Impeachment Procedings for The Supreme Court

Allegations have been put forth by the Prime Minister of the CoL that one member, The Supreme Court, has violated the following rule of CoL membership:

To become a Councilor you must be a survivor, not a PKer, leader of a survivor group, voted in by your peers, not a zombie, and in good standing with other survivors. Anyone seen trying to rig the elections by running as a survivor with a PKer or zombie agenda will be disqualified. Votes made by pkers or zombies will be removed.

Presumably The Supreme Court is being accused of posing as a survivor while actually possessing a PKer or Zombie Agenda. In the interest of fairness, the people of Malton ask the evidence supporting this charge be revealed to the public so that we know the charges are grounded and not drama created by the Prime Minister for whatever his agenda might be. Any exculpatory evidence in support of The Supreme Court may be placed here as well.--The Envoy 00:09, 26 September 2007 (BST)

It's the councils business, not everyone else's. They can settle it how they want, let them.--Karekmaps?! 00:16, 26 September 2007 (BST)
The council is not Sonny. Nowhere is the Prime Minister clearly vested with the powers that Sonny is trying to exercise. Of course, the fact that not a single CoL member has said a thing about this matter says something about the existence of the CoL.--The Envoy 02:16, 26 September 2007 (BST)
That is actually incorrect. Councilors have no control over who is on the Council. This is controlled by the people who elect them. However, since this can easily be corrupted, certain rules are created to stop said corruption. TSC tried to break these rules and he got kicked. It's not that hard to understand. --Sonny Corleone RRF DORIS CRF pr0n 00:19, 26 September 2007 (BST)
Again, you have presented no evidence of this. Basic reason dictates a burden of proof. Otherwise, any member can say Sonny has primarily Zed characters and obviously is not working in survivor interest, so he's off.--The Envoy 02:16, 26 September 2007 (BST)
I'm not a Councilor so you're an idiot. --Sonny Corleone RRF DORIS CRF pr0n 02:36, 26 September 2007 (BST)
Nope, you're nominally a "Prime Minister", "is in charge of public affairs and organization of the Council but makes no real decisions". That makes you're authority in this matter very, very vague. You're fault for writing it that way. To me, impeachment sounds like a "real decision." So, you can't make the decision to impeach. You can organize a hearing, but the power to boot is not yours. Leave it to the Council.--The Envoy 11:38, 26 September 2007 (BST)
...not a single CoL member has said a thing about this matter says something about the existence of the CoL (The Envoy) - We're just talking about the matter in private, actually. --Benigno SSZ RCC 02:33, 26 September 2007 (BST)
Right. You realize this lack of transparency makes the Council look as illegitimate as it was at its inception. Have fun.--The Envoy 11:38, 26 September 2007 (BST)
Why would we comment until all the votes have been cast? Johnny Lunchpail 20:28, 26 September 2007 (BST)
Hold on to your lunchpail, Johnny. Apparently, your votes don't matter. By Sonny's decree, the Supreme Court does not hold his seat any longer. Look at the page for CoL. The Supreme Court's been struck for the roster, and it says The Supreme Court's seat is now open for election. You can say you're "deliberating", but your prime minister has gone and claimed the authority to kick off members of the council. If you want to look like something other than Sonny's playthings, the CoL ought to step up and clarify what's going on. Remember you're not an insular org or secret society, but a group that allegedly serves the people of Malton. From what I've seen, you all serve Sonny's vanity. Call it a Constitutional Crises as the procedures for handling this situation don't really exist in any definitive sense.--The Envoy 21:24, 26 September 2007 (BST)
If y'all don't like it. Leave. Create your own organization and let TSC into it. But then if you do it it won't be a democratic-republic. It'll then be a military junta. --Sonny Corleone RRF DORIS CRF pr0n 01:08, 27 September 2007 (BST)
Oh please, Sonny. Quit spewing. You're the Mushareff of this "government". An autocrat exercising free reign over a "democratic" system in name only. Did you ever perform a true vote audit? Really tits or GTFO yourself. This Council's a joke, and the only purpose it's show so far is to stand as a whipping boy for those of us who've gotten board making fun of the new D.A.R.I.S. You may have been a great leader once, or so you say, but somewhere along the line you lost the "human skills" that grants people credibility. Every objection and criticism raised against this proceeding could easily have been alleviated by revealing the basis of your charges. But can you do that? No, you wheedle and backpedal and misdirect. You're a joke of a human being if you think you're somehow "winning" your case. I hope you're putting a lot of gold in the actual councilors basket. Corruption is the only way your case will stand.--The Envoy 01:42, 27 September 2007 (BST)
Dear The Envoy: Your mom's a whore, you were an accident, you secretly like men, and God hates you. Now, Tits or GTFO. See? I can say stupid shit too that no one cares about. Only difference is I do mine in shorter sentences and I'm not retarded. --Sonny Corleone RRF DORIS CRF pr0n 03:31, 27 September 2007 (BST)

