September 21th

10 zeds inside of the RRP Pippard building, doors secured and it's not ruined so I suppose they really are all there for revives. I myself was revived at Somerside Plaza, along with 10 other standing zeds, in under 24 hours, so RPs are apparently being serviced very actively. The Brely building is over-caded, without fuel, but intact. No other news as I just arrived from Greentown. JimBraidwood 20:33, 21 September 2009 (BST)

September 10th

There are a lot of zeds scattered throughout North and South Blytheville. At this stage they aren't concentrating their attacks but I'd expect that to change very soon. Hazeldine was down to 'secured doors' at my last check.--Gregory M Thomas 00:15, 10 September 2009 (BST)

Though Lovelock is up and running and a safepoint for a number of returning survivors, the Police Dept. is constantly under attack these days; quite a few Zeds around all the time. Made temporary change in barricade plan - Lovelock is now EHB and Shiplow Library (1N) is VSB++ as entrypoint. Hope it's not for long.. -- Litte Nate 09:30, 30 July 2009 (CET)

April 2009

April 4th

NecroWatch reported in from the Pippard Building, the Preston Building, the Nich Building and the Hazeldine Building. Recent scans had revealed that there were 21 zombies within scanning range. Of these numbers, 6 zombies were at the Gee Avenue revive point and 3 zombies were at Bobbett Street. Meanwhile there were 2 zombies standing at the Shallet Crescent revive point in North Blythville and 2 more zombies at Holdsworth Row Fire Station in Brooksville. The remaining zombies were each on their own and posed no serious threats to any other locations. --Mobius

March 2009

March 30th

Just patrolled the perimeter of South Blythville and only came across 1 zombie (which has been neutralised). South Blythville must be almost zombie free. I can't vouch for the zombie count inside the suburb (but the scans I did yesterday revealed next to nothing), so it would be appreciated if someone ran through the middle to check. I think we need a new danger level to represent the state of South Blythville: boring ;) --Jargon64 20:06, 30 March 2009 (BST)

March 29th

NecroWatch reported in from all NecroTech buildings (the Pippard Building, the Preston Building, the Nich Building and the Hazeldine Building) in South Blythville today. The scans revealed a total of 6 to 8 zombies (zombies appear to be moving around between scans which has reduced the accuracy of numbers) within South Blythville and the surround area (scans can be found at the appropriate NecroWatch page). --Jargon64 18:15, 29 March 2009 (BST)

March 28th

NecroWatch reported in from the Pippard Building today. A recent scan revealed 12 zombies within scanning range. Of these numbers, 3 were at the Pippard Building itself, 2 at Gotch Plaza Police Department and 3 at the Plucknett Building in Brooksville. The remaining zombies were scattered throughout the area. -- -Alka Selzer- [ Talk - Map - Stuff 10:22, 28 March 2009 (UTC)

March 21st

NecroWatch reported in from the Preston Building today. In a marked change from the last report the situation has dramatically reversed, as there were now 0 zombies within scanning range. That's right... none. Nadda. Zip. Zero. Zilch. No zombies. Of course, as with all limited scans, it only indicates detected zombies within the immediate area. --Mobius

March 16th

NecroWatch reported in from Pippard Building. A recent scan had revealed that there were 30 zombies within scanning range of the facility. Of these numbers, 9 zombies were at the Pippard facility itself, 4 zombies were at the Hazeldine Building, while 3 zombies were at the Gee Avenue revive point. The remaining zombies, which numbered in the 1's and 2's, were scattered throughout the area and posed no significant risk by themselves. --Mobius

March 6th

NecroWatch reported from The Preston Building today. Things are not looking up. A scan revealed 116 zombies within scanning range. Of these, 30 were at the Pippard Building, 11 were at the Hazeldine Building, 12 were at Marven Mall. Other groups of 4 to 6 zombies are scattered all about the scanning area, posing a high risk to survivor activities. ~ extropymine Talk | NW | 4Corners 10:12, 6 March 2009 (UTC)

Update: NecroWatch updated its report to reveal that there were now 22 zombies at the Pippard facility, 11 zombies were at St. George's Hospital over in Greentown, 9 zombies were at Mear Cinema, 7 zombies were at Harnap Bank, 7 zombies were standing at Pattison Park, while 5 zombies were at both the Hazeldine Building, Whyt Plaza School, and the Plucknett Building over in Brooksville. The remaining zombies were fewer in number than these mobs. --Mobius 20:00, 6 March 2009 (UTC)

February 27th

Marven Mall is totally overrun. 50+ zombies inside. Survivors held the Southeast corner of the mall for about a day after the first major breakin, but could not stop the tide of incoming zombies. It is unknown by me at this time if the raid on the mall was an organized attack to just a large group of ferals. --Knife Of Honor 19:30, 27 February 2009 (UTC)

It's the Mall Tour, Knife. --Hashk 20:21, 27 February 2009 (UTC)

February 26th

Marven Mall has come under another major Zombie attack. Over 40+ Zeds in northwest corner of mall, another 40+ outside and still more bodies. Mall is not safe. Will not last long unless major survivor defence can be organized. --Knife Of Honor 20:05, 26 February 2009 (UTC)

February 22nd

Just ran around most of the suburb. Marven Mall, 2 NT's (Preston and Nich), both auto repairs, all Police Departments, and Deverell Walk Fire Station are in survivor control. About 3/4 of the surbub appears to be clear of all but a couple zombies, the NE corner of the 'burb still has a decent zombie presence though. The Hazeldine Building and two nearby buildings are ruined. Optimistically changing danger level to 'Moderate' as most of the suburb is perfectly safe and survivors seem to be taking the area back. --Major Dick 23:02, 22 February 2009 (UTC)

February 21st

NecroWatch reported in from the Nich and Preston Buildings today. Recent scans had revealed that there were 203 zombies within scanning range of the two facilities. Of these numbers, 19 zombies at the northwest corner of Marven Mall, 15 zombies at the Gee Avenue revive point, while 13 zombies could be found at the southwest corner of the mall, Pattison Park, and Smallwood Cinema. Also, 12 more zombies were at the Somerside Plaza revive point and the Pippard Building rot revive clinic.. Meanwhile, just across the border in Greentown there were 23 zombies at St. George's Hospital, 23 zombies at a warehouse, and 11 zombies at the Nicols Avenue revive point. After all of these large mobs the remaining zombie gatherings numbered 4 or fewer and were scattered across the area, mostly in the northeast corner of the suburb and across the border in that general direction. --Mobius 18:06, 21 February 2009 (UTC)

All buildings on the east side of South Blythville are ruined, with zeds in and outside of the buildings. Not sure about the west side, but from the looks of the east, it can't be good. Looks like most survivors have moved out to escape or regroup. -- Private Howlrunner 13:50, 19 February 2009 (EST)

The Militant Order of Barhah would like to thank the now-undead citizens of South Blythville for their hospitality over the last few weeks. Every zombie gained weight, whether from eating or from all the lead we've absorbed is hard to say. See ya next time! -- Grogh 00:41, 20 February 2009 (UTC)

February 18th

Mudford Plaza Police Department and Deverell Walk Fire Station have also been breached. Groans were heard coming from the inside of the structures. --FLZombie 05:20, 18 February 2009 (UTC)

With Mudford, the last TRP, ruined, The MOB shambles eastward to greener pastures, burping. -- Grogh 02:25, 19 February 2009 (UTC)

