --R33F3RM4N 23:28, 2 September 2007 (BST)
August
August 20th, 2007 Voss Lane Police Department has been ransacked repeatedly in the last 24 hours and the zombie horde seems to be turning its attention to other nearby buildings. Want to keep breathing? If so, use common sense when choosing a safe house. To do otherwise is to risk undeath and the FU will be happy to help you make the transition. Those killed in the recent chaos who are seeking a return to life are encouraged to use the DEM Revive Request Tool and wait at one of the two listed RPs. --R33F3RM4N 11:26, 20 August 2007 (BST)
August 19th, 2007 Voss Lane Police Department is still under siege and the surrounding area is very dangerous for breathers. Undead numbers vary depending on when you stick your neck outside for a look-see but the reports of 50+ zombies are not exaggerated. At the time of writing the PD has been repowered and the incredibly brave (or foolhardy) survivors are restocking on ammo in preparation for an eventful weekend of being clawed to death. Survivors without Free Running are advised to sleep at safe houses well removed from the South Central area of Danversbank. The suburb NT building and hospitals are powered and revive point queues are down to minimal levels. --R33F3RM4N 00:36, 19 August 2007 (BST)
- Voss Lane Police Department has been ruined. -- Mordac the Refuser 18:23, 19 August 2007 (BST)
August 17th, 2007 The siege of Voss Lane Police Department is becoming worse rather than better. Earlier today I saw 52 zombies standing outside the doors, though luckily for Voss, it's now 38 standing (with one soon to go) and 24 on the ground. At some point, Voss will fall permanantly, especially if the current good crusaders don't have even more help. Truthfully, it's a surprise Voss hasn't been ruined yet. Thanks to the very determined Voss Lane PD zombies, Danversbank now has a hostile mob of 50+ zombies. --NeenerNeener 18:09, 17 August 2007 (CST)
August 16th, 2007 34 zombies outside of Voss Lane Police Department with the cades going up and down in a catchy rhythm. --Darth Mandingo
August 14th, 2007 The siege of Voss Lane Police Department continues. Voss is currently powered and EHB, but there are 18 standing zeds outside and 18 dead bodies. Break-ins have been dealt with swiftly so far and sympathetic DRRP members have been spotted feeding coffee and donuts to the hungry horde. The dead need refreshments too, people! --Paddy Dignam 00:24, 15 August 2007 (BST)
August 8th, 2007 The area around Voss Lane Police Department and Teresa General Hospital is under concerted attack by a group of zombies whose profiles have so far revealed a mix of feral, RRF and Feral Undead zombies. Simultaneously griefers and zombies representing Extinction are attacking the area around The Kynaston Building in an attempt to disable the NT facilities. At this time survivors who sleep in TRPs risk their lives. Suburb residents again request that revivers use DNA scans to avoid reviving those on the DNR (Do Not Revive) list maintained by the DRRP. -- R33F3RM4N 23:11, 8 August 2007 (BST)
July
July 20th, 2007 Martha General Hospital (Danversbank) continues to be an attractive target for well-fed feral zombies. In the last few days break-ins have been frequent and prudent survivors should sleep elsewhere to avoid death. An influx of zombies from the horde currently ravaging Whittenside / Fort Perryn is anticipated in coming days. Intel suggests that this horde includes well-organized zombies from the Feral Undead. Survivors who wish to remain breathing are advised to exercise vigilance and to choose their slleeping locations carefully. -- R33F3RM4N 11:16, 20 July 2007 (BST)
July 18th, 2007 Due to recent events and changes in Wiki policy, I would like all residents of Danversbank to pay attention to the tags contained within each building which state the level of barricades that need to be maintained; please avoid over barricading. Recent zombie activity has been relatively small but break-ins have been reported at the Lea Avenue Fire Station. A more dangerous threat are PKers present in Danversbank who appear to be targeting the DRRP and allied survivors. Please report PKers at the Brainstock PK reporting area. -- Thakilla 15:13, 18 July 2007 (BST)
July 13th, 2007 Zombie numbers are on the rise in Danversbank but are not yet at emergency levels. And once again, overbarricading is a problem. Residents are urged to keep the barricades to appropriate levels at TRP buildings. Non-TRP entry point buildings are, however, in good order. In other news, tonight is open mic night at Kilingback Cinema (9:00 PM UTC (5:00 PM EDT)) where a small karaoke party will be taking place. All tone-deaf survivors are encouraged to attend. -- R33F3RM4N 17:38, 13 July 2007 (BST)