Gold in the Supreme Court's basket always goes down a treat. We've had a vote on this matter- if any remaining Councillors could go to our forums (hosted on Brainstock), then we'll publish the decision shortly. Justice will be done! (Envoy- you've made your point that Sonny isn't exactly supported on this.) --Karloth Vois RR 03:14, 27 September 2007 (BST)

Impeachment of The Supreme Court

The Supreme Court is an alt of Karloth Vois, a leader of the PKer group Red Rum. This breaks the rule of no pkers and zombies. He has also broken the rule of pushing a personal agenda. Since he has broken two of these rules he is automatically removed from the Council and his spot will be put up for election. --Sonny Corleone RRF DORIS CRF pr0n 05:42, 23 September 2007 (BST)

The Supreme Court is made up of a series of stacked banana boxes, but has put the issue to a CoL vote. --Karloth Vois RR 07:45, 24 September 2007 (BST)
Can we see a list of these rules; in reference 'broken the rule of pushing a personal agenda'? Also, impeachment is a legislative power not executive power. Johnny Lunchpail 14:49, 24 September 2007 (BST)
Well Sonny is acting as "custodian" of the CoL until the CoL formally constitutes itself, so it's unclear whether he can or cannot summarily impeach anything. He's sort of like the CoL's Mushareff. Further, impeachment is not a removal from power but charging that there are grounds for removal from office and a hearing is held to conduct such. So in impeaching The Supreme Court, he should not have removed The Supreme Court but convened a hearing. Or, Sonny could rephrase his actions and summarily dismiss The Supreme Court on the PKer agenda grounds, which were part of the election rules. Not impeach, but disqualify. And Sonny, get a dictionary or a guide to government and read it before you help this org bury itself further.--The Envoy 15:32, 24 September 2007 (BST)
Er... question. I know nothing about the charge of pushing a personal agenda, and I'm not necessarily saying TSC shouldn't be impeached (Hey, I'm always in favor of impeaching Karloth, early and often). But you say the rule is "no pkers and zombies"... but is TSC a PKer himself or a character belonging to a player who also possesses a PKer character? I'm looking at the rules directly below this entry and they say "Note: You are allowed to have zombie and PKer alts but to become a Councilor you must be a survivor when acting as a Councilor." Like I said, I'm not debating anything, I'm just curious. --Vandr 19:06, 24 September 2007 (BST)
Requirements: To become a Councilor you must be a survivor, not a PKer, leader of a survivor group, voted in by your peers, not a zombie, and in good standing with other survivors. Anyone seen trying to rig the elections by running as a survivor with a PKer or zombie agenda will be disqualified. Votes made by pkers or zombies will be removed. (Note: You are allowed to have zombie and PKer alts but to become a Councilor you must be a survivor when acting as a Councilor.)--Virus002 20:05, 24 September 2007 (BST)
Well it's a bit late for that now. It wasn't like this wasn't known well before. The votes have been in for almost a month. He's on the council deal with it. Johnny Lunchpail 20:45, 24 September 2007 (BST)
Virus hit the nail on the head. And it was never stated that it is only for the election but a general rule of having a Councilor seat. At anytime it is seen that someone is trying to push a hidden, personal agenda they can be removed. It was said as clear as day. Since TSC thought he could break the rules he was removed. Clear as day. --Sonny Corleone RRF DORIS CRFpr0n 21:46, 24 September 2007 (BST)
I'm not saying your interpretation of the rules are wrong here; but what evidence do you have of TSC pushing a hidden, personal agenda? You just said he was, but I don't see the basis of your accusation. I mean the CoL hasn't done anything, so how could anyone on it be abusing their seat by pushing an agenda?--The Envoy 01:36, 25 September 2007 (BST)
