I've been thinking about this for a few weeks, was going to put it off but I can't really see a reason to. I've been active here for about 8-9 months, I guess, and apart from personal upkeep of group and user stuff, I'm mostly concerned with weighing in on suggestions, scheduled deletions, and all that community niceness. I'd like to be able to take a more pro-active role in tackling vandals, doing the deletions that're scheduled, and probably tackling the merged locations, and sysop access would save a bunch of time in the latter. I'm currently a sysop over at the Teletraan I Transformers wiki, so I'm not new to the interface, and I'll not be fucking about with buttons I'm not really meant to. Aw, shucks. If you're referring to the whole wiki/wikia split, it's a petty heap of shit that I avoided from day one, since it was the kind of drama that no amount of giving-a-care would help. As for your questions, first answer is to attempt to get a more active base for detailing recent events, as the wiki currently seems like the obituary for a fun game from a few years back, rather than one that's still very active. A more active userbase on the wiki would also increase turnover for things like suggestions and policy discussions, and could be drummed up with threads on the major forums (Brainstack, PKA, Hub, Barhah, etc).