In other news, Marven Mall has already been repaired by survivors, although population may be still too sparse to say it's retaken. The building is currently EHB, with one corner powered. This reporter thanks the MOB for a most entertaining engagement, and wishes them best of luck in their future endeavours eastwards (if only to keep them from returning any bloody time soon). --Hashk 02:44, 19 February 2009 (UTC)

BrainWatch™ reports both Club Penfold and the Nich NT buildings are open with zombies nom nomming away happily. -- Grogh 04:44, 17 February 2009 (UTC)

February 16th

Thanks to NecroWatch indicating activity inside The Pippard Building, The Militant Order of Barhah sent a small strike group to attack it. All inside were killed or ran away and the NT was ruined. BrainWatch™ reports that the MOB then ruined The Hazeldine Building NT, but not before opening and killing all inside. Lovelock Plaza Police Department is open at this time, and groans are being heard from there. It has 20 snacks available survivors still breathing, but ferals are making their way in. Post by grogh edited with his permission --FLZombie 04:54, 16 February 2009 (UTC)

Update: NecroWatch has advised survivors that the recent MoB (or MOoB) reaction to the report of activity at the Pippard Building would apparently indicate the horde lacks proper or coordinated recon capabilities, a boon to survivors threatened by them, as in many of the larger undead hordes overlooking a TRP is consider a major zombie "faux pas". Whether this event was limited to this one incident remains to be seen. Scientists within NecroWatch promise to continue studying this puzzling phenomenon which has so far only been reported among MoB zombies. --Mobius

February 15th

NecroWatch reported in from the Pippard Building today. A recent scan revealed that there were 142 zombies within scanning range of the facility. Of these numbers, 35 zombies were at the Preston Building, 24 zombies were at Gotch Plaza PD, 21 zombies were at the northwest corner of Marven Mall, 20 zombies were at the [Somerside Plaza]] revive point, 12 zombies were at St. Ethelbert's Church, and 9 zombies were at St. Holy's Church over in Greentown. Lastly there were 4 zombies at the Pippard facility itself. The remaining zombies were fewer in number than these mobs and were scattered to the south of the Pippard facility. --Mobius 19:05, 15 February 2009 (UTC)

February 14th

NecroWatch reported in from the Hazeldine Building today. A recent scan revealed that there were 86 zombies within scanning range of the facility. Of these numbers, 25 zombies were at the Preston Building, 9 zombies were at the Pippard Building and St. Joseph's Hospital in North Blythville, while 6 zombies were at both the Lawrance Building and Holdsworth Row Fire Station over in Brooksville, leaving a small mob of 4 zombies at Brymer Auto Repair. The remaining detected zombies were fewer in number than these, with mostly no more than 1-2 zombies at various other locations scattered throughout the area. Survivors are cautioned to remain on alert. --Mobius 05:25, 14 February 2009 (UTC)

BrainWatch™ reports the entire mall is lying in ruins and zombies are pouring out of there ready to devour the neighborhood. Already, Gotch Plaza PD has been ripped open and there are a dozen wounded survivors awaiting an up-close and personal introduction to Barhah from the 20+ zombies inside. Meanwhile, even as Gotch is being devastated, Militant Order of Barhah scouts are descending upon Lovelock PD. -- Grogh 01:22, 15 February 2009 (UTC)

Marven Mall survivors and zombies have been locked in a down and dirty fight for death or survival since early this morning. All quads are without power and accessible to zombies. --Tinzien 13:23, 13 February 2009 (UTC)

The survivors have stormed the mall, and the zombies have stormed back. SE corner is ruined with 33 zombies, all other corners are EHB and unpowered. --Pyrranha 22:54, 13 February 2009 (UTC)
NecroWatch brought systems online and reported in from the Nich Building. A recent scan revealed that there were 38 zombies within scanning range of the lone facility. Of these numbers, 21 zombies were at the Preston Building, while 3 zombies were at both the Moodborn Museum and St. Ethelbert's Church. While the remaining zombies were mostly comprised of 1-2 zombies at various locations scattered to the northeast of the Nich facility. Survivors are cautioned to remain on alert. --Mobius 23:09, 13 February 2009 (UTC)
BrainWatch reports from Marven Mall indicate that the SE is still unbarricaded, and that there are 99 protein rich snacks available in the Food Court. Scents indicate large amounts of survivors are hiding in both Gotch PD and Club Penfold. -- Grogh 00:43, 14 February 2009 (UTC)

February 12th

With much of the northeast of the suburb abandoned, The Militant Order of Barhah has set their sights on ruining Marven Mall for the third time in a month. The SE corner has been ruined and zombies are spreading out from there. There was little or no resistance, and it seems much of the population has already fled ... well, except for the ones who were eaten, they just died in place. -- Grogh 05:11, 12 February 2009 (UTC)

I hope I'm not undercutting your smarmy rant by too much, but by my count right now 'much of the population' have not left. 130 people are still in the NW corner of the mall. --Beowulf the Fireman 05:29, 12 February 2009 (UTC)

The mall population has dropped by almost 200 since we first arrived - not quite half left. Anything over a third could generally be assumed to be "much", but maybe I should have used the word "many". -- Grogh 05:59, 12 February 2009 (UTC)

February 11th

BrainWatch reported from the Hazeldine and Pippard Buildings today. A recent scan revealed that there were 14 zombies within the ruined Hazeldine NT and 10 in the ruined Pippard NT. St. Georges hospital in Greentown is still ruined and has 11 zombies inside. Earlier today, a scan from Marven Mall revealed the barricades down and 26 survivors in the SE quadrant, 30 in the SW, 169 in the NW, and 55 in the NE. The barricades have been rebuilt and all are currently EHB. The Preston building is currently un-barricaded and there are 7 zombies and 6 survivors inside, and heavy fighting has been going on for over an hour. -- Grogh 00:37, 11 February 2009 (UTC)

Note that External Military Reports include only zombies standing outside buildings. Neither do they include estimates dead bodies. NecroWatch shows that zombies continue to mass. Zeds broke into The Preston Building overnight and were repelled; a scan today reveals 23 zeds in the Pippard Building, with 50 more in the hospital and warehouse beyond in Greentown. Another ten are scattered through the area around Preston, with a couple at revive points. - Broken English 18:43, 5 February 2009 (UTC)

While the Marven Mall and Preston NT buildings are lit and barricaded, the Pippard Building (NT) has just been swarmed by 70+ Zeds!!! Active feeding groans will quickly bring others to the area. Tinzien - 13:53, 28 January 2009 (UTC)

January 23rd

Survivors and zombies are struggling for control of the suburb resources; Lovelock PD and Gotch PD have been breached with fighting going on right now, reports of zombies inside Marven Mall have been confirmed; Nitch Building NT has also been breached. Exact numbers of combatants (Survivor&Zombie) at these locations fluctuates too quickly for an accurate analysis or prediction. Detective Lane grate E.W.P.D SW-1 District 00:36, 23 January 2009 (UTC)

A horde of zombies has descended upon the Preston Building (Necroteck Building) and are actively downsizing the work force within. Active Zed groans are attracting increasing numbers of feral Zeds to the scene. Tinzien - 13:08, 23 January 2009 (UTC)

Marven mall breached in at least the SE and SW corners, it's definitely lost for now. Currently there are 29 zeds with one survivor in Marven. Clubs Penfold and Doran are still holding out with EHB, but it won't take much to breach Doran. Preston NT building is currently fighting for control with 27 zeds and 13 survivors fighting it out inside. Looks like it will fall. Gotch PD is gone, Lovelock PD is still active at VHB but with the small amount of survivors inside it won't take long to fall.

