I would like to put forward a nomination for The Rooster.

The Rooster has been here for over 2 years, and since has done a huge amount for this wiki of late. Recent things that I can immediately recall are his help reworking the previously unused Community Portal, the redesign of the Main Page from this to this (both of these with AHLG), and the re-coding of the Suburb Dangermap system to allow easier maintenance among the community. Here is a list of all his other major contributions to the wiki. Accompanying this, Rooster has, for two years, been the creator/maintainer of several bots- click here to read about them.

Rooster's last bid can be read here, I recommend you read it. I wouldn't have nominated him here if I didn't think Rooster had since become closer to the community since his last bid. My past encounters with Rooster have been dealt with professionally, helpfully and productively, and I know I'm not the only user capable of saying that. Always willing to help new (and old) users, always contactable via irc, demonstrating a benchmark in coding knowledge, and always keeping himself busy with admin maintenance tasks, I think Rooster would have much offer to the wiki as a sysop.   Yes, I vouched him and would do so again. IMO, when we go to Admin High Drama levels, the more Evil Clowns that come popping out of the Clown Car the better. More entertainment value. :) However, I would also like to see the SysOp to Clown SysOp ratio maintained at about 50/50.--