"At anytime it is seen that someone is trying to push a hidden, personal agenda they can be removed." That's rediculous rule, everyone is always pushing some sort of personal agenda. That's just reality of life. Like I said before I would like to see these rules because this comes across to me as stuff just being made up as it's seen fit. I guess it's just a matter of time before a rule is made up that I be kicke dout too? The people of Malton have voted, the councilors have a mandate. Johnny Lunchpail 01:53, 25 September 2007 (BST)
Don't like the rules? Resign. They were made so that people wouldn't be able to use the CoL for their own personal gain. --Sonny Corleone RRF DORIS CRF pr0n 03:12, 25 September 2007 (BST)
It's not a matter of not liking the rules; it's a matter of not KNOWING the rules. Can you provide some sort of definitive rights and procedures. Johnny Lunchpail 03:47, 25 September 2007 (BST)
Clear as day in the election rules. At any time if someone is found to be breaking the rules their ass will be thrown to the streets. --Sonny Corleone RRF DORIS CRF pr0n 04:33, 25 September 2007 (BST)
I say, the Supreme Court is an entire body of justices. I would think that, were impeachment hearings to happen, that they should happen independently for each member. I am glad to know that at last there shall be proceedings against Scalia, at least. I have been calling for them for years.--Bartemius 20:35, 24 September 2007 (BST)
Ginsberg approves of this message and would like to sign up to your newsletter. Scalia, on the other hand, is pushing for the deportation of Sonny. With so many frivolous lawsuits abound, they like to think of themselves as truly indispensible.
Also, The Supreme Court has overturned Sonny's decision by a majority vote (After getting distracted by a DEM satellite, they decided Tuesday was unconstitutional). -- The Supreme Court 03:41, 25 September 2007 (BST)
You're out. Now GTFO my internets. --Sonny Corleone RRF DORIS CRF pr0n 04:33, 25 September 2007 (BST)
Because, you know, the election rules were clear as day and didn't change every five minutes without notice to suit your whims.... But one of the rules that WAS made clear is, to quote you from the talk page, "the survivor community decides" who is a pker. By voting. The vote clearly demonstrated that neither the Supreme Court nor Masque are pkers in the eyes of the community. --Fingersmith 11:17, 25 September 2007 (BST)
It was never said that the people would vote on who are pkers. That's a Direct-Democracy. This is a Democratic-Republic. Learn your governments. And I never changed the rules once when the voting began it's been that way forever. You should learn how to use the history button, it makes you look less retarded. The term "the survivor community decides" is like sociology, the cultures decide what is appropriate and what isn't in certain situations. Giving a thumbs up in one culture could mean the total opposite in another, so that culture decides what it means. That means in UD what the survivor community decides is PKing is PKing. --Sonny Corleone RRF DORIS CRF pr0n 00:17, 26 September 2007 (BST)
Indeed, election rules never changed in the slightest from the beginning. This (allowing candidates to vote for other candidates) certainly does not contradict this which states that candidates may not vote at all. Quite correct, everything was crystal clear and consistent from the very beginning about this whole process. I say, you were right! Learning to use history buttons and actually backing up statements with facts rather than insults does improve the quality of debate. Rest assured, I'm sure the irony is not lost on anyone here. As for allowing the people to decide whether or not to accept Masque or not. Indeed you never said anything to indicate that at all.--Bartemius 23:51, 27 September 2007 (BST)
Those are voting rules numbnuts, not election and nomination rules. I still think Masque shouldn't have gotten on but he hasn't done anything to affirm suspicions of being a pker spy. --Sonny Corleone RRF DORIS CRF pr0n 03:31, 28 September 2007 (BST)
Heh. HARMAN SPAI. Eh? --Karloth Vois RR 11:40, 28 September 2007 (BST)

ELECTIONS ENDED AUG. 31, 2007=

The Council of Leaders needs you. The government of Malton has been reestablished and needs people to fill the empty seats. There are Nine seats to be filled but in the future two more will open for a total of eleven. The vote will not occur until enough people are nominated.