Numbers of zeds and survivors are rapidly changing, with there being over 70 zeds in Marven last night, but they must have moved on to the surrounding buildings overnight into this morning. I'll update once my AP restores a little unless someone already has. --Private Howlrunner 11:41, 23 January 2009 (EST)

Marven has fallen. All quadrants ruined, with 30+ zombies inside nibbling on brain remnants.Makawa'o 16:46, 23 January 2009 (UTC)

Zombies have fully cracked open the SW and SE corners of the Marven Mall. The generators in both areas have been destroyed and the radio mast was about to fall. The SW corner has about 90 bodies strewn about the area and the body count is quickly building in the SE. --Tinzien 08:11, 21 January 2009 (EST)

January 20th

Zombies have been intermittently breaking into Marven Mall since last night, groaning and dragging survivors out over the past 12 hours. Several casualties have been noted, but local NecroTech activities continue unabated at this time, and revives seem to be going on unhampered. Unfortunately, more and more zombies appear to be gathering at Marven Mall, for what seems to be heading to a colossal fight between the 200+ survivors and zombies from different groups as well as ferals. --FLZombie 18:13, 20 January 2009 (UTC)

As of this writing, both NT facilities near Marven Mall are in zombie hands: the Pippard Building is ruined, with 17 zombies inside; the Preston Building just fell, and has 8 zeds inside. The situation evolves rapidly, don't rely on these numbers. Marven Mall itself was attacked earlier today, though the zeds were repelled quickly by resolute survivors. There are dozens of bodies lying around the area, i.e. 67 just outside Preston. Also ruined, as seen by this reporter, are Club Doran and Mear Cinema. Further coordinated strikes are almost certain. The MOB's grim handiwork is probably better followed through their Locator. --Hashk 05:25, 19 January 2009 (UTC)

After intense fighting and perseverance, the valiant survivors managed to eject MOB zombies from both NecroTech facilities. Cleanup operations are in force, and preparations are under way to repel what promises to be a vicious counterattack by very hungry zombies that have not seen this level of resistance in several months of destruction. It is not clear if zombie numbers are rising gradually in the suburb, as ongoing groans may have attracted more zeds to the area. --FLZombie 23:27, 15 January 2009 (UTC)

Hebditch and Preston NTs are already under attack. Expect all hell to break loose in this suburb within the next 72 hours. Survivors are advised to stock up on syringes, FAKs, and ammunition. Hopefully, this suburb has seen the end of MOB activity for a while. Now the zombie group is poised to possibly head Northwest or North, into Mornington or North Blythville. Today has been a disastrous day in South Blythville, as zombies ruined the Crawley Building, the Tomkyns Motel, the Nich Building NT, Shiplow Library, Isgar Towers, Lovelock Plaza Police Department, the Pippard Building NT, as well as the Hazeldine Building NT. Survivor queues at RPs are in single digits still, but growing steadily. Recommend upgrading danger level to Very Dangerous, since all four NTs in this suburb are now ruined, as well as the Mall, and two of the three police stations. Rumor has it that MOB is preparing to move on, after having fought the persistent, valiant and resourceful survivors here incessantly over the past week.

The zombies in Marven Mall have consolidated the ruin of all four quadrants. Limited survivor activity has not been able to dislodge them as of yet, as more zombies stream into the suburb from surrounding areas. Zombies followed Scent Trails into Gotch Plaza Police Department, where 69 survivors had found refuge from the recent mall attacks. Most of the survivors were fortunately able to again escape the teeth and claws of the combined three dozen strong MOB/feral zombie force, but it has now been confirmed that the building was just ruined moments ago. --FLZombie 04:49, 17 July 2008 (BST)

July 15th

The survivors in Marven Mall have bravely recaptured the ruined SE quadrant repeatedly in the last 24 hours, installing a new generator and repairing the damage, and losing it again to the zombies from the Militant Order of Barhah. The situation is still very fluid at this time, and without any doubt, the highly contested quadrant will trade hands again several times more before this is decided. Right now, our on site reporter tells us that the mall is plunged into darkness yet again; all the while, ominous groans are heard from the NE and SW quadrants. Nevertheless, survivors have been tenaciously clinging to the hope of repelling the reeking stench of rotted flesh that has ravaged their sanctuary. Hushed rumors are circulating about approaching hordes of hungry zombie reinforcements from the South and the Northeast help paint a bleak picture of the future of this mall at the moment. Many ask themselves, "How many more zombies could possibly be coming?". As the pile of corpses inside and out of the mall grows, the number of survivors is dropping for the first time since the first break in. Slowly, any semblance of organized resistance in the mall is being ground down by targeted attacks by MOB against high profile survivors. They know that since the mall is now open, they have no way of protecting themselves from any casual passing zombie. This has become a waiting game now, since both humans and zombies know that the more zombies arrive, fewer survivors will make their way out of what is proving itself to be a death trap for them, and an opportunity for the zombies to spread Barhah in Malton. --FLZombie 04:59, 15 July 2008 (BST)

July 14th

In a surprise attack on Marven Mall, the Militant Order of Barhah managed to breach and secure a ruin of the Southeast Quadrant. A ghastly amount of carnage ensued, the area is littered with the corpses of zombies and survivors. The scene of the battle was horrific and inspiring - with some survivors tenaciously remaining to heal their sleeping comrades, all the while hungry zombies were biting and tearing into them. Others just decided to abandon the wounded to their grim fates, and gain experience by shooting zombies - even without the headshot skill (names omitted).--FLZombie 05:29, 14 July 2008 (BST)

The survivor groups of South Blythville want to remind anyone passing through: Clubs, Cinemas, and Banks are to be left dark! We like them that way; the 50% reduction in hit-rates makes it much harder for zombies that have already expended a large chunk of AP getting in to effectively kill any humans sleeping inside. Last night several survivors were killed by someone foolishly lighting Harnap Bank. January 31st

A NecroWatch report from the Nich Building revealed that there were 3 zombies within scanning range of the facility. When taking into consideration scans from the past several days and the other suburb's NT facilities the general outlook indicated that there were an estimated 5-15 zombies within scanning range of all the facilities. The most recently detected zombies though were outside the suburb's borders. --Mobius187 02:20, 1 February 2008 (UTC)

January 18th

North Blythville still continues it's three week long struggle to rid itself from the hands of the undead. The official zombie count is anywhere between 50-65+ zombies, the bulk of them are laying seige to the Hebditch Necrotech Buliding. Also the North East/Western Sections of North Blythville are almost completely controlled by Zack.

October 8th Nich NT building has been breached and trashed at least twice in the past couple days and is now severely understaffed with only, at most, (CENSORED) defenders at any givin time. Reinforcements are urgently needed to maintain barricades and defend from future attacks Gotch and Lovelock PDs have also been breached at least once each --Kintrada 05:02 Oct 8, 2007 EST

Has been breached more often than that - I think I have been killed more often in the past week here than in my previous 3 months or so of play. Twice I have put fuel in a newly installed generator at Nich NT and, within an hour or so, I and all the other occupants have been slaughtered. Need to drag some of the Marven Mall occupants over here before the next gen is refuelled. This also goes for Lt Mike Mc Mookil, 993664, and Shaun Jones, 1007260. There are 9 dead bodies at Park Walk revive point now - every time someone stands up they get shot down again. One wonders if those doing the killing are just ignorant, or in the pay of the zombies...