July 12th, 2007 Lea Avenue Fire Station has been hit hard recently. Most likely due to the new players that have been sheltered there using Necrotech skills / DNA extractors on zombies, or attacking a zombie and not finishing the job. Whilst you cannot blame new players for not being able to kill zombies, or for scanning them, they should know that some zombies can track them down. -- Robthearch1 19:27, 12 July 2007 (BST)
June
June 30th, 2007 South Central Danversbank is the most dangerous area of the suburb right now. Martha General Hospital (Danversbank) is attracting zeds and is thus unsafe for overnight visits. In lighter news a semi-pornographic game of Twister is under way at The Kynaston Building. Despite the fact that the baby oil has yet to be used there have been casualties amongst the onlookers. R33F3RM4N 13:16, 1 July 2007 (BST)
June 15th, 2007 A persistently dangerous wee horde of ferals (possibly including some members of the Feral Undead) is making South-Central Danversbank rather dangerous ATM. Foolish survivors who insist on sleeping inside primary resource buildings are being dragged out and eaten on a regular basis. As ever, please don't sleep in hospitals and PDs as they are high-profile targets for the hungry (un)dead. The Emergency Danversbank Barricade Plan is in force at most TRPs so please use caution when moving around. In other news the DRRP are hosting another of their regular parties during the coming weekend, usual place, usual rules. R33F3RM4N 15:32, 15 June 2007 (BST)
June 04th, 2007 The Batwing Brigade recently hosted a kicking Goth Night at Kilingback Cinema and satisfied the crowd with a superb selection of mouldy oldies. Door policy was relaxed to permit zed clubbers and a deliciously black time was had by all apart from Paddy Dignam who has now been rejected by every breathing female within 10 blocks of The Barrow Building. Anyone who has access to stocks of Lynx deodorant should contact Paddy ASAP as he really needs the help. In other news the DRRP have welcomed representatives of the DEM South East to Danversbank and wish them good fortune in their endeavours. R33F3RM4N 00:01, 5 June 2007 (BST)

May 29th, 2007 Drama Club staged a performance of "Army of Darkness" at Kilingback Cinema as part of their Border Tour of Malton. The group plans to travel clockwise around the border suburbs of Malton with one show in each suburb. Today they performed for the 12 survivors here as part of this tour. See their group page for performing groups and schedules.
May 23, 2007: Ah, Summer in Danversbank. Long days, young love, picnics in the parks, drunken darts tournaments, and, of course, zombies swallowing everyone inside Voss Lane Police Department. No cotton candy for you, zombies! Kynaston NT is powered and residents continue to enjoy the M*A*S*H marathon ("How old do you think Frank is?" "I don't know. Why don't we saw him in half tonight and count his rings.") despite the lingering horde outside. On an unrelated note, I have now flirted with every available and unavailable female in the immediate area (living and dead, mind you) and have yet to come away with a date. Is it possible I'm not as attractive as I think I am? --Paddy Dignam 23:57, 23 May 2007 (BST)
May 13th, 2007: Few buildings are powered across the suburb. We need survivors to come help with the clean up. It would have been best if they hadn't run away in the first place, but there isn't much we can do about that. Anyhow, zombie attacks have slowed down, and we need some people to help with powering and cading around here.--Robthearch1 02:22, 14 May 2007 (BST)
May 08, 2007: Voss Lane Police Department is overrun. Last count 8 zombies inside, with 10 survivors being eatten alive, while 12+ are outside wandering in through the open doors. Seems to be organized by zombie Burrk gesturing to go inside. Teresa General Hospital, the Standfast Arms, the Kynaston Building, Twill Alley School are all in the same state. --XxPale HorsexX 04:21, 8 May 2007 (BST)
May 07, 2007: The suburb is in a pretty bad state. South Central is a disaster area with Voss Lane Police Department being the only remaining survivor stronghold of note. The Standfast Arms has been breached and a number of revellers have been eaten. Knyaston and surrounding area is under siege and this is adversely affecting NT syringe supplies. Only one of the three hospitals is secured. It's going to be a busy week for the cleanup crews. -- R33F3RM4N 11:43, 7 May 2007 (BST)
April
April 29, 2007: Members of the Drunken Dead and a large contingent of ferals have assaulted and temporarily cracked the Kynaston Building and Sleway Row Police Department, presumably in search of the DRRP's considerable stash of imported beer and assorted bottles of alcohol. Residents should not be overly concerned, as a special "Alcohol Preservation Unit" has temporarily relocated the priceless collection to [REDACTED]. If the Drunken Dead wish to savor a taste (or tastes) of Malton's finest pickled nectar, they would be wise to shamble over to the Standfast Arms and wait quietly for one of our bartenders to arrive with further instructions. --Paddy Dignam 20:14, 29 April 2007 (BST)