(Note: You are allowed to have zombie and PKer alts but to become a Councilor you must be a survivor when acting as a Councilor.)

Nominations: Any survivor can nominated another survivor group leader or themselves if they meet the requirements. Non-group leader nominations, or zombie/PKer nominations, will be disqualified.

Voting rules: Candidates may not vote at all, this is to stop voting for oneself and the awkward helping of an opponent. (Nothing is worse than losing an election to someone else because of your vote for him) Survivors may vote for two candidates. At any time if a vote is deemed illegal it will be removed.

Nominations

Please number all nominations below here and state the person's name, group they lead, and a little history about them.

Example:

  1. Leader- Group- Has been around for a year in a big group. Fought at the Mall. Rescues kittens. --Survivor 23:38, 26 Jun 2007 (GMT)

  1. ShadowScope-United Nations. A person who has attempted to negogiate peace between the zombies and humans cause. He once created the Republic of Scarletwood, which is a state that would be run by both suriviors and zombies, as a way of ending the War. However, the state has since collasped due to attacks. Now, the United Nations has sent in a peacekeeping team with the main goal of ending the war between zombies and suriviors once and for all, by negogiating a peace agreement. ShadowScope is a committed human being, and he and the UN desires only peace and an end to the constant violence and never-ending conflict.--ShadowScope 22:38, 26 June 2007 (BST)
  2. Lachryma - Ghetto Cow- I made my own group back in October, and I've been expanding it ever since. We've participated in various sieges and helped out several suburbs, but beyond that leadership role, I've been very active in the multi-group NMC. I don't promise anything dumb, like 'We're gonna wipe out those pesky zeds!', but I will give a feth, I will be active, and I will boss people around. This is an excellent opportunity to bring survivor groups together, and we'll need some leaders with presence and enthusiasm...like, um, me!--Lachryma 02:01, 27 June 2007 (BST)
Wait, I just realized that I'm leaving UD, the wiki, and all forums. Whoops...so yeah, I withdraw my nomination.--Lachryma 15:39, 16 August 2007 (BST)
  3. Captain Ash Stone- ArcAngels- Leader of the steel fist faction that is the ArcAngels, Captain Ash Stone initially set up a resistence to the undead hordes by providing resources to any newbie who needed aid and general protection. The ArcAngels believe a United front between 'breathing' groups is a much needed cause and will stand aside the council providing support wherever possible. Captain Ash Stone will bring non-biased advice and help to the council table and its allies. --Captain Ash Stone 12:08, 27 June 2007 (BST)
  4. Kristi of the Dead- Department of Emergency Management- Should she choose to accept it, I would like to nominate KotD. She has been around for all but 2 months of the game's life, and has worked her way up the CoC to become the DEM Chair, who is in charge of the MFD, MPD, MEMS, MFU, AH, MM, and MCDU. ~400 people can't be wrong, she is trustworthy, and loves kittens. (She even has her own cult followers!!)--Labine50 MHG|MEMS|DHPD 20:04, 27 June 2007 (BST)
I'll accept this nomination on the condition that none of my actions as a member will violate my oath to uphold DEM policy in Malton.--Kristi of the Dead 04:03, 20 July 2007 (BST)
I must regretfully retract my nomination as I don't feel I can do the job to the best of my ability. I will glaldy work with the CoL in the future and I hope that we all can remain friends.--Kristi of the Dead 05:10, 31 July 2007 (BST)
  5. Benigno - Zone Defenders - since joining the ZDers in December of 2006, I've done tons of work to help bring together all the survivor groups in Pimbank, Stanbury Village, Roftwood, Tollyton, Edgecombe and beyond in the name of the Survivor Security Zone. I'm a highly respected player by the people in and around our alliance and am often contacted personally by the heads of other groups and alliances to discuss plans and overall strategy. Additionally, I created, with feedback from others, the barricade plans for Pimbank, Tollyton, and Edgecombe and was a consult for the Roftwood barricade plan as well. I'm very active on the wiki as well, and work to keep information updated across the board. I'm happy to represent this part of the city on the Council of Leaders, I am very well informed through our communication networks and I think I would be an asset to the Council. --Benigno SSZ RCC 00:27, 29 June 2007 (BST)