Could someone maybe spray a strongly worded message to the effect of "Stop f**king killing zombies here" on the wall - it may help. --Czarner 08:54, 11 October 2007 (BST)

October 5th Gotch Plaza PD has been attacked repeatedly by small but focused group of zombies. These attacks have penetrated the barricades several times and several survivors have been killed within. September 19th The Hazeldine Committee and allies have successfully killed all zeds in front of our NT building..currently 81 dead bodies outside..but overall this has been a great early victory for us and all survivor groups. September 11th The Nich NT Bldg. is now clear of zeds, and barricaded to VSB++. A generator, some fuel, and a human presence would be welcome at this time. --Chaplain Tappman 12:57 EST, 11 Sept. 2007

September 8th Zombie presence and effect is too great is the suburb to consider it "Moderate". "Dangerous" is definitely more accurate. The Mall still stands, however. --Donathin 16:14, 8 September 2007 (BST)

September 6th So much for 'coordinated' zombie attacks. Hazeldine is still in survivor hands despite 26 zeds outside. The remaining members of THC are holding the building along with other survivors and groups. However, DO NOT COMBAT REVIVE, it still is the single greatest threat to Hazeldine. --Jacen Dark 20:01, 6 September 2007 (ET)

September 4th The mall and attached entry points are fairly secure, but zeds are dedicating serious effort to taking out one of the police dep. and NT buildings near by. Situation is under control, but more surviors are always welcome! --Ghills 16:58, 4 September 2007 (BST)

September 2nd In a grand show of pure stupidity, MANY combat revives following subsequent break-ins at the hazeldine buildings, have left many zombie spies waiting to stand up. THC is pulling out, as there is currently no hope in saving those inside.

Zombies from the north have finally started straying away from the mall alone, and are beginning to wreak undead havoc on other buildings, including Panes, and Whyt plaza.

Update: I've encountered quite a large horde that seems to be making it's way to South Blythville/Marvan Mall. Please seek caution,This horde is easily capable of sacking Marvan Mall. We've also encountered elements of RRF and Extinction attacking our NT buildings. This is classic textbook Zack strategy...meaning these are well organized zombies....----Rob Lefter11:34, 3 September 2007 (BST)

This is an issue of critical importance! It is absolutely the single largest problem in the suburb of South Blythville. The Hazeldine Building's fall was precipitated by a blind revive on Crackhead Zombie, as demonstrated by logs proving it. This zombie sympathizer free-ran into the building, announced the coming attack as a result of his having been combat revived (even naming his reviver), and then used a crowbar to tear the barricades down from the inside. Every single death in that building can be laid at the feet of the blind reviver.

Similarly, at present, there are a good 10 to 12 known PKers lurking in the vicinity of South Blythville - many of them considered KOS (Kill on Sight) and/or griefers by many of the major survivor groups in the game. These PKers operate with relative impunity because an informed survivor will put them down for the good of all, only to die a day or two later when said PKer has been revived by someone who couldn't be bothered to DNA scan.

Check before you revive! Don't have a scanner? Don't revive! Check lists! The Blythville Gang's Do Not Revive List is a good starting point, but should not be considered the end-all, be-all list! Best advice, use the Blythville Gang's Revive Request boards and only revive those that request them! Don't revive what you don't know, you are killing more people than you are helping! --McTrout 20:19, 6 August 2007 (BST)

August 5th The Hazeldine Building, after a brief and bloody fight, is back in survivor control.--KillswitchEngage 21:35, 5 August 2007 (BST)

I think we spoke a little too soon. Hazeldine is once again in Zombies hands, approx. 17 inside.--Jacen Dark 23:36, 5 August (BST)

August 2nd The recent string of combat revives and general irresponsibility with revivification procedures has resulted with an attack on the Hazeldine Building, in which much of the Hazeldine Committee were killed. --KillswitchEngage 00:36, 3 August 2007 (BST)

To add to that, the additional raids on a few nearby buildings, including the panes building, has left many sleeping survivors to wake up smelly from zed slobber, and left the buildings in ruin.--Dzme14 00:56, 3 August 2007 (BST)

July

July 22nd South Blythville has a problem: excessive generosity with revives. The following three known PKers are lying, reviving, at Gee Avenue, as this is reported:

lost miracle - PKer, GKer, zombie sympathizer. Claims Philosophe Knights membership fradulently.
Brother Elestor - PKer, member of Mercenaries.
a whale's vagina - run-of-the-mill PKer.

The Blythville Gang isn't reviving these people - this means it's either their alts, their allies, or well-meaning residents of the SB. While we cannot do anything about the first or the second, we can educate our neighbors. You have a DNA scanner! Use it! Those three names will probably claim at least one life apiece before we are able to put them back down. NO BLIND REVIVES! --McTrout 19:10, 22 July 2007 (BST)

July 16th Nich NT/Park Walk/Tomkyns appears to be under repeated attack in the aftermath of the major assault. --ZiggyStardust

July 5th A very small number a zombies appear to remain, feeding groans were heard coming from the west side of the suburb. At this time it appears that someone has overbarricaded Lovelock Plaza Police Department. Any lower level characters looking for supplies should make note of this for the time being. --Sgt Cartwright

July 2nd South Blythville is toast. There are massive groups, up to 13, outside many building and Lovelock Plaza Police Department was totaled. All inside either fled or were munched upon, I being one of those serving as a makeshift buffet. On my way to Park, I saw massive hordes outside several other buildings and assumed the worst. House of Usher, deceased. EDIT:Thanks for the revive.

Just strolled through about half of South Blythville. Saw about nine zombies total; most were at revive points. You sure you're talking about South Blythville? Looks pretty serene to me.
--McTrout 17:47, 5 July 2007 (BST)
Edit - OK, the southwest corner is a big stench-y. I see what you're talking about, but I think they're mostly migrating south. I don't think it's any kind of organized horde activity, but perhaps I'm wrong.
--McTrout 18:23, 5 July 2007 (BST)

June

June 25th Zombie Hordes have recently begun to filter from North Bythville, hitting the areas around Hazeldine NT. There is also an increase in Generator/Radio destruction (pissing me off like no other). Half of _The Hazeldine Committee_ has moved to Brooksville for a new revive point project; however, the remaining members holding the 'dine are hoping to gather the assistance of any to hold the building and prevent generator destruction which is slowly halting revives at Gee. Jacen Dark 9:56, 25 June 2007

Uhm, no, they're not. What's slowing (for they have not halted at all) revives at Gee is people not using the revive request protocol the Blythville Gang has set up to avoid needle waste, along with very inconsiderate Umbrella Corporation tagging covering up all the url's that explain how to request a revive. Gee Avenue is quite active; it's humans, not zombies, that are slowing it down. If The Umbrella Corp. actually wants to help survivors, it'd be good if they stopped tagging over other groups' established revive point sprays. That'd be ssssssssssuper.
--McTrout 17:47, 5 July 2007 (BST)

June 21st A new PK group called the Mercenaries attacked the NW corner of Marven Mall today. Promising to bring darkness once again to this cheery suburb. This new pking group seems to be the real deal. Watch out folks. Zaneus 13:43, 21 June 2007 (BST)

It should be pointed out that the user calling this PK group 'the real deal' is, in fact, one of their members. While this kind of self-confidence is always good to see, any comments on the group's efficacy by its own membership should be taken with a grain of salt.

