The Deadbeat List will show all the murderers and other criminals who, while passing through BAR territory, assaulted locals, pub patrons, or BAR members with complete disregard for the spillage from any beer their victim may have been holding at the time of the attack. As such, these lowlifes have racked up a bill and the Regulars will see to it that sooner or later they pay what they owe. After all, no one stiffs the BAR its due.

The following are a few useful tips that you should know and actively pursue in order to assist the BAR with stamping out crime in Rolt Heights and Pescodside around the pub. So do your part to help track down and punish these shameless murderers and petty criminals:

Don't Revive PKers...Seriously!
In the wake of a recent influx of murderers specifically targeting the Regulars we would ask that all veteran survivors in Rolt Heights consider assisting us by not reviving anyone on the following list of confirmed killers, hell, you could do us one better by helping execute them. Sure, we all know that professional PKers always have someone else (read: PKer reviver) standing in the sidelines to revive them when they die, but that doesn't mean you should waste a revive syringe on them. Let them do it themselves. If any survivor feels that they have been unjustly placed on this list then they may petition for removal from said list on our group forum.

Reporting Crimes and/or Executions
In order to properly track and record all murderers and when they have been brought to "justice", please use the following list. Only members of the Regulars or those with VIP (Very Important Patron) status are granted permission to add or remove survivors from this list. Any edits done by unknown users will be reverted, especially if the edit was of questionable nature. All PKer sightings should be reported on the BAR public forum in order to screen out any mistaken identities.

[edit] Crime & Punishment

It should be noted that there is only one punishment for any and all of the following crimes: execution. That said, while it may seem irrelevant to therefore track the crimes of the criminals listed below it does help the BAR with assuaging the guilt of those criminals who later seek to make amends with the BAR. So the more severe the crime, the more serious the request that the BAR might make of the criminal in order for them to prove their true intention of "turning a new leaf". BAR requests will vary and may even be dependant on current events. The BAR also holds the right to deny amnesty to any criminal it deems "unrepentant".

The following are all the crimes that a survivor can be convicted of, with the exception of those crimes not deemed worthy of punishment (i.e. slander) and keeping in mind that in the case of multiple crimes only the most severe one is noted. So should a criminal be reported as both a vandal and a murderer they would be listed only for Murder, since murder is the more severe crime of the two. The severity of the crimes listed increase as the list progresses:

• Assault - This criminal is wanted for injuring a BAR member without cause or reason. A criminal may also be convicted of assault on another survivor if the crime was witnessed by a BAR member, but this is less common as the justification for the attack would be unknown. This attack may have been accidental or a "bounty misunderstanding", especially if the criminal has no prior record (Rogues Gallery). This individual is considered a potential killer.

• Vandalism - This criminal is wanted for destroying one or more portable generators and/or tearing down barricades without just cause. This individual is considered a vandal.

• Aiding Murder - This criminal is wanted for actively assisting murderers, usually in the form of reviving executed killers, spying/recon prior to a hit, being affiliated with a known group of killers (i.e. Red Rum). This can be a hard crime to prove, but once proven the individual is to be treated just like the killers they assist, but are not considered high-priority targets.

• Murder - This criminal is wanted for killing another survivor, whether a BAR member or a non-affiliated survivor, without just cause or reason (i.e. Rogues Gallery bounty). This individual is considered a killer.

• Serial Murder - This criminal is wanted for killing multiple survivors, whether a BAR member or a non-affiliated survivor. This individual is considered a remorseless killer.

• Anti-Ally - This criminal is wanted for killing, and possibly slandering, members of a survivor group that is currently allied with the BAR (the group or organization targeted is linked in the criminal's profile). The degree by which these criminals are hunted may depend on the treaty signed with the allied group. This individual is considered a killer and a potential douchebag towards the BAR ally.

• Treason - This criminal is wanted for betraying the trust of the BAR, whether as a former ally or BAR member, who has since turned to killing other survivors. This individual is considered to have sullied the BAR's good name and is considered a killer and a potential douchebag.

• Anti-BAR - This criminal is wanted for killing multiple BAR members. Of all the criminals wanted by the Regulars, this status is reserved for those who show utter contempt for all things "BAR". The criminal also may, or may not, eat babies. We're not saying they do, but we're implying it and there's certainly no proof that they don't... goddamn baby-eaters! This individual is considered a remorseless killer and Grade-A douchebag.

The criminal list is in alphabetical order, with murderers who have multiple executions requiring the newest execution to be placed below the older ones. The date reflects the time when the murderer was executed at that location, while a time of "Unknown" indicates that there is currently no known record of an execution for that individual. Note, only executions made by members of the BAR or the Knight Watchmen are recorded here. Bounty hunter executions are normally not recorded because they do not account for settling "BAR business" with the individual in question.