  6. Specialist290 - Channel 4 News Team - Current leader of the Channel 4 News Team, standing in for Ron Burgundy and Tovarisch Khruschev (and will hand over this post / nomination to either of them should they return). Participated in the Second and Fourth Sieges of Caiger Mall, the Battle of the Bear Pit, the Mall Tour '07 Siege of Stickling Mall, and numerous other minor conflicts around Malton. Has been playing since February '06 (w/ current survivor alt since April '06). Also runs a zombie and a PKer alt, but does not use information from any of his alts to benefit the others and tries to run them separately. Relatively active on the Wiki. (Again, I should emphasize that I'm holding this position in trust--should either of my superiors return in a timely manner, I will surrender my nomination or seat to them.) --Specialist290 04:05, 30 June 2007 (BST)
  7. Zod Rhombus - Crossman Defense Force - Current leader of Crossman Defense Force, as I have been for over a year. I joined the ranks of Malton - and CDF - in November 2005. I have survived the Amazing era and averted war with Liberation of Crossman Department early in our history - they are now one of our closest allies. I fought in the first three sieges of Caiger Mall as well as Battle of Blackmore. I led the CDF as one of the first groups to return to Darvall Heights after the most recent zombie occupation of Caiger. I have brokered peace with the former Pker groups Assault on Stupid Survivors, GANKBUS and The Faggots, a monumental accomplishment as Amazing (their target) was still active in Malton at the time. I work closely with allies, mainly MPD, Delta Green, LCD and CMS and I am open to cooperation between ALL survivor groups. I have seen a lot of good and bad in Malton. I have worked hard to rebuild CDF from a mere shadow of Amazing's legacy to a politically-neutral, dedicated fighting force offering help, providing shelter and giving guidance to the numerous low-level players who stumble into the Darvall Heights/Caiger Mall area. I believe in cooperation, levelheadedness and approaching conflicts with an open mind, something my predessor lacked. I believe my experience can be an asset to the Council and I would serve to help my fellow survivors. --Zod Rhombus 05:49, 30 June 2007 (BST)
  8. Captain Leah - Elorian Lancers - Chief Lance of the Elorian Lancers, I've fought in Malton for nigh over a year now, at the Third Battle of Caiger, the first and second Battle for Blackmore, the Battle of the Bear Pit, and other various fights all over Yagoton and northwest Malton. Frequently active and intrested in quick-response to crisis, I think I know enough of diplomacy and other leaders to pull this job off.---Captain Leah- 20:31, 30 June 2007 (BST)
  9. Sexy Rexy Grossman - The Dribbling Beavers - I'm probably best known for informative radio broadcasts (OMG RAD10 SPAM!) and coordination of survivor groups during The Battle of Santlerville. I hope that I came across during that time as somebody who wants to give the zombies a great fight, without excessive griefing or RPing. There are many ideas that I have in regards to making survivor communication easier and effective, especially with the "ungrouped" survivors. In full disclosure, I do have an alt with the Ridleybank Resistance Front; I do not discuss survivor affairs with the RRF, and they trust me to keep their plans away from survivors. Considering the good relationships I have with survivor and zombie groups alike, I feel I could contribute much to the council. --Sexy Rexy Grossman 22:44, 2 July 2007 (BST)
  10. Masque - Philosophe Knights - I have protected the intellectual health of the Maltonian survivors for most of the outbreak's history. I have founded an organization that has survived since September of last year due to very popular and dedicated support. I have worked with the Fine Art of Malton movement, a truly noble cause, and have aided numerous other groups in entwining a scholastic aspect to their actions. I am also quite fluent in diplomatic matters. There is no doubt that my help in a council such as this will help the survivors of the Malton outbreak. It is my cause to make the people of Malton smarter. From this leadership position, my ideas will better aid the people in their quest for understanding. An educated survivor is a better survivor. Praise Knowledge. Citizen M PK 19:31, 4 July 2007 (BST)<
  11. Matterfoot - NNRC - I created the NNRC to help make reviving a quicker and more efficent job and will not stay in one Necrotech forever we move from suburb to suburb and will not leave until it is safe for human settlement again. My group has had a large ammount of successes considering we are a small group including saving the Usher Building in Heytown, and are Leading the fight for Littlehales in Randallbank, I belive I could be on the counsil because If I can make a small group (only 5 members) and turn it into a winning team, I can't imagine what I can do for Malton if elected. I am most likley a underdog but that doesn't matter. I hope that those who owe there revives to the NNRC will vote for me. Good night and Good luck, NNRC out--Matterfoot 21:52, 4 July 2007 (BST)