Why 'To Weenog'? Zaneus 10:13, 19 June 2007 (BST)
: Just elaborating on his remarks about the "food bomb" (heh, I like that). Wasn't sure he knew why it happened. McTrout

June 18th There is quite a decent size zombie horde in North Blythville at the momment. Although this shouldn't impact survivor activity in the area directly adjacent to Marvan Mall itself. Yet, survivors should be careful when passing into North Blythville.--Rob Lefter

June 17th It seems that both The Profile Police and 'Group 27' have departed the greater Blythville area; however some incidences of PKer activity continue, especially in Marven Mall proper. The Philosophe Knights, or at least members of that group, have appeared in the Mall and apparently begun targetting members of Team Zombie Hardcore. Thus far other resident groups of the S.B. have been attentive but are not getting involved. Some bounty hunting activity taking place in the Mall, as well - if you're on the Rogue's Gallery, it's not a good place to hang out.

Some elevated zombie activity in the suburb, but still a relatively safe place to load up and resupply. I'd classify the danger level as Low to Medium. --McTrout

Brains from Heaven! For some reason, there are many low-level survivors scattered about outdoors in the area. From Isgar Towers (26,75) I can see 14 survivors between this block and the eight adjacent blocks. *burp* Did I say 14? I meant 13. Low-level zombies, a food bomb has gone off in South Blythville, hit the buffet while it's still open. --Weenog 15:05, 18 June 2007 (BST)

June 7th Local area revivers and hunters: Please be aware that hirvitys is a known PKer/Griefer working in and around this area of Malton. (His record is actually much lengthier than the official Rogue's Gallery counting, as there are at least six murders wherein no screenshots were available for evidence.)

DO NOT REVIVE or heal this person. Please let your associates know not to aid him as well. Thank you. --Queen Mum 19:28, 7 June 2007 (BST)

May

May 27, 2007 Aside from the break-ins at Lovelock and a few would-be mall-crashers shambling around outside Marven Mall, South Blythville is pretty secure. Fully half of the suburb is powered; every major resource building (except, as mentioned, Lovelock from time to time) is barricaded and functioning. At the moment over-barricading may be the biggest threat to the Blythville dweller. Gee Avenue has not seen many requests for revives of late; Gang members are standing by with ample syringes if you get trapped outside by overzealous survivors. Shamble on over.

With The Profile Police and the members of 'Group 27' (see the Blythville Gang's Do Not Revive list for more information) on the loose, there is an elevated amount of PKer activity. There's also been some gunplay between a few groups in and around Marven, but for the most part this fighting has remained between those groups and not spilled over to the bystanders. The 'burb may not be the ideal location for the dedicated zombie-killer, but if you need to resupply, the S.B. is the place.

May 21, 2007 In the last few days, things have really calmed down. very little zombie activity, few revives needed, and little to no breakins. GKers and PKers are moving around alot more, but other than that, things are really calm in south blythville. --Dzme14 19:15, 21 May 2007 (BST)

May 13, 2007 Team Zombie Hardcore has taken it upon themselves to clear Marven Mall of PKers, Zed Saboteurs, and Griefers. As such TZH will be relocating to Marven Mall. This action makes TZH occupation of South Blythville official. We look forward to working with the survivor groups in the area. TZH would like to invite all members of survivor groups to participate in our actions against Zeds, PKers, Saboteurs and Griefers. We swear to beat as much ass in South Blythville as we did in North, we swear to honor the survivor code, and we are excited about our new home. - Let this be a warning to members of PKer groups: DO NOT KILL MEMBERS OF TEAM ZOMBIE HARDCORE: this is a capital offense and will result in you being hunted. TZH has a live and let live policy with ALL members of Malton who have not taken negative action against TZH. --Big Nixon 16:49, 13 May 2007 (BST)

May 12, 2007 Just a quick note: Marven Mall-dwellers are asked to check their dispersal throughout the Mall. Sixty+ survivors in one quadrant and sixteen in another is not a good defense strategy. The entire Mall is powered at present; a distributed defense will work better than the baitfish-ball strategy. Also, please consider taking a turn manning the barricades of the Preston Building (NT) - it has suffered several breaches and is important to maintaining the flow of revives in the SB. --McTrout

May 8, 2007 Adding to the post below many entrances nearby hazeldine, gee avenues NT building, have been over barricaded. If you pass by land bank, the lawrence building, whyt plaza, or others, please make sure the baricades are non-free runner friendly.

A few members of hazeldine, and myself are placing generators in buildings without power. i've been fueling them so far, but i ask that if provided with a running generator, you keep it fueled if possible. once the revive queue's are gee avenue pick up, maintnance on those buildings may cease. --dzme14

May 6, 2007 Several tags have popped up in the vicinity of St. Ethelbert's Church [26,74], advertising a revivification clinic within the church itself. The Blythville Gang wishes to stress that this is not a venture we are endorsing. The Gee Avenue revive point, exactly two blocks north, has a large number of technicians and, at present, absolutely zero backlog of revives - plus due to the way the clinic is managed by both the Gang and the DEM, it results in a much smaller rate of revives doled out to death cultists, known PKers, and other undesirables. Those well-meaning souls attempting to start up a clinic at the church are respectfully asked to either assist at Gee Avenue or to relocate to another area that does not already have such a well-maintained revivification clinic in such close proximity. The Gang also maintains the church as an entry point and will continue to do so, meaning that we will barricade the building as we see fit to protect those without free-running. --Troutman

2nd May Could all survivors in the vicinity of Thompson Mall in Lockettside please be aware that The Profile Police intend to carry out a public education programme there 'around' 13:30Hrs GMT on Thursday May 3rd. In order to foster a greater feeling of public spirit in the area The Legions of Lockettside would like to invite all survivors in the nearby area to attend in order to learn a valuable lesson. Please note that although The Profile Police have invited only the "stupid or ignorant" we believe that everyone should make the effort to be there in order to ask questions or participate in any way you feel fit in what is bound to be a hotly debated event. We recommend anyone attending arrive early and save AP for the event. Due to the tardy nature of The Profile Police we also recommend logging in and out on a regular basis at least until 14:30Hrs GMT if possible in order to ensure you don't miss the activities. --Editor-errant's note: How ironic - the "Profile Police" don't know how to spell 'Tompson Mall.'

April

April 24th, 2007 Marven Mall needs you! Despite courageous attempts by a few survivors Marven Mall keeps being breached and occupied. Unluckily for the Z's none of us are dumb enough to sleep there so ya boo sucks. Any survivors passing through the area are requested to drop by and spend a couple of AP either shooting Z's or repairing/barricading where possible. Both the NE & SE corners are currently open for business so please feel free to swing by for late night shopping/target practice.

April 6th, 2007 None of the NT buildings are functioning and nearly a dozen zacks are resting in each one. There are still some pockets of protected areas. I check the mall this morning and there were around 20 inside. A joint effort to take one of the NT buildings would make things easier. --Duke Cage

communications with the rest of our member were severed, but each of us are working on clearing the hazeldine building. We hope to have it cleared by monday or sooner if possible.

Alright, we'll be there to help. Last time I checked there were 10 inside.

April 3rd, 2007 The Area around the Mudford Plaza Police Department is to be considered highly dangrous. The generator was recantly destroyed because someone forgot to close the doors. It has been replaced, but has no fuel. The number of Zeds are on the rise in the area, and it should be considered extreamly dangrous for lone survivers. ---Magister Dark

All survivors please be aware, rumours currently abound of Mall Tour '07, yes you thought you'd already seen it but that was just the RRF having fun. Although Marven has fallen (and with the lack of warm bodies down here who's surprised?) don't try and retake it. Leave it as a waste of time for the Mall Tour. We'll come back later when the sales are on. ---Anon

Marven stood no chance. Bunch up into a corner, and wait for zombies to munch on you? bad plan. On a different story, alot of the nearby supply buildings are being eaten alive. and a possible error in the system is preventing me, and a few others to neither hit the zombies with ammo, or rebarricade. over 50 AP wasted on trying to rebarricade from quite caded, while there is "no place to put it". over 80+ bullets wasted, with full accuracy. Even without the strange glitches, the survivors are still being wiped out without a struggle. by just 5 zombies to a building. ---dzme14

Sounds like you're being hit by the anti-zerg penalties.

yeah i figured as much after a discusion with a pal. I had to move my alt out of north blythville to clear it up.