April 24, 2007: Forgive me, suburb, for I've been lazy. It has been over two weeks since my last update... Residents in the south have recaptured Voss Lane PD and the two hospitals, Teresa General and Martha General, although Voss and MGH continue to experience siege conditions. Kynaston (NT) in the north continues to hold strong, and the badass crew in Sleway Row PD is beating back daily break-ins. The Philosophe Knights, an itinerant burlesque troupe which assassinates its audience after each performance, remain in the area rehearsing for their new show, We Shoot You Because We Are Ashamed of How Much We Love Mae West. This is apparently a sequel to their last show, Anyone Who Doesn't Think Mae West is Fabulous Must F*cking Die. In fact I inadvertently made romantic overtures to one MeatballKing after drinking a bottle of flat champagne and watching Gina and Mek compete in some sort of knife throwing competition (oh my!). Let me make it clear: I made a mistake. I was totally confused and drunk and a little depressed. What's more, the gentleman in question has a very feminine form, sings showtunes, and wears a pink dress and a pink mask. Residents beware. --Paddy Dignam 20:36, 24 April 2007 (BST)
April 16, 2007: Huey Long, Zombiecratic candidate for Mayor of Malton, would like to announce that he will be holding a speech outside Servatius General Hospital later today and would like to invite all local zombies to come listen. Refreshments will be served afterward.
April 13, 2007: Teresa General Hospital has almost certainly fallen. Shortly after the loss of Voss Land PD, ZuluDeacon busted in to break the generator. Who the heck combat revived him? Anyways, shortly after that, a mob of Zeds led by Zulu (in newly zombified forms) soon cracked the building and started eating survivors. I grabbed a few last FAKs, boarded things up to EHB, and headed for the back door, myself. There's plenty of survivors left, but I think they will just provide HARMAN HARMBARGERS for the rapidly growing horde. --Okrin 08:00, 13 April 2007 (BST)
April 12, 2007: The DvEM have eaten Voss Lane Police Department. Not just the people inside, mind you--they've swallowed the entire building as well as the police cars outside. This is what happens when so-called survivors choose to fire into a horde of 30 zombies instead of barricading the facility in which they found the bullets to fire into the horde of 30 zombies. Brilliant! Despite the complete destruction of all real estate in South Danversbank, and despite the perpetual screams of civilians being torn limb from limb, tomorrow's DRRP-sponsored party at The Standfast Arms is still on! All zombies who are in the pub by this time tomorrow will not be shot, despite a long-standing "no undead entry" policy. If said zombies attack either human attendees or bottles of alcohol, they will be put down and dumped immediately. In other news, members of the DRRP and unaffiliated civilians continue to be assassinated by a peculiar cult of scholars called the Philosophe Knights, who consistently employ bad logic and for some reason really, really want us to sleep in museums and schools. In response, the DRRP has decided to abandon education altogether and focus exclusively on self-destructive behavior. That is all. --Paddy Dignam 17:50, 12 April 2007 (BST)
April 11, 2007: The Maltonian Expeditionary Force have come to Danversbank for a visit. As a wee housewarming the DRRP are organising a shinding on the evening Friday 13th April in The Standfast Arms. The celebration will coincide with the decanting of the next batch of Danversbank Blinder Poitín, anticipated to be around 180 proof and capable of stunning vegetarian teetotallers at a distance of 10 paces. All survivors are welcome to attend, bring your own medikits and / or life insurance. -- R33F3RM4N 13:33, 11 April 2007 (BST)
April 8, 2007: The Philosophe Knights have moved into the suburb, claiming to have honorable intentions. Starting 2 days ago, however, they started shooting members of the DRRP. This is yet another mark against happy little Danversbank, Malton's recreational and art-loving suburb.--Robthearch1 22:21, 8 April 2007 (BST)
April 5, 2007: What a difference a day makes! Scouting reports indicate that 4 different organized zombie hordes are active in the suburb. GK and PK activity continues to be problematic. Zerging activity has also been reported and verified. Survivors are urged to exercise caution in their choice of sleeping location. --R33F3RM4N 17:29, 5 April 2007 (BST)
April 4, 2007: Recent scouting reports from the DRRP show very little zombie activity in the area. PKers and GKers are still present, especially since Extinction moved to the area. The Kynaston Building is not a safe place in which to sleep. The only zombie activity present large enough to attract any notoriety is brought by the Dead Air anti-phone mast group who have ransacked The Barrow Building. --Thakilla 22:46, 4 April 2007 (BST)
