Pegton is a suburb of Malton, located in the east of the city.

Pegton is renowned in all of Malton and the surrounding districts for breeding people with the most outrageous and impossible to understand accents known on the face of mother earth. Yes considerably worse than Glaswegian. It is noted by anthropologists that much of the time those brought up within Pegton town limits often have great difficulty understanding each other, and have frequently been seen resorting to using paper and pencil to communicate. The richer members of the community are known to prefer the delights of 'Etch a Sketch'. Despite this horrible massacre of language, the Pegton survivors have been known to work well together.

Central and eastern Pegton is generally lit, caded, and well-defended by survivors. Some break-ins are occurring, but the danger level for survivors is certainly not at 'red' - a soothing hue of yellow would be more accurate.--Mallrat 15:00, 23 February 2009 (UTC)

February 20th

St Mathew's and St Siricius's hospitals are open and operational despite regular attacks by disgruntled, presumably uninsured zombies. The Rowcliffe NT's status varies daily but at time of writing was operational with plentiful syringes. Rotters and spies have been spotted at revive points so NecroTech employees are urged to practise safe revival. Rotters seeking life should follow Rotter's Revive protocol to avoid mishaps.--Mallrat 17:03, 20 February 2009 (UTC)

February 10th

It seems that, despite the best efforts of many of the finest men and women in Malton, the RRF have destroyed a number of resource buildings, including the Cowing Way Police Department, the Rowcliffe Building, and both St. Matthew's and St. Siricius's Hospitals. Art lovers are asked to contribute to the Save Isgar Museum campaign by rescuing the conceptual artworks and placing them in nearby safehouses. This should prevent further loss and tearing by ignorant zeds, who despite their apparent preference for Pollockesque brain-spattering and spraying of blood, continue to do irreparable damage to the precious Yoko Ono collection. --Mallrat 15:59, 5 January 2009 (UTC)

Scouted the suburb, most of the ruined buildings in the area are dark buildings, all TRPs are up and functioning, very few zeds in the area. Downgrading suburb danger level to yellow. Elliot LakeMpd.png MPD SE-3 Talk23:15, 15 December 2008 (UTC)

External Military:"... leaving Pegton, counted nearly a hundred outside ... mostly just small groups ... several buildings with power ... heavy structural damage ... the Rowcliffe Building is looking wrecked ..." -- Scott Timewell 05:35, 5 December 2008 (UTC)

From what I've seen, no one has actually followed this plan. Every location I have seen is EHB. Zombie invasion or not, players new to the suburb will be slaughtered like dogs at this rate. Can anyone do anything about this? --Vandurn 14:59, 12 December 2007 (UTC)

Report any acts of Bounty Hunting, this is when a Bounty Hunters murders a pker, here.

Revive Policy for Survivors

Sacred Ground Policy

According to the Sacred Ground Policy, all cemeteries in Malton are to be considered revive points, but the policy may not be supported by groups in all suburbs. It is best to check the pages of groups operating in the suburb you are attempting to get a revive in to find out whether or not the Sacred Ground Policy is being respected by players in that area.

Don't Revive at Random

With the amount of AP that is costs to make or find a revivification needle and then the cost of using it why should you risk wasting that needle on a zombie with Brain Rot? If you see graffiti at the RP indicating a request list for your location, or if the location is listed below with a link to a list, check that queue first. You can also check one of the request tools for requests at that location (many locations specify one of these tools directly). Requests are shared across those tools so you only need to check one of them. Not got time to check one of the tools and you don't have a DNA Extractor then you should at least wait until a zombie Mrh?'s before attempting to revive them.

Suburb Revive Policy for zombies and deathcultists

Salt the Land

Zombies should sleep in The Rowcliffe Building to prevent it from being taken back by survivors. Zombies should not abide by the Sacred Ground Policy, infecting survivors waiting for revives can be very effective, as when they stand up they will still be infected. Death Cultists can headshot survivors waiting at revive points, it is not too ap efficiant, but produces humorous results.

Revive at Random

If you want to attack the suburb, but don't want to get your hands dirty, consider reviving any pkers you find. You could even advertise your service to pkers, naturally you should keep your revivers profile secret so that survivors don't try and stop you.

De-Revivification Requests

Simply go to the Rowcliffe Building and "jump out of the window". Then shamble back inside and help stop survivors from retaking it.