April 1st, 2007 After just a few hours of struggle, marven mall is said to be in complete zombie control. judging from past defensive tactics, and battles, i gave them just two days. but this little incident here has shown, yet again, survivors lack of cooperation and Interdependence. ----User: dzme14 1 April 2007 (EST)

March

March 31st, 2007 The burb is looking good, although Marven mall is being beseiged yet again, 75 zombies standing outside SE corner, break-ins so far beaten back. ----Orfui 31 March 2007 (BST)

March 29th, 2007 After a long battle, constantly losing, and retaking the building, hazeldine is finally under human control once again. Gee avenue, crammed full with around 80+ revivee's at its peak, is now completely empty, leaving our friends at hazeldine, with some time to recover, and prepare for the reviving season yet again. I would comment on something else aswell, but i havent been outside in more than two weeks! --dzme14 29 March 2007(BST)

March 28th, 2007 Marven Mall is in survivor hands and most of the suburb is caded, although certain resource buildings remain occupied by zombies. Survivor numbers are increasing but are still lower than normal. Gee Avenue and Park Walk revives are open and manned and anyone needing a revive should request one on the relevant boards. A growing number of zombies are attempting to break into the malls south-east corner --Zara P 28 March 2007(BST)

March 5th, 2007 About one half of the suburb is still open and ransacked. Marven Mall is ripe for retaking. There are only 2 zeds in the SW corner and the rest is caded. Survivors that are willing to and able are asked to enter the mall, cade, and kill the remaining zombies.--Zombie Killer29 9:01 PM, 5 March 2007(GMT-5)

February 23rd, 2007 The burb remains ransacked, all survivers are called to help revives@Gee avn, and help clear the burb. For restocking purposes, Lockettside is advised. --Orfui 09:52, 23 February 2007 (UTC)

February 18th, 2007 After running around the suburb for a bit I realized most of the buildings have fallen with zombies everywhere, we'll have to wait for them to move on before retaking the suburb. As for the Mall supply runs are fast and very dangerous, because as soon as the zeds can be cleared out of one corner and the ransacks repaired, you'll still have very little AP to search, plus the zeds will be onto what your doing quickly.--Rodwy 04:05, 18 February 2007 (UTC)

February 15th, 2007

As predicted the mall fell, primarily due to the fact that everyone (yet again) bunched up in one corner and neglected helping/populating the corners that were under attack. Once more, human players display their inability to band together and work as one, like zombies can.

Well, what more can I say? Y'all deserved to die. With a few exceptions; like all the people that spent the entire siege in the SE/SW corners. The rest of you were just harmanbargarz waiting to be munched. Idiots. --Flatliner 22:03, 15 February 2007 (UTC)

February 12th, 2007 After a hefty fight, and long hours, the hazeldine building has fallen in miraculous bout of flames and brians. Local members of the hazeldine association are scattered around the area, biding their time, and saving their AP for a counter attack. I've managed to barricade it and kill a few, but their are still zeds, and wounded inside. User:dzme14 22:25, 12 February 2007 (UTC)

February 11th, 2007 BRRC and other hum/zeds routinely PKing in Pippard Brain Rot Clinic and breaking into adjacent buildings and attacking survivors inside. Preston NecroTech also under siege. Sixy 13:11, 11 February 2007 (UTC)

February 6th, 2007 101 Zombies observed outside SE corner of Mall, 25 dead bodies SW corner. --Fausta Gummings 17:45, 5th Feb 2007 (UTC)

Updated the danger level due to 90+ standing zombies outside of Marven Mall. --Murray Jay, 22:30, 6th Feb 2007 (UTC)

Hazeldine building was recently attacked by a hoard, and one playerkiller. We've taken back the building, and revive point. The only threat as of now, is the local Player killer, Lost Miracle Sleeping in the northwest corner of marven mall. pippard, the local rot clinic, is constantly over barricaded and under powered. other necro tech facility status still unknown to those at hazeldine. --user:dzme14, 23:12, 6th Feb 2007 (UTC)

February 5th, 2007 Apart from minor brakins on a daily basis, the Mall holds out. 80+ zeds standing outside SE quadrant. Mall low on power. --Orfui 08:06, 5 February 2007 (UTC)

January

January 31'st, 2007 Lovelock pd has 15 zeds outside of it. Happy hunting. The nich building is still up and running for any needing syringes. No standing zombies outside the mall itself.--Master guns 00:38, 1 February 2007 (UTC)

January 29'th, 2007 The Nich building is currently at exheavy barricades with 4 zombies inside. Also 2 rrf members were spotted in human form inside Dingley library.--Master guns 21:01, 29 January 2007 (UTC) Edit: The Malton Defense Corporation just dropped the last zombie inside nich. We'll have power restored shortly.--Master guns 22:02, 29 January 2007 (UTC)

January 28th, 2007 Im proud to say that all NT's are in survivor hands. As it apears now we are winning teh war againced the RRF. Only time will tell. Dont get your hopes up though, the RRF will strike back soon. Stay on your toes and remember. South Blythville Militia. Clearing the area for YOU! Brother Elestor 02:20, 29 January 2007 (UTC)

January 28th, 2007 Half of our NT Buildings have been broken into and ransacked. Our only chance to stop south blythville from falling into RRF hands is to keep Nich and Hazeldine in survivor hands. If we can keep our resedents living we need revives to be quick and constant. Preston NT at 15 zombies, ransacked. Pippard at 8 zombies, ransacked. I urge all south blythville resedents not holding off marven mall to flock to these last remaining NT buildings in hope that they are not ransacked. If we keep these buildings in our hands we have a fighting chance!. Brother Elestor 04:52, 28 January 2007 (UTC)

January 27, 2007 The Preston building is powered and secure. However there's no one inside it. While on a routine strike against the standing zeds outside I noticed around 60 plus bodies lying outside it. Keep alert South Blythville.--Master guns 04:45, 28 January 2007 (UTC)

January 27th, 2007 Increased levels of zombie activity have been noted in the area of Marven Mall as advance waves begin probing the area for weaknesses. The Preston NT building has already been broken and ransacked as pre-emptive measures to blunt revivification activities continue. Your Lung 07:31, 27 January 2007 (UTC)

January 24th, 2007 Tragedy streams from our beloved suburban kingdom as another hopeless string of murders slam the weekend with survivor on survivor action as seen in Marven Mall. Today, whispers of an approaching zombie horde daunt the north eastern section of the mall as survivors free-run for their lives to gather fuel and other miscellaneous objects which they never would've scrambled for so whimsically before the outbreak. And speaking of outbreaks, except for a lone feral zombie clawing at the south western section of the mall, most of this suburb is greener then my mother's right thumb after she took up gardening, was dumped into a pool of slime, and thrust into a christmas tree. But despite the illusion of safety a ridiculous splurge upon splurge of naughty survivors have been spotted thrusting themselves into the delicate folds of the malls power supply and snip snip snippiting at the taunt and tender generators that supply us with the precious precious power to light up our search rates. At once, Launcelot du Lac excremated himself into the scene. Scratching his misshapen face he stated that he "rather missed the radiance of his genny." (jenny..genny...generator... right?...frig off)--Dead Man Wade 05:58, 21 January 2007 (UTC)

January 16th, 2007 The body of Danson Tapiro has been spotted, along with the corpse of Lucy D (a known PKer). They were at the Gee Avenue revive point. The politician's mad bid for power has backfired once again it seems. --CornishLizard 02:09, 16 January 2007 (UTC)

2006

December

December 29 & 30th,2006 Gotch Plaza Police Department was breached 2 days in a row by just one zombie. She is believed to be the infamous Zombie Mistress, and more zombies seem to be swarming in our direction. Several other breakins occur, but no ransacked buildings yet...