April 1, 2007: The Provisional Danversbank Barricade Plan has been reinstated. However, residents should expect the barricades at besieged resource buildings to vary and spare AP accordingly. The zombie group Extinction continues to siege The Kynaston Building without success. Survivors are urged to be vigilant. Extinction members are admitted spies and will use whatever means necessary to accomplish their goals. Several DRRP members have been PKed inside Kynaston by Dr'Knives and Dr'Spears. The similarity of the names as well as the profile descriptions suggests that the assassins are both controlled by a single user. If so, this constitutes zerging or multi abuse (i.e. creating multiple characters and coordinating them as if they were a single one). --Paddy Dignam 19:52, 1 April 2007 (BST)
March
March 27, 2007: Survivors are wimping out and retreating at the first sign of trouble, not bothering to defend the recreational suburb of Danversbank. Please people, if you run from Danversbank, you pretty much run from everything. Having experienced the fall of Fort Perryn (3 times), the fall of Miltown, the Caiger Mall attacks, and plenty of other sieges, this is a level 1 siege, barely even classified as a siege. --Bigdaddy2 04:46, 28 March 2007 (BST)
March 23, 2007: The Emergency Danversbank Barricade Plan is in effect. Zed numbers in the NW (focused on Servatius General Hospital) and South (especially Martha General Hospital) continue to grow. Break-ins are common but so far survivor efforts have repelled them rather quickly. Attention area scientists: Do not revive anyone who has not logged a request on the DEM Revive Request Tool. Random revivers are seriously contributing to the disintegration of the suburb. When discovered they will be dealt with harshly. --Paddy Dignam 18:29, 23 March 2007 (UTC)
March 23, 2007 Survivor Cman yall requests that people sleep in The Kynaston Building to help combat the Salt the Land policy. Comfort, at this point, is not an option. --Cman yall 05:39, 23 March 2007 (UTC)
March 22, 2007 Survivor numbers appear to be on the rise again. An influx of refugee survivors fleeing from the RRF decimation of the SW has also been noted. Revive queues are being steadily reduced thanks to the dedication of the suburb revive teams. In other news the suburb is once again hosting the notorious text-rapist, PKer, GKer and general sad case called cool nYou. Despite being given frequent dirtnaps he keeps returning. Survivors are asked not to revive this low-life on pain of being identified as his ally and treated accordingly. R33F3RM4N 17:25, 22 March 2007 (UTC)
March 17, 2007 South Danversbank is currently under attack from various persistent ferals. Lone survivors should stay wary; random PKing activity has been noted. (Does 'BloodBath' ring any bells to you long-time Danversbank residents?) A group of refugees from the Wyke Hills/West Grayside area has been maintaining 'cades in the south, but as they may just be passing through, don't rely on this area for survivor safety for long. -- Dray 15:38, 19 March 2007 (UTC)
March 15, 2007 The DRRP are currently welcoming zombie newcomers Extinction to the suburb. This zombie horde has been allocated a large tract of dirt outside The Kynaston Building as their new home and they have been supplied with fireaxes and lead to aid in their adjustment to (un)life in Danversbank. The final stages of the latest barricade plan discussion are under way, please comment whilst the opportunity to do so is available. -- R33F3RM4N
March 9, 2007: Hold on to your seats, because everybody's favorite Provisional Danversbank Barricade Plan (PDBP) is being revised yet again! My previous post-siege suggestion of having only one entry point in the entire suburb, with a tag inside reading Don’t have Free Running? You’re F*CKED!, has been soundly rejected. All residents are urged to participate in the raucous debate by posting comments on the PDBP talk page, or you can tell us where to stick it on the DRRP forum. With any luck we'll have it all sorted out by Christmas. --Paddy Dignam 01:06, 10 March 2007 (UTC)
March 07, 2007: The survivor clean up has brought a sense of order to the S of the suburb despite the elevated numbers of hungry ferals banging on the barricades. It seems that the nadir may well have been passed due to a combination of zombie horde restlessness and organized survivor resistance. Cadets from the DEM Kristi of the Dead training campus have survived (or not) their trial-by-fire in Danversbank and are due some recognition for their efforts aiding the local survivor population. Drinks will be available at The Standfast Arms for those in need ;)
In a related story Die Angriff-Maschine and The Danversbank Brigands appear to have withdrawn from the suburb in recent days. Similarly the New Order of Zion have not been seen recently. Hopefully this is a temporary situation as the DRRP are seeking local input on revisions to the Provisional Danversbank Barricade Plan. Lessons need to be learnt from the recent mess.