  12. DarkX- UBCS- Founder of the UBCS. Mainly maintaining the safety in Pennville. But also helped in guarding the forts. Provided massive medical service and reviving services for survivors. Will send rescue teams to extract survivors in danger suburbs nearby. Has started recruiting more members and trying to put up some Sub-Qs in other suburbs to make sure the safety of Malton. The "monitor point strategy" is the most beneficial, it keeps track of any suspicious hordes of zombies trying to attack some certain safehouses and will warn the survivors. DarkX is thinking a lot of new plans to maintain the safety of Malton. His great mind and skills does deserve a vote from fellow survivors, right?--RayHanley 11:01, 6 July 2007 (BST)
  13. Lord Crabapple, the leader of The Crabapple Estate, is a great leader, statesman, philanthropist and drinker. Despite various medical conditions (Brain gout, alcoholism, sex addiction etc.), he has drawn together a group of likeminded civilized types, who have stoically resisted multiple attempts by communist terrorists to take over the suburb of West Boundwood, as well as weathered numerous assaults from wanton murderers, always with a wink, smile, and occasional hiccup. Also, he is believed by his more enthusiastic followers to be a God, descended from the sun, and also the ruler of Malton by divine right. Prior to the outbreak be has also represented the area as MP, and, if all this doesn't convince you, he also throws great parties--Crabappleslegalteam 12:44, 6 July 2007 (BST)
  14. Dikki,co leader of Lamport Hills group Dead Dudes newish group but already done so much in the surcuring of lamport hills.Formed the Lamport Hills Confrence which is an allience of all groups in Lamport hills in this council they meet every week to discuss the situation in lamport get into action(barricading/healing/reviveand and LIGHTING ALL THE LAND.Through this council we are uniting the whole suberb from noobs to high level group leaders as a nation against the undead scum.Dikki is a strong leader and recruiter he devotes his life to Lamportians and making his films.I believe i would be great on the council and speak on behalf of my Lamportians at home in Lamport Hills--Dikki 12:09, 9 July 2007 (BST)
  15. Tony Blair - Cannonball Crew - Tony Blair is the leader of the Cannonball Crew (CC) and a founding member of the original Council of Leaders. He's been an active player and member of the Urban Dead community since joining the game in July of 2005. This was before players could barricade buildings, close doors and even shoot zombies. He has witnessed the rise & fall of every major human and zombie group and his experience in and knowledge of the history of the game has allowed him to avoid repeating many of the mistakes made time & again by less experienced survivors. The Cannonball Crew is the oldest known group still active in Urban Dead and is also widely believed to be the oldest organized team not originally formed from another one. In fact, the CC was founded alongside the CoL in advance of the conclusion of the original elections. The CC served the CoL with great distinction during the CoL’s entire history and has carried on the CoL’s greatest traditions even long after the CoL had faded to black. In addition to his time with the CoL and CC, Tony Blair has served important leadership posts with other powerful human groups including the AoG and the NMC. -- Deletion 21:54, 18 July 2007 (BST)
  16. Johnny_Lunchpail- Founder and leader of U.S. ARMY INFANTRY Fought all over Malton bringing head shotties to the zeds. Been eaten by darn near every group and PKed by the rest. I'm fairly diplomatic, I try to keep close allies with DHPD, DEM, CMS, MDC and the Malton rangers. Tried to do something similar to this earlier this summer but didnt have enough support nor name recognition to get it done. I do excellent statistical analysis and have good intelligence assets throughout Malton. Bottomline is, if it helps Malton survivor groups coordinate better I would like to take part. Johnny Lunchpail 06:45, 20 July 2007 (BST)
  17. Bad Faith - Descript Survivors - Bad Faith is a founding member of the Descript Survivors and has been a strong influence in Shore Hills for over a year now - last to leave when the suburb is overrun, and first back in the fray when others are still cowering in exile. A strong personality combined with a good sense of humour and a refusal to take the game too seriously make them an excellent candidate to represent the informal players of Urban Dead. Mr Chug 22:13, 26 July 2007 (BST)