December 26,2006 Over the last week or so.. a lot has happened. There is still a small, yet powerful zombie presence harassing South Blythville. Even more disturbing is human survivors are being overpowered, dragged into the streets and eaten. These attacks are too well co-ordinated to be random.. by they lack numbers. So far.... Danger Level was raised to normal.. due to the consisitency of successful break ins, and survivor deaths growing daily.

December 18, 2006 Danson Tapiro has executed Superintendent Musur, one of the most reputable officers of the Malton Police Department.

December 15, 2006 The census for the Mall and Police Dpt. is 413 players, with even more in surrounding buildings. This is enough people to sweep the town and take out all PKers and zombies, and then fortify the town. All groups and clans should work together and compile a list of wanted pkers and help plan the event. With new threats coming over the radio each day, let's show the city what this little suburb can do. All groups from nearby suburbs and from our suburb, meet and plan. We will start in our small town and push the zombies back and retake all of this city.

December 14, 2006 Several recent sightings of Danson Tapiro and his Tapir Riders of the Apocolypse. Including multiple PKings. Everyone should be warned of this very dangerous PKer group currently in the Marven Mall area.

December 11, 2006 South Blythville is undoubtably under attack as another chilling message was heard by thousands of listeners. It stated: "Join Ussss... Slaves Of The Mistress, Ssssubmit... or DIEEEE, this just in.. South Blythville is still beginning to see, more and more zombies, what was once one of the safest, suburbs in malton is now under attack!, Get on your knees, show the Mistress your utter obediance, Your flesh is a relic.. give us your flesh." All Messages made by "Gina McTavish" in gotch police dept. All the recent breakins and the near colapse of the mall sparks a warning. Stay out of resource buildings. Stay off the streets. Keep an eye out. This new zombie force raises the question, Should South Blythvilles danger level be raised to moderate?

December 10, 2006 The Preston Building has been breached by a handful of powerful zombies, and several survivors inside were torn to shreds! For the first time in recent memory, feeding groans echo into the streets of South Blythville as zombies have once again taken a safehouse!

December 9, 2006 Mudford Plaza Police Dept, as well as The Preston Building and Marven mall itself were nearly breached today.. where the hell are these powerful zombies coming from? One particular female specimen showed superhuman strength as she threw an abandoned motorcycle through the NecroTech building's main doors. Survivors are advised to stock up on ammo and supplies, and keep an eye out for one another. This may be a significant zombie advance.

December 8, 2006 An ominous message was heard over the radio recently. It sounded like it came from a zombie leader asking all to "kneel at the feet of the mistress". The most frightening part of the message (other than the hissing female voice) was a call for all zombies to come destroy "Ssssouth Blythville". Thus far only 2 buildings have been breached, but they did lose power.. and radio access! Those doing the destruction were zombies, not humans! So it appears one of the safer suburbs in Malton, may now be under attack...

December 3, 2006 The preston necrotech building has been broken into again. Current status: 32 dead bodies outside, 4 active zombies attacking survivors, 4 remaining survivors. Doors wide open. Anyone close by with the building skill should spend some time Barricading up the building and clearing any zombies / bodies.

[Update: 22 dead bodies, 10 live zombies, 0 survivors]

December 2,2006 Tompson mall is having a GKer problem. We kill em, people forget to dump them outside, and they start killing as Zombies. Any players wanting to help out are welcome too.Come on down and help us out.

November

November 30,2006 Tedious ranting PK'er, E Genius, is operating in South Blythville. It is recommended that people shoot themselves before he starts talking to prevent death from boredom.

November 22, 2006 This suburb is so boring you could raise a family here and let your kids play on the street. Only an occasional rotter, and they seem to disappear quickly.

October

October 24th, 2006

The PK/RKer/griefer group (known for their activities in Marven Mall), called "Silent Storm" still appear to be active in this suburb. Shotguns At Dawn request that any residents report sightings of either Vin Havelock or killkiller, by broadcasting their location on 27.99.

September 17th 2006 There have been a number of attacks on female survivors recently in nearby Ruddlebank by an individual called Nekro Tex. These attacks take the form of graphic descriptions of violent sexual assault. Residents are urged to be on the lookout for both Nekro Tex and his alt Jimmy Hellstorm, who he uses to find and harrass potential targets and who is known to be active in S. Blythville. If you are the target of such an attack or witness one, please take a screencapture and contact the DEM (see link for full report).

July 30th 2006

The Channel 4 News Team is officially on the way to Marven Mall. We'll be using it as a base of operations for the purpose of spreading Odin's love to anything that smells of Desire. As I understand it, the place is relatively cleaned up, so we may be spending more time on the frontier than in the mall. We've got to show those zombies how good we look- and then revive them so they can tell us! --Ron Burgundy 18:24, 30 July 2006 (BST)

July 29th 2006

South Blythville seems to be in survivor hands for the most part.

July 25th 2006

Marven Mall is finally back in survivor hands. Never Mind.

July 17th 2006 11:27 PM (GMT)

There are a few active Zombies left in the suberb, but survivor numbers are growing again. Gee Ave and Park Walk Revive points are manned, and the Blythville gang are slowly getting the suberb back on its feet. Would suggest lowering the suberbs danger level to dangerous. -ZP

July 6th 2006 11:24 PM (GMT-3)

The Marven Mall was taken by zombies, at least 70 inside, at least around 200 survivors that were inside were killed, but it still EHB in all 4 corners (someone must have barricade it after the zeds get inside). -- LeChuckBR

July 6th 2006 7:52 PST

All the Necrotech buildings have been opened, only The Hazeldine Building still has survivors. Many in it are infected. The mobile phone mast has been taken over, and the police buildings are being raided. Neighboring Lockettside had the same thing happen. Outlying buildings were ransacked, and then the mall was overrun. The same is likely to happen here.

July 6th 2006

Over 50 zombies mass outside the NW quadrant of Marven Mall. A large contingent of the Big Bash has entered the southern end of South Blythville. Whether they are targeting the mall or the entire suburb remains to be seen.

July 2nd 2006

Contrary to below report, theres a couple zombies here and there, but as for at the mall, It's EHB in all 4 corners and the SW one has a lone zombie outside it. --Labine50

June

June 29th 2006

A large group of zeds are reported to be heading in the direction of Marven Mall from the South East (Dartside). Requesting any and all survivors in the area to prepare for a battle. -- PVT Joe Snuffy

June 7th 2006

A full 50-ap reconnoiter of South Blythville, as of 11 pm MST, found not one single standing zombie visible anywhere in South Blythville. While it's possible I may've missed one or two, I doubt it highly. Some 20 or so bodies, but not one of them trying to eat anyone. --McTrout

June 4th 2006

After an inexcusable lapse in reporting, here is the following: South Blythville is firmly in human hands. Marven Mall is barricaded, populated, generated, and broadcasting on 27.99 MHz (also the Blythville Gang frequency. Revive clinics at Gee Avenue [26,72] and Park Walk [22,76] have brought the number of unwilling undead to a very low level. There are still a few isolated break-ins, particularly at Gotch Plaza Police Department and nearby buildings (not to include Marven Mall, which seems secure of late). Largest known zombie concentration as of this writing is about 6 zombies. Recommend downgrading danger status to Moderate.