Finally, many residents of Danversbank are rather unhappy about the changes to the game - the additional encumbrance rule for generators and fuel could well have a significant negative effect on isolated resource-starved suburbs such as Danversbank. Time will tell... R33F3RM4N 14:02, 7 March 2007 (UTC)
March 04, 2007: Operation Morning After has begun. All Danversbank refugees, with the exception of the cowards who urinated on themselves before fleeing at the first sign of adversity, are asked to return home and assist with reconstruction. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the DRRP and its allies for bravery and uncommon boozing in the face of extreme zambah suckdom. Let it be known that we did not abandon our beloved home in its darkest hour. Danversbank is not a suburb for the weak of heart. If you're not prepared to make sacrifices to defend it, we kindly request that you GTFO. That is all. --Paddy Dignam 22:31, 4 March 2007 (UTC)
March 01, 2007: Danversbank is now quiet (relatively speaking) as a consequence of the DvEM zombie horde moving on to fresher pastures. It appears that Scarletwood may be the next target. Fighting is still happening in the N of Danversbank but 30+ hordes seem to be conspicuous by their absence. Nevertheless, many TRP buildings are still ransacked and/or beseiged by ferals. The survivor cleanup operation has begun in earnest and the cemetery (73,97) and Angerstein Park (75,92) revive points are rather busy - those seeking revives are asked to be patient. R33F3RM4N 14:02, 7 March 2007 (UTC)
In other news, The Standfast Arms was raided during the evening of 27/02/2007 by a violent horde of gatecrashers. Two well-marinaded bar-staff were badly injured in the fracas. The raiders failed to find either the vital stocks of single-malt or the DRRP moonshine still. Party-minded survivors are sought to assist in the cleanup and to assist in alcohol consumption at the post-cleanup party. R33F3RM4N 14:44, 1 March 2007 (UTC)
February
February 27, 2007: The DRRP and its allies continue to employ hit-and-run tactics against the occupying DvEM hordes. I am happy to report that Operation Cocktail Frenzy, devised by the DRRP Death Squad and a rogue hard-rock guitarist, was a complete success. We urge all residents and bold visitors to enter the fray, or at the very least bring us more vodka, as our entire supply was consumed before, during and after Operation Cocktail Frenzy. In other news, radio reports suggest that the legendary Gina Semple does not need any more GPS units or DNA extractors. That is all. --Paddy Dignam 02:04, 28 February 2007 (UTC)
February 26, 2007: Most buildings in the suburb are now wide open, many of them ransacked and occupied by squatting zeds. The DRRP and remaining Danversbank residents are staging a guerilla war of sorts. Details of these efforts are being spread in-game. If other groups/individuals wish to assist, please speak to a DRRP member so we can coordinate our efforts. We do not need trenchcoaters, as cowboy tactics simply lead the undead back to our safehouses. We need scientists, caders, and medics. One last note: Combat revives continue to hinder survivor efforts, with at least two members of the DvEM being revived thus far. The DRRP will not revive anyone who doesn't use the DEM Revive Request Tool. We ask that all visiting scientists do the same. --Paddy Dignam 18:31, 26 February 2007 (UTC)
February 24 2007: Wow, you leave to go pick up a carton of eggs, some milk, and a handful of shotgun shells and the whole neighborhood goes to pot by the time you get back. In any event, consider Danversbank to be quite hazardous. All TRP's (PDs, hospitals, etc) in the southern part of the map have been breached. A mob of zombies ~15-20 is now cracking open secondary safehouses (such as the museums) and entry points. The phone mast is down and occupied by four zombies. The revive point (cemetery) is not only totally full, but its crawling with rotters and DvEM/Feral Undead agents. I'd suggest heading to another suburb for revives at this point -- I am a well stocked survivor with a bunch of syringes, ammo, armor, FAKs, etc, but the area is so hot I can't even find a place to sleep and get enough APs to do some rezzes. -Okrin 18:15, 24 February 2007 (UTC)
February 24, 2007: Somerside Drive Police Department is finished. It fell some time last night and is totally overrun. Nearby buildings west of it in this suburb will most likely be prime targets. Whittenside's wrecked as hell. 10:10 (UTC) Kyrygvald