  18. The Envoy - Founder and leader of USIT and strong voice within the outreach collective LMFAO. Sentinel of Shearbank, disrupted the overly harsh military justice carried out by Omega Company, involved in a consummated love based on hate with the Malton Rangers; maintainer of comm and electrical infrastructure of the suburb during multiple mall sieges for almost a year now; and current anchor of Ranahan Public Radio. Heck, there are even songs about me. Like Bad Faith, I represent the "new Malton." The idea that the zombies are an actual threat to the Malton way of life is the ideology that the "old Malton," like the CoL of old, maintained to keep power. In truth, our world is not in crisis, while dying is always unpleasant, no one who wants a life of undeath need spend significant game time in undeath. If elected to this Council, it will be my primary mission to maintain Malton as the free city it actually is at its core, opposed to any consolidation of power into any self-appointed, so-called 'authority'. Rather, I will see that this CoL will not so much "lead" as educate, inspire, and propagate the free exchange of ideas essential to the identity of the New Malton. OK, with the occasional glorious battle too, but what we all do in our "downtime" is much more important to the game than our killstats.--The Envoy 16:58, 27 July 2007 (BST)
  19. Bartemius - Flat Earth Society - Leader of the Flat Earth Society working to bring knowledge and rational discourse to the survivors of Malton, and to rally the people against the evils of flouridation, barcode technology, and zippers. I have traveled the lengths of Malton, educating and helping all survivors in need. --Bartemius 19:16, 27 July 2007 (BST)
  20. the Morrish Building - Flat Earth Society - Leader of the Flat Earth Society, working to bring knowledge and rational discourse to the survivors of Malton, and to rally the people against the evils of flouridation, barcode technology, and zippers. I have traveled the widths of Malton, educating and helping all survivors in need. Also a terribly famous and (some say) rakishly handsome building. --the Morrish Building 19:45, 27 July 2007 (BST)
Probably ineligible. Apologies. -- Atticus Rex mfu pif Δ 19:56, 27 July 2007 (BST)
Not at all - FEZ is not categorized as a pker group, and Saromu has already stated re: Masque (who has a far more extensive RG record) that voters shall be allowed to determine for themselves who counts as a pker: link. -- Fingersmith 27.July 2007
It should be noted that his bounty has already been cleared and is simply waiting for the paperwork to clear. In addition, such a claim would both imply that no one working for the greater good of Malton has ever been listed on the RG, and that ever having been listed at all is a black mark for eternity, which is clearly absurd. I myself have submitted screenshot evidence of the man Morrish killed killing FEZ members, have further evidence of his repeated attacks on our society, and I believe that man is indeed himself now on the RG, or would be if the mods caught up with the PK reports. --Bartemius 20:29, 27 July 2007 (BST)
I'll allow it. --Sonny Corleone RRF CoL DORIS CRF pr0n 21:28, 27 July 2007 (BST)
  21. Daggoo - Flat Earth Society - True leader of the Flat Earth Society. After gaining invaluable experience on the high seas before becoming trapped in Malton, I have worked tirelessly for the greater good of our fair city by educating the round earthers of their heinous ways and spreading the light of the Flat Earth to all those that would hear it. However, not the best public speaker, as his broken English occasionally makes it difficult to communicate. His harpoon is constantly cleaned of the blood and gore that becomes stained upon it during his angrier moments. --Banana reads Scoundrell for all of Yesterday's News, Today! 22:37, 27 July 2007 (BST)
  22. The Supreme Court - Flat Earth Society - The effective leaders of FEZ (the Judicial arm carries sovereignty as per Toast v. Mathilda Higgins 1998 SOFA) see Providence in the works. 9 Justices in the Supreme Court, 9 seats upon the Council. As a fully functioning unit (when Scalia is sedated) with a wealth of experience (see Vois v. Garden Gnome Liberation Front Ltd 2005 DIBBLE) in settling the difficult and oft over-complicated matters of Roundies, the Supreme Court is but the ideal choice. None of them even Ginsberg have shot anyone, and Roberts brews some mean tea. N.B. The Court has a good track record with counting election results and would very much like to be allowed to check this one too. Let Beauracratic Justice be done! --Karloth Vois RR 19:19, 28 July 2007 (BST)
  23. S Pain - Detulux Inc - Malton is a British City, so what better than vote for a thoroughly British candidate with absolutely no personal agenda? Vote for me and I'll work to enforce human-zombie relationships, PKer groups would be stamped out, with Zergers and Spies shot and asked to leave the country. Working together with the existing council and with various trusted groups in the existing communities, I would push for non-violent means of negotiation, unless a situation demanded weapons to be discharged (in which case I'd make sure a lot of them were discharged, all at once, in the right direction). I have a dream...that there is a way forward for Malton, and it has "Detulux" stamped across the side of it. You know it's the right choice. ;) --S Pain17:22, 30 July 2007 (BST)