May

May 20th 2006

Most of the suburb's zombies have converged on Marven Mall, now repopulated. The danger of break-ins remains suburb wide, but the situation is no longer as dangerous as it once was. Suburb downgraded to Dangerous.

May 17th 2006

The Blythville Gang reports that its revive clinics at Park Walk and Gee Avenue both have no queue currently waiting on revives. Very little D.O.A. activity reported in the past week; we recommend the status of South Blythville be listed as safer than it currently stands at. Aside from a smallish (~45 or so) horde outside Marven Mall (usually at the Southeast Corner), South Blythville is occupied only by a few ferals at this point, and is fairly safe to traverse. The NecroTech building near Marven Mall has been unbreached for several days.

May 10th 2006

NecroNet scans show zombie numbers in the suburb are falling and the blanket of ferals has begun to disapate. Zombies are converging in larger groups instead, and revive points are opperating efficienty. Survivors are being called on to retake Marven Mall, currently barricaded but abandoned.

April

April 29th 2006

Numbers of suvivors are getting bigger and regrouping in some area but the is still a large numbers of zombies and break in's. Don't go here if you don't have free running.

April 25th 2006

Nowhere is safe. Zombies have complete run of the suburb. The mall is largely empty, but there are hardly any survivors left to reestablish it. The zombie presence is very organized, roaming in packs of a couple dozen to crack open extremely heavily barricaded safehouses and kill the occupants in under a couple hours.

April 23rd 2006

Marven mall is completely trashed. The zombies have mostly moved out of it, though, and are starting to rip open area safehouses and eat the contents. The streets teem with hundreds of zombies, and everything is very dangerous at the moment. There are still pockets of survivors trying to fight back, though.

April 20th 2006

The horde has breached and cleared the southern mall sections. All survivors are advised to retreat to a safe distance, as buildings close to the mall also come under attack.

April 18th 2006

Tompson Mall has fallen to the RRF and the leading edge of the horde has begun assaulting the mall. Survivors are advised to stay cautious as zombie numbers grow.

March

March 30th 2006

Marven Mall is once again firmly in survivor hands. The suburb is under moderate attack, with large zombie groups outside the Preston Building. Members of the WSFFG are sighted in the suburb as they begin moving into the mall.

March 5th

Marven Mall has been all but abandoned by humans. A few nearby buildings have also been overrun. The total number of zombies in the horde is around 100, though they appear to be dispersing in their search for survivors.

February

February 25th

The North-East corner of Marven Mall was broken into, and all survivors inside the mall were killed. This was the largest of a long series of break-ins that had happened over the previous several days, each one resulting in numerous survivor casualties. There is still a heavy zombie presence in the area, and although the mall has been re-barricaded, more than 100 zombies are outside the mall and surrounding areas.

February 22nd

Somerside Plaza [28,75] appears to have been marked as a revivification point by person or persons unknown. Experiences from the siege of Tompson Mall last January indicate that allowing large groups of zombies to gather outside or adjacent to a resource building, and especially a mall, is a singularly bad idea. Since no survivor group has identified itself as having established the RP at Somerside Plaza, or taken responsibility for keeping it running, the possibility cannot be discounted that the point is false, intended to provide cover for a zombie staging area for the purpose of conducting assaults on Marven Mall. The Department of Emergency Management urges NecroTech-qualified survivors to not service the Somerside Plaza "revive point," and recommends that those seeking revivification relocate to Gee Avenue [26,72]. While this matter is sorted out (and tags adjusted to reflect the situation), survivors are requested to refrain from "XP farming" at Somerside Plaza, as a courtesy to those gathered there. -- Hendrik Casimir 12:03, 22 February 2006 (GMT)

There is an increasing PKer presence in and around Marven Mall, and several of the PKers appear to be members of the Amish Liberation Front. We could use some skilled bounty hunters to keep an eye out for and eliminate these lowlifes. In particular, boucher, Joseph Deacon, the Yellow Dart, and Edisonfire are all PKer's and need to be shot on sight. 21:49, 22 February 2006 (GMT)

February 21st

The individual responsible for covering much of the suburb with graffiti reading "STREETS IS WATCHIN'" is still active, with the message reappearing in locations where it had been replaced. Every character active in South Blythville, regardless of metabolic status, is encouraged to attempt to identify the person responsible, publish his identity (preferably with profile ID), kill him and consider him a DNR case. Ideally, this person must be prevented from ever using a spray can again. -- Hendrik Casimir 14:11, 21 February 2006 (GMT)

January

January 21st

The Vanguard HQ was breached along with Mudford Plaza P.D., and a large number of individuals killed. However, the vanguard are re-grouping and stock piling ammunition in hopes of playing an active role in the recovery of South Blythville. It is advised to stay in buildings unlikely to attract attention in order to gather ammunition and medical supplies for the guerilla war which has already begun. Marven Mall has already been marked as the front line. But it is imperitive that we keep all necrotech buildings relatively safe for short trips, and likewise for other supply buildings such as hospitals and PD's.

The phone mast MUST be protected, this is just as important as the mall, as it its the best source of in game comunication between groups

Godspeed.--Rizo299 17:19, 21 Jan 2006 (GMT)

January 11th

Rumors of a counter attack at Marven Mall to take the area back, not sure if or when it will happen but we can only hope some of us grew up in South Blythville and want to take it back from the Zed's any means possible. So good luck if the Rumors are true if not well we can always make it true.

January 8th

Marven Mall still stands, but could use reinforcement and some experienced mall siege survivors to coordinate our efforts. There are still about 100 survivors within the mall, as well as 6-8 zombies (being killed as I write). There is a makeshift revive point nearby (Gee Avenue) for the 30-50 casualties we sustained today. Good luck and godspeed.

UPDATE: 3 quadrants of the Mall are empty with 6-8 zeds inside. If we lose Marven it'll be to apathy, not the DOA or MOA. 8:00 AM PST

Update again: Marven Mall has fallen. and it's MotA/Mall Tour '06

January 7th

Marven Mall is under light attack by the DOA. The southern half of the mall is unsafe, but the north stands for now. It appears that a concerted effort by survivors will be enough to regain control. Blame DOA spies for assisting the breach, and absolute survivor stupidity (failure to garrison the SE quadrant of the mall) for making it possible. Clearly some intelligent leadership is needed. Since it's amateur night in S. Blythville, do I need to remind everyone to throw the bodies outside when you kill a zombie? C'mon, people.

UPDATE: Marven Mall is under severe attack by Minions of the Apocalypse.

Most all of the area NW of Marven Mall has fallen and zombies roam the streets in groups of up to the double digits. Much of this work can be attributed to the lowly scum of Mrh?Brnhr.Graaaagh!.

January 6th

Contrary to initial reports, Marven Mall has NOT fallen. The entire mall is barricated to the maximum allowed and there are a little over 150 survivors within the mall. The lower portions of the mall, however, have fewer survivors than the top portions.

While the mall is safe, for the time being, there are small hordes of zombies appearing all over South Blythville. Whether they may be fallout of former survivors coming in from the surrounding surburbs, or just mindless drones of the DOA or "the Bloodbowl" drifting from the east, one thing is for certain; South Blythville isn't as peaceful as it was months, even weeks ago...