February 21, 2007: The De-vivification Experts of Malton smashed their way into Voss Lane PD at around midnight last night. Reports indicated that a horde of 26 to 30 zombies were involved in the attack. Many survivors were forced to disperse although a few brave souls stayed to the end. Feeding groans were heard throughout the night. Coy Museum, Poulet Museum and St Lucius's Church have also been breached. The status of these buildings is unknown. As always the DRRP recommend that survivors with Free Running do not sleep in resource buildings as (un)death can be the result! Those lacking Free Running should ask in-game for the location of the nearest safe house as the PDBP is currently in a state of flux, the DvEM seem to use wiki and forum data to inform their tactics and combat-revived zombie spies have been scouting interiors. Many TRPs are also lacking power due to combat-revived zombies destroying valuable generators. Again the DRRP request that survivors do not employ combat revives against attacking zombies! R33F3RM4N 22:19, 22 February 2007 (UTC)
February 20, 2007: Due to continuing siege conditions certain adjustments have been made to the Provisional Danversbank Barricade Plan. Voss Lane PD will now be kept EHB at all times, as will Sleway Row PD. The entry point for Voss is now the Poulet Museum. Please do not sleep in Poulet Museum, as the DRRP does not plan to maintain the barricades at all. If you do not have the Free Running skill please speak to a member of the DRRP in-game. We are rotating our safehouses and will tell you where to go for shelter. If you die please go to a revive point and make a request via the DEM Revive Request Tool. Those with the Construction skill and NT skills will be revived first. If you have NT skills please do not revive without first DNA extracting and checking the profile. Today someone revived ZuluDeacon, whose profile clearly lists him as a member of the DvEM. One last thing: The DRRP is out of beer, so please stop asking us if you can have some. --Paddy Dignam 00:41, 21 February 2007 (UTC)
February 16, 2007: While the zombies of the DvEM appear quite organized (and quite hungry), they have so far not been able to penetrate and occupy more than one building at a time. Sleway Row PD is currently clear, powered and EHB. The Kynaston Building (NT) fell at some point last night (PST) and according to radio reports there are still 3 zeds inside, with many more outside among a significant pile of dead bodies. As Danversbank scientists have access to plenty of NT resources in the surrounding suburbs, the temporary loss of Kynaston is not alarming. The danger for now is concentrated in the northeast, and this gives residents a considerable tactical advantage. To be honest, the DRRP fears the loss of only one establishment in Danversbank, an establishment that provides something far more refreshing than revivification syringes. --Paddy Dignam 22:12, 16 February 2007 (UTC)
February 14, 2007: Danversbank is playing host to the De-vivification Experts of Malton who have moved on from their sacking of Whittenside. The DRRP wish to extend the fireaxe of welcome to those bringing new (un)life to Danversbank. Sleway Row Police Department has already been decimated and at the time of writing The Kynaston Building is under attack. Survivors are advised not to sleep in resource buildings as the DvEM seem well-organized and very efficient at the dinner table. If you do sleep in a resource building please be prepared to help defend it. R33F3RM4N 23:30, 14 February 2007 (UTC)
February 13, 2007: A horde of 15 to 20 zombies spilled into the NE of the suburb from Whittenside, possibly from the recent ransacking of Somerside Drive PD. In a tragedy of horrifying proportions Kilingback Cinema has been ransacked and all the moviegoers were eaten during the second reel of 'Dracula'. The nearby Denney Arms pub has also been ransacked. Foolish (and probably dead) survivors appear to have used the useless combat revive tactic - a number of dazed ex-zombies have been noted in nearby buildings. R33F3RM4N 20:12, 13 February 2007 (UTC)
February 7, 2007: All Freelance survivors looking for a group or looking to do some good within Danversbank, Die Angriff-Maschine wants YOU! Join through the forum link on our wiki page if interested. Check the classes near the bottom to see what you'd like to do. Engineers would be great to have! I need some help keeping our buildings powered and fueled for all to use! - Kyrygvald - 16:04 (EST)
February 7, 2007: Griefers and zombie spies associated with the Feral Undead have been making life difficult for low-level survivors by deliberately overbarricading buildings. Survivors are strongly advised to conserve APs in case their VSB safe house suddenly becomes inaccessible and they have to find an alternative safe house. Small zombie groups continue to attack resource buildings with mixed success. R33F3RM4N 17.30, 7 February 2007 (UTC)