Candidates

Citizen M

  • Citizen M - Yes, I have a question... Before I help vote a known PKer into office, what exactly do you plan to do to help survivors, aside from killing them?--Labine50 MHG|MEMS 07:58, 21 July 2007 (BST)
It hardly matters. PKers are not allowed in the Council of Leaders. --Dathgale 14:24, 23 July 2007 (BST)
Sorry, I posted that before I noticed the discussion on the talk page.--Labine50 MHG|MEMS 20:28, 23 July 2007 (BST)
Actually, Saromu stated here that he is allowing the candidacy. -- Fingersmith 24.July 2007
Alrighty then... So, like I was saying, before I vote a known PKer into office, what exactly do you (Masque) plan to do to help survivors?--Labine50 MHG|MEMS 20:34, 26 July 2007 (BST)
Hello, I am sorry about my absence here. (I just spent the last week riding my bike across Iowa.) I wish to help to develop and establish an organized government for Malton. A system where groups are official sovereigns of certain suburbs under a ruling council that helps control law enforcement and such. I also represent characters who are interested in protecting Malton's non-violent side. The city's history, places of interest, and citizen's role playing goals need to be cared for, recorded, and given room to participate. As always, I am interested in learning and knowledge and I plan on continuing to incorporate Malton's scholarly ideas and people to the forefront. If anyone is interested I am willing to debate almost any topic here to show that I am knowledgeable and a reasoned and kind diplomat. Citizen M PK 23:31, 30 July 2007 (BST)

I say, what happened to Mayor Fittings votes for Daggoo and the Supreme Court?--Bartemius 07:33, 31 July 2007 (BST)
He's a candidate, unfortunately. Otherwise his votes would have stayed, of course.--Lachryma 08:39, 31 July 2007 (BST)
Running under what name? I am not aware of any candidacy by the Mayor. --Bartemius 08:49, 31 July 2007 (BST)