February 1, 2007: Zombies emospider and needleman have attacked Voss Lane PD and killed a survivor. Please do not revive them if they grow weary of their undead state and stand at a revive point. They are now to be considered enemies of the suburb in both zombie and human forms. --Paddy Dignam 21:26, 1 February 2007 (UTC)
January
January 17, 2007: Target142, a zombie who has attacked at least one resource building and destroyed a generator, was trying to pass himself off as a survivor in Teresa General. He has been eliminated and asked politely to leave Danversbank (in reverse order). There is also a Target127 in the area (last seen in Voss PD). As I have no evidence against Target127, he has not been eliminated. However, it seems like a clear case of zerging to me. --Paddy Dignam 18:43, 17 January 2007 (UTC)
January 11, 2007: A recent barrage of attacks on generators at resource buildings has turned up cool nYou, a mentally challenged vagrant bent upon making life quite difficult for survivors. (See the November 28th, 2006 entry) It is recommended survivors add him to their contacts list and consider him hostile to Danversbank and all within. We'll see how long he hangs around if no one revives him. --Gina 00:29, 12 January 2007 (UTC)
January 9, 2007: A sudden spike in Zombies has been seen in Danversbank. Not a big threat, but something to be noted.
January 2, 2007: Danversbank is a suburb on the rise. We have at least twice the population we had a month ago, and most resource buildings have power and communications. Many survivors are seeking refuge in Voss Lane PD, and the DRRP is attempting to relocate some of these citizens to Sleway PD in the north. The area of the suburb between the Kynaston Building and the Barrow Building is sparsely populated, and we hope that a larger survivor presence in Sleway will improve security and allow growth. The DRRP continues to seek committed volunteers. --Paddy Dignam 19:58, 2 January 2007 (UTC)
2006
December
December 29, 2006: Did another more through survey of both inside and out and post the results recommend lowering further to Green JD 02:07, 30 December 2006 (UTC)
December 27, 2006: Well I just did a walk though of burb and its major points and I didn't see any zeds or that many bodies. Many buildings were caded except for a few of the firestations so I'm downgrading to moderate. JD 00:09, 29 December 2006 (UTC)
December 15, 2006: Due to continuing instability in the suburb, the DRRP has been forced to revise the barricade plan proposed above. The following buildings will be kept at EH+2 until more survivors are willing and able to defend the area on an ongoing basis: Sleway PD, Lea Avenue FS, Servatius General Hospital, the Coy Museum, the Poulet Museum, and the Hibbert Museum. All other buildings will be made, time permitting, to conform to the DBP. Any future changes will be announced here. Cheers. --Paddy Dignam 23:07, 15 December 2006 (UTC)
November
November 30, 2006: It is quite difficult, if not impossible, to maintain any suburb-wide barricade policy with so few survivors in the area, while at the same time trying to kill encroaching zeds and set up power and communications. As far as I know, the DRRP is the only group operating in Danversbank. Standing policy for now is to cade all buildings with generators at EH. Otherwise we follow the DBP suggested above to the best of our ability. If there are other individuals/groups interested in securing the area, perhaps they should coordinate their efforts with the DRRP. --Paddy Dignam 18:15, 30 November 2006 (UTC)
November 29,2006: Danversbank is among the only suburbs in the southern section of Malton that is not safe for survivors. A possible reason for this is the inability for the survivors living there to accept a new barricade policy. Other suburbs want to help. Let them. -- Mattimer 23:04 PM, 29 November 2006 (CST)
November 29, 2006: The Holy Aura Militia has ceased to exist. I am updating our Wiki page to reflect this. I seem to be the sole survivor and am now hanging out with the St. D's Bar & Grill folks in Wyke Hills. I still run over from time to time with a stack of revive syringes and ammo to help get the museums back up to EH and clear out the cemetary, though. --Okrin 16:43, 29 November 2006 (UTC)
November 28, 2006: There is a new group in the suburb: The Danversbank Relief and Reconstruction Project (DRRP). There are currently five of us and we hope to pick up a few more volunteers in the near future. I have tried to contact the Danversbank Brigands and the Holy Aura Militia without success, so it looks like we're it at the moment. There are very few survivors in the area, at last count about 50 in the entire suburb. Our primary goal right now is to establish 3 or 4 bases at resource buildings, power them up and provide transmitters. Hopefully this will attract more survivors to the area. The dedicated radio frequency for Danversbank (not just the DRRP) is 26.90. Survivors interested in volunteering should come to Sleway PD. Entry point is the Sever Building. Cheers. --Paddy Dignam 01:58, 29 November 2006 (UTC)
November 28, 2006 There's a couple of PKers set up here, Druggy and CoolnYou. They're currently dead bodies at Temple Road Revive Point, so don't revive! --Robert McFarlane 13:57, 28 November 2006 (GMT)
November 23, 2006: Large scale zombie attack on teresa General occured. Down to just two men now from about six... god... Hitman474 was dragged out of the hospital and eaten in the street... heard him screaming long after he was dead... FearGood i found lying in the street after trying to save Hitman, I presume, and kanos... killed minutes after suggesting we left. Bugger. I was injured, and stood off with the zombies, taking one out, i think.... only down to two shots now, gotta save 'em. Meanwhile, doctor Indigo was infected!!! We escaped to a secretm location. D.I was down to 5hp before i regained consciousness and healed him. Close one. Anybody nearby, we are planning to move to Wyke Hills... safe, with malls. We need equipment. And we could own some zombies on the way. --RobCoxxy 20:31, 23 November 2006
November 19, 2006: Due to recent break-ins and rampant GK-ing at Hillard Road PD, a few of us have hopped to Sleway PD, barricaded the hell out of it, and are now doing our best to organize, supply and defend north Danversbank and south Scarletwood. This loosely organized unit includes K a n o s, Firebug Malone, and me. There seems to be only a handful of others in the north, with many buildings left wide open. We want to start plopping down generators and transmitters so everyone can, you know, communicate and stuff, but we don't want to waste time and material on buildings no one intends to use (and defend). So if you need something, come see us in Sleway and we'll take your order (no, you can't get fries with that, but we do have a large selection of booze). Questions: is there a radio frequency in use for Danversbank? Is the cemetery the only active revive point, or is Temple Road still in use? Gina, can I buy you a drink? Cheers. --Paddy Dignam 02:02, 20 November 2006 (UTC)
November 19, 2006: suburb starting to turn arround, most buildings either ehb or open with many resource buildings falling into the fromer catagory including a powered nt building. Hospitals are still besieged but harmans seem to be on thier toes. Downgrading danger alert to moderate. BigJD20:50, 19 November 2006 (UTC)
November 16, 2006: The Luelinks Survivors, along with the GBP, are planning on liberating this suburb from the zombie menace. If you're a survivor looking for a new home, help these groups out by attacking any zombies you can.
November 1, 2006: Activity has increased slightly, straggling groups of zeds in 2s and 3s scattered about. Southern Danversbank is crawling with them. Largest visible group as of this morning was 8, but I'd say 6 out of 10 blocks have at least a zed on it...Gina Semple 16:11, 1 November 2006 (UTC)
July
July 6th, 2006: Barricades have been removed from most buildings in the south of the suburb, with lone zombies in many of them. Finding a safe place to rest takes a lot more time than usual.
May
May, Early, 2006: Suburb danger status elevated as Zombies sack resource buildings in the southern part of the suburb. Fierce battles over Voss Lane PD and nearby safehouses rage.
March
March 28th, 2006: The Holy Aura Militia has established operations within Danversbank. We will keep the neighberhood posted as we bring more social services online. Zombie activity seems to be fairly low at this time.
March 22nd, 2006: The Danversbank Brigands now have the phone mast up and running and hope to keep it that way.
March 21nd, 2006: With the ZiiP Zombie Hunters dissolving, The Danversbank Brigands, a small group of survivors, have formed to fill ZiiP's shoes and protect the suburb from Zombies and PKers. We are not hostile towards other survivors and are currently recruiting.
February
Feb 6th, 2006: No one seems to be reviving the zombies at Hanlon Way (73, 92), there is a mass of 29 zombies there now.
February 3rd, 2006: Mass zombie hordes are attacking in the central part of the suburb in mass hordes. All citizens here be on gaurd and fight as much as you can in hit and run missions. It is suspected these hordes are members of the Minions of the Apocalypse. Bring Danversbank back to the citizens! Re-enforcements are moving in to sweep and kill the zeds in the area soon.
